This is the second time we've stayed at Heavenly Suites. Chancella is incredibly responsive and helpful. The property itself is clean, quiet, and feels like a second home. Pros: - Incredible view of Rodney Bay / Gros Islet - Pool is perfect place to relax and entertain your kids - Quiet, friendly, and safe neighbourhood Cons: - Unless you have a car or are comfortable using local transit, it is a little ways away from conveniences like groceries - The steep hill leading up to the property can be challenging, but on the other hand is great cardio in the morning I almost don't want to leave this review to keep this gem of a place as a secret for myself... but sharing is caring!

My family and I received a warm welcome and were pleased to see how clean and inviting the space was. The area is quiet and the views are spectacular. The kids loved the pool and we had a wonderful staycation. Looking forward to our next stay! Thanks Chancellar! DR D

Weeks before we left for our trip, the owner of Heavenly Suites, Chancella, went above and beyond to help us plan properly. My husband had trouble finding a rental car, but somehow Chancella found us the last SUV rental at the airport and made sure there was a carseat for my daughter and a booster for my son. Because we came on Christmas Day and not much was opened, she stocked our refridgerator with food and snacks. She also made us a dinner reservation at a lovely restaurant for Christmas night. Her family lives on the property and she greeted us when we arrived. Having spent so much time on the phone with her, I felt like I already knew her; she is just such a warm and welcoming hostess. Our apartment was beautiful and very clean. I am a freak when it comes to staying at hotels. I normally Lysol all the doorknobs and surface tops, but it was not necessary here. My kids were literally rolling around on the floor and I was okay with it. Any concerns or questions and Chancella handled them promptly. The property is a villa and it is off the beaten path. When we first arrived, this concerned me, as you have to drive to get to the beach, etc., but Chancella helped us book an awesome boat tour of the island and she helped us find other kid-friendly activities to do. We got a day pass at a resort called The Royalton. It was lovely and for about $110/adult $55/child, everything was included: the kids club, the restaurants, and drinks. One day at the resort made me grateful that we were going home to Heavenly Suites, as resorts are a dime a dozen and in one day you can get your fill. Heavenly is clean and cozy; staying there allows you to get a real taste of Saint Lucia from the perspective of the locals. You'll definitely need a rental car. But I promise, Chancella is truly "the hostess with the mostess!"

Recently my family and I travelled to St.Lucia from Canada to attend my niece’s wedding and stayed at Heavenly Suites apartments! What an excellent choice. The most gracious host and was always readily available when needed. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, all with a spectacular view. It was a home away from home. Will recommend to anyone visiting St. Lucia. Thank you Lawrence and Angela.

I stayes at the Heavenly suites from May 4th to 9th 2018. From our delayed arrival after 10pm until an allowed late checkout for a delayed flight, everything was just perfect. Lawrence has always been available and very kind. The place itself is amazing. The penthouse where we stayed is huge, completely equipped. Nothing is missing. The bedding is very comfortable. The view from the terrace is mesmerizing. The area is beautiful and extremely quiet. I highly recommend the Heavenly suites and I will definitely come back. If you need to get a around, you should rent a car or find you a good taxi driver to make appointments to pick you up as the place is up a hill. We did choose to walk down to Rodney bay (45/50mins) walk, and take a taxi back up. My overall rating is a 10!
