Estive almoçando 2 dias e a comida é excelente. Preço muito bom e ambiente agradável.

Já fiquei neste hotel 2 vezes e nas duas vezes tive uma ótima experiência. Os quartos são limpos, a academia era limpa e tinha um bom tamanho para o que eu precisava. Eu me senti seguro e, como ficava a uma curta distância do aeroporto, era fácil ficar lá. Também o serviço no restaurante e bar foi incrível e a comida também era ótima!

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times already and both times I have had a great experience. The rooms are clean, Gym was cleaned and it was a good size for what I needed. I felt secured and since it was walking distance from the airport it made it a no brainer to stay there. Also service at the restaurant and bar were amazing and food was great too!

Ótimo e incrível hotel que fica tão perto do aeroporto de Monterey. Fica a uma curta distância do Terminal A. O hotel tem um ótimo restaurante com bar. Os funcionários são super legais.

Muy buen servicio la pasamos muy bien mi esposa mi hijo y yo . Ya que nos cambiaron el vuelo y tuvimos que quedar una noche en Monterrey, lo bueno de este hotel que estaba al lado del aeropuerto.

Pesimo servicio , lo peor en experiencia de servicio de hotel, parece que te estan haciendo un favor , desde que te reciben con una mala cara, el restaurante tuene anunciado que hasta 10:30pm tienen servicio baje a las 9:00pm a cenar y me comentan que ya esta cerrado , lo peor no vale la pena el precio

Todo muy limpio, excelente servicio. Lo mejor es la comida, muy rica y no se demoran mucho en traerla

Great and awesome hotel which is so close to the Monterey airport. Its within walking distance to Terminal A. The hotel has a great restaurant with a bar. Staffs are super cool.

Ficamos neste hotel porque era o quarto mais próximo do aeroporto. E tínhamos um vôo para pegar na manhã seguinte. O quarto estava muito quente quando chegamos lá, senti que a temperatura do quarto não mudou até a manhã seguinte quase na hora de sair. Acordei com inchaços na parte superior do corpo, pensei que seria por causa do clima. Acontece que eram picadas de percevejos. Liguei para o hotel e não tive sorte em me conectar com eles. Por quase US$ 150 eu não recomendaria nem ficar lá novamente.

We stayed in this hotel because it was the closes room to the airport. And we had a flight to caught the next morning. The room was very hot when we got there, I felt like the room temperature didn't change until the next morning almost time to leave. I woke up with bumps on my upper body, I was thinking it would be because of the weather. Turns out they were bed bug bites. I've called to the hotel and have not had any luck connecting with them. For almost $150 I would not recommend nor stay there again.

Boa localização se você tiver uma escala rápida, mas não espere muito mais. Funcionários educados, mas comodidades muito limitadas. Os quartos são bons, limpos por dentro, mas o local precisa de manutenção geral. As janelas nunca foram lavadas do lado de fora, ainda há resíduos de construção. Restaurante, bar e diversos são muito caros. O menu do restaurante é pelo menos 2x o preço do menu online, então tente comer em outro lugar, se puder, porque a comida também não é ótima.

Todo excelente el unico problema que los cuartos valen 2800. En el aeropuerto ay anuncions que te dan tarifa especial y te sale en @1450 lo cual no quieren respetar y tienes que peliarles un poco.Se me iso poco ethico que quisiera robar de es manera especialmente un hotel Hilton que es una cadena respetable. Es por la unica razon que le doy 3 estrellas

Siempre que hablo me dan la tarifa más alta y te dicen que ya nomas tienen un cuarto disponible. Mejor opten por rentar el city hotel of Fairfield inn a tan solo dies minutos del aeropuerto.

