We stayed because of a wedding we attended. When we arrived the person at the desk was rude . The next morning that desk clerk was the same. There was no coffee available For what we paid for it wasn't worth it I do have to say both Valet people were a delight

Lamento não fazer mais pesquisas antes de reservar minha estadia neste hotel. Esta é uma cadeia bem conhecida e respeitada e eu já fiquei em um Courtyard Marriott antes sem nenhum problema.Aqui, os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos (especialmente Jean) e fizeram o possível para me acomodar no início, quando os problemas começaram.No entanto, as questões do "quarto" eram grandes demais para serem ignoradas e não serem revisadas para futuros hóspedes. Reservei um quarto com pátio. Houve vários problemas com este quarto. Os 2 maiores: a porta do pátio não ficava fechada e a janela do pátio estava completamente DESTRUÍDA do chão ao teto. O telefone na mesa de cabeceira estava sujo de maquiagem, marcas de anel de vidro na mesa de cabeceira que estavam pegajosas. A sala inteira estava suja, empoeirada, esquecida? Quando liguei para a recepção para reclamar, foi-me dito que a arrumação estava "no almoço" e eu teria que esperar 15 a 20 minutos antes que ele pudesse me ajudar. Optei por voltar para a recepção e falar com Jean, mostrar fotos do vidro quebrado para explicar a gravidade da situação. Felizmente, ela foi capaz de me mudar para outro quarto. A janela quebrada apresentou um risco de segurança.Fui transferido para um segundo quarto menor e também tinha sinais de má limpeza e um chuveiro que vazava deixando uma poça de água no chão após cada uso. Não reclamei mais - desisti e aceitei a situação. Um convidado não deveria ter que passar seu fim de semana de aniversário lutando para ser colocado em um quarto limpo. O Corner Bakery dentro do hotel era bom e o bar do lobby/equipe do bar era agradável.Até o momento, recebi 3 respostas de desculpas muito genéricas à minha revisão/reclamações. Incluí fotos com minha revisão ao Supervisor de Operações - sem resposta. Se pedir um quarto sem sujeira, vazamentos ou vidro quebrado não é normal, acho que minhas expectativas são muito altas para o Courtyard by Marriott/Blackstone. Felizmente, existem muitas opções de hospitalidade na área do centro de Fort Worth.Não quero outra resposta genérica "desculpe sua experiência" para esta revisão. Embora haja hóspedes felizes e comentários felizes, eu só quero que as pessoas sejam informadas e também vejam o padrão das inúmeras avaliações que incluem má limpeza e espero que esta empresa faça melhor para seus futuros hóspedes.

Reservé una habitación con patio. Había varios problemas con esta habitación. Los 2 más grandes: la puerta del patio no se mantenía cerrada y la ventana del patio estaba completamente DESTRUIDA del piso al techo. El teléfono en la mesita de noche estaba sucio con maquillaje, marcas de anillos de vidrio en la mesita de noche que estaban pegajosas. ¿Toda la habitación estaba sucia, polvorienta, olvidada? Cuando llamé a la recepción para quejarme, me dijeron que el servicio de limpieza era "durante el almuerzo" y que tendría que esperar entre 15 y 20 minutos antes de que pudiera ayudarme. Worst Marriott hotel I have stayed in by far!!!! I am a Gold elite member with Marriott hotels and this will be last time I do business with them.Booked a king suite, the room was dirty, shower head didn’t work, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers we’re filled with water. Next I go to lay down in a disgusting bed that hadn’t had fresh sheets in no telling how long. There was hair all over the sheets and under them. To top it off I had to change my own sheets. I would stay in a roach motel before staying here again. The housekeeping an cleaning staff are a joke.

I regret not doing further research before booking my stay at this hotel. This is a well known, respected chain and I have stayed at a Courtyard Marriott before with no issue. Here, hotel staff were friendly (especially Jean) and did their very best to accommodate me in the beginning when problems began. However the "room" issues were too big to overlook and not be reviewed for future guests. I reserved a room with a patio. There were several problems with this room. The 2 biggest: the door to the patio would not stay shut and the patio window was completely SHATTERED from floor to ceiling. Phone on the nightstand was dirty with makeup, glass ring marks on the night stand that were sticky. The entire room was dirty, dusty, forgotten? When I called front desk to complain, I was told that housekeeping was "on lunch" and I would have to wait 15-20 minutes before he could help me. I opted to go back to the front desk and speak with Jean, show pictures of the shattered glass to explain how serious the situation was. Fortunately, she was able to relocate me into another room. The broken window presented a safety and security risk. I was relocated to a 2nd, smaller room and it too had signs of poor housekeeping and a shower that leaked leaving a pool of water on the floor after each use. I did not complain any further - I gave up and accepted the situation. A guest should not have to spend their birthday weekend fighting to be placed into a clean room. The Corner Bakery inside the hotel was nice and the lobby bar/bar staff was pleasant. To date, I have received 3 very generic, apology replies to my review/complaints. I included photos with my review to their Operations Supervisor - no reply. If asking for a room with no dirt, leaks or broken glass is a not normal, than I guess my expectations are too high for Courtyard by Marriott/Blackstone. Thankfully, there are many hospitality options in the downtown Fort Worth area. I don't want another generic "we're sorry for your experience" response to this review. While there are happy guests and happy reviews, I just want people to be informed and also see the pattern of the countless reviews that include poor housekeeping and hope that this company does better for it's future guests.

