“This hotel doesn’t care about COVID safety and not flexible. One day before My trip, I was exposed to covid, and had to cancel my trip. I did contact the hotel, and first of all, they needed proof for my misery, even though getting into Mexico you don’t need tests, after providing them still they didn’t give me the full refund, not sure what was the point of giving them the proof. Even when I asked for credit through them, they won’t give it to me. Not the hotel to go for during these times. They didn’t show any concern to keep the rest of the guests safe. They rather have guests with Covid than provide health safety”

“Hotel recién remodelado, bonito y cómodo, se ve que le están echando ganas. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena, de lo mejor que me ha tocado en hoteles todo incluido en Vallarta. Lo malo es que esta retirado del centro y que no tiene mucha extensión de playa para dar una larga caminata, lo bueno es que la playa tiene rocas rompeolas y se puede estar a gusto con los niños si oleaje tan alto. Las habitaciones son cómodas y todas con vista al mar. El servicio d e los meseros es muy bueno, el personal amable, solo la limpieza de las habitaciones es un punto a mejorar y corregir la ubicación en google maps (está mucho antes de donde lo marca).”