I did not have the best experience at all during my short trip to Monterrey Hilton. I was trying to rest for at least a couple of hours; however, they were completely booked. The receptionist was friendly to some extent.I had taken an Uber from the Airport to the hotel; the receptionist suggested checking out other hotels around the area. He means asking the driver who drives the hotel shuttle, which was coming back from the airport, bringing me back to the airport, and possibly to stop by another Hilton property for their availability.The driver said that he was not coming back to the airport, and he was willing to bring me back for a good tip. I reduced it and decided to take an Uber back again. I thought it was unethical to drive a customer back, charging money at the company's expense. I am a diamond member of the HILTON properties and travel extensively, and I thought it was rude and reckless; he went back to the shuttle and started eating. He did not care, which shows some empathy toward a foreign person. I am planning to report to headquarters when I am back in the us.

Had an overnight layover at the airport The Hilton was easy to get to, super friendly staff... love the bar/restaurant! The staff was super friendly would definitely stay here again!

Good location if you have a quick layover, but don't expect much else. Polite staff but very limited amenities. Rooms are OK, clean inside but the place needs overall maintenance. The windows have never been washed from the outside, there is still construction residue. Restaurant, bar and sundry are overpriced. The restaurant menu is at least 2x the price of the online menu, so try to eat elsewhere if you can because the food isn't great either.

Me molestó que les pedí que me guardaran en el congelador una maleta de carne que compre en la San Juan, al día siguiente salía mi vuelo a las 7:00 am. Me dijeron muy amablemente que si, me dieron un boleto para recoger mi paquete y cuando me lo entregaron me di cuenta que la guardaron junto con las maletas, la carne ya se había descongelado cuando llegué a mi destino ya no tuve confianza de consumir la carne. Más de mil pesos tirados a la basura y lo peor, me quedé con las ganas de una buena carne asada.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient. Comfortable beds, surprisingly quiet given its literally at the airport. Easy 3 min walk to terminal A. ...And if it matters..the check in staff is Fluent in English

This hotel is prefect for the traveler wanting to stay across the street from the airport terminals. I will absolutely will definitely stay here again. The restaurant was OK. The wait staff were kinda hard to flag down and were rushing around. Made me think some staff had called in or something. The restaurant had run out of a couple of things on the menu. My colleagues order was wrong. Also he had asked an Old Fashion but the waiter didn't know what that was and said they only made a handful of mixed drinks. However they had everything needed to make an Old Fashion stocked in their bar. But my meal was spot on. The green chicken enchiladas were really good. My drink was a Margarita so it would have been kinda funny if they didn't know how to make one of those. Oh one funny thing did happen. I asked for an order of mexican rice as a side dish. It was not a item listed on the menu but hey I am in Mexico the chef/cook should know how to make it right, lol. I did get some rice but it was a stirfry rice heavy of the soy sauce. My colleague and i definitely got a chuckle out of that situation. Breakfast was Ok i would have preferred flour tortillas or for that matter corn tortillas along with the breakfast provided. Also they did not have orange juice in the buffet. I did not ask if they had a special order. Additionally I would have preferred a coffee carafe instead of asking for refills. Oh the lady that checked me in and checked me out was named Miriam and she was really helpful. I had wanted to print out my Covid nineteen test reults so she was able to help me het that. I wish their business printer email address would have been working but luckily Miriam was there to help me out. I also stayed on the executive level the lounge was openned it seemed ok and there was a person available to assist if you needed help organizing anything.

Pésimo servicio. Esperamos una hora para el transporte de el hotel. Cuando paso el transporte, paso a 30km/h y ni freno para recogernos. Al fin llego uno de el Hampton y nos ofreció llevarnos ya que no llegaba. El “gerente” ni le importó que estuviéramos esperando.Los pasillos y los cuartos están calientes y húmedos. Jamás me quedará en este hotel.Poor service. We called reception for a shuttle to the hotel and when it passed by, it didn’t even slow down. The manager couldn’t care less that we were waiting for over an hour. Finally a shuttle from the Hampton offered us a ride.The rooms and hallways were hot and humid. I’ll never stay here again.

Must stay when traveling for business. Walking distance from Terminal B at the Airport. Rooms are very clean and updated. No need to leave the hotel to eat as the restaurant is very good and service...