The thermostat in the room did not work, so it was hot in the bedroom area, so we didn't get much sleep. The tub drained very slowly, so we were standing in water while taking a shower. For $350/night and $34 valet parking, you'd think this would be a top notch Hilton.

Funcionários simpáticos, especialmente o serviço de manobrista, sempre sorridentes e simpáticos. Quarto era bom, mas não estávamos satisfeitos com a limpeza. Nunca fiquei em um hotel que não arrumasse as camas, esvaziasse o lixo, limpasse o banheiro diariamente. Disseram-me que não o faziam por causa do Covid. O hotel não estava ocupado com as pessoas e Texas estava muito aberto para negócios em todos os lugares. Decepcionado com o preço esperado melhor serviço.

Personal amable, especialmente el servicio de aparcacoches, siempre sonriente y amable. La habitación estaba bien, pero no estábamos contentos con el servicio de limpieza. Nunca me he alojado en un hotel que no hiciera las camas, vaciara la basura, limpiara el baño todos los días. Me dijeron que no lo hicieron por Covid. El hotel no estaba lleno de gente y Texas estaba muy abierto para los negocios en todas partes. Decepcionado por el precio esperaba un mejor servicio.

Friendly staff, especially the valet service, always smiling and friendly. Room was nice but we were not happy with housekeeping. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t make beds, empty trash, clean bathroom daily. I was told they didn’t do it because of Covid. The hotel was not busy with people and Texas was very open for business everywhere. Disappointed for the price expected better service.

Ótima localização e perto da Praça Sundance. A uma curta distância de tudo o que o centro da cidade tem para oferecer. Ótimos quartos, camas confortáveis, ótimos travesseiros e um bar no lobby (não fica aberto até tarde), mas está lá! Os quartos são acessíveis, perfeitos para uma estadia. Já nos hospedamos várias vezes e gostamos muito. O prédio é super antigo e tem muita história, mas o interior tem uma bela reforma moderna que é ótima.

Hotel é bom, em uma área decente. Os quartos são confortáveis, não gosto que as maçanetas das portas pareçam repugnantes, já que as maçanetas são um ponto de contato alto, eu pensaria que elas limpariam mais essa área. Felizmente eu trago meu Desinfetante próprio

Atmosfera, manobrista e pessoal da recepção foram ótimos!A cama era muito dura! E os travesseiros eram muito macios!O chuveiro era espaçoso e quente, mas a maneira de mudar o padrão do chuveiro não era óbvia, então, na maior parte do meu chuveiro, a água era fraca. Foi ótimo DEPOIS DE VOCÊ APERTAR O BOTÃO na parte inferior do rosto do chuveiro.Infelizmente, a cama e os travesseiros provavelmente nos impediriam de ficar novamente, embora tivéssemos uma ótima noite, no geral.

José por trás do check-in foi excelente! Tão útil e alegre! O hotel está localizado no centro de Fort Worth e estávamos na cidade para ver Hamilton no Centro de Performance Bass ao virar da esquina. Ótimo local, ótima equipe.

Great location and close to Sundance Square. Waking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Great rooms, comfortable beds, great pillows and abar in the lobby (doesn’t stay open too late) but it’s there! Rooms are affordable perfect for a staycation. We have stayed several times and enjoyed it a lot. The building is super old and has lots of history but the inside has a nice modern facelift that is great.

Jose behind the check in was outstanding! So helpful and cheerful! The hotel is located in downtown Fort Worth and we were in town to see Hamilton at the Bass Performance Center around the corner. Great spot, great staff.

Atmosphere, valet, and desk personnel were great!The bed was way too hard! And the pillows were way too soft!The shower was spacious and hot, but the way to change the showerhead pattern wasn't obvious, so for most of my shower, the water was weak. It was great AFTER YOU PUSH THE BUTTON at the bottom of the showerhead face.Unfortunately, the bed and pillows would likely preclude us from staying again, even though we had a great evening, overall.

Hotel is nice, in a decent area. Rooms are comfortable, don’t like that the door handles looked disgustingly dirty, since handles are a high touch point are I would’ve thought they would’ve cleaned that area the most. Thankfully I bring my Own disinfectant

El hotel cuenta con una vista agradable, un buen servicio por parte del personal,( a excepción del servicio de limpieza que podria mejorar y limpiar mejor las habitaciones cuando estas hospedado) me agrado que contara con gimnasio y piscina. La ubicación es perfecta esta cerca de todo.
