A equipe foi ótima, mas no geral foi uma estadia difícil para nós. O hotel se hospedaram no King City View Suite, o tráfego é terrível porque a rodovia que tem vários andares, apenas ecoa da ponte. Eu não sou novo em ficar nas cidades, mas mesmo com uma máquina de som para nossos filhos, o tráfego pode ser facilmente ouvido pelas janelas todas as horas da noite. Quando semi-caminhões passam pela ponte, isso cria um baque significativo. Não há serviço de limpeza se você ficar 4 dias ou menos. Isso foi bom para nós, mas eu não vi isso divulgado antes de fazermos a reserva, descobrimos através de uma folha de papel que nos foi dada após o check-in. Estávamos um pouco frustrados que tínhamos 3 toalhas no total para toda a nossa estadia e 2 pedidos de algumas toalhas extras nunca foram seguidos. Não esperávamos ser atendidos, mas éramos 4. Também tivemos 4 pequenos sacos de lixo de plástico para toda a estadia que esgotamos no dia 3 e apenas reutilizamos alguns sacos de papel e plástico. Mais uma vez, fiquei um pouco surpreso por isso não ser acondicionado ou fornecido para nós, mesmo depois de mencionar isso na recepção. O café-da-manhã foi realmente muito bom aqui que foi muito bom e provavelmente a maior vantagem. A piscina estava extremamente clorada e não aquecida ou quente o suficiente para desfrutar, então não considero essa comodidade. Não gostamos que as travas de segurança adicionais para o interior dos quartos não fossem altas o suficiente para impedir que crianças pequenas destravassem ou trancassem acidentalmente a porta. Meu filho de 5 anos poderia alcançá-los e acho que eles deveriam ser mais altos, especialmente para as suítes ou quartos com 2 camas, onde crianças pequenas podem ficar. No geral, eu não ficaria aqui novamente com o tráfego e ruído sendo o maior fator e não encontramos os quartos ou a piscina para ser familiar. Ficamos no segundo andar e do layout do hotel TALVEZ 1/3 dos quartos não teria o impacto que fizemos da rodovia. Foram 4 dias difíceis.

The staff was great but it was overall a rough stay for us. We stayed in the King City View Suite, the traffic is terrible because the Highway which is several stories high, just echoes off of the bridge. I am not new to staying in cities, but even with a sound machine for our kids the traffic can easily be heard through windows all hours of the night. When semi trucks drive over the bridge it creates a significant thud. There is no house keeping service if you stay 4 days or less. This was fine for us but I didn't see that disclosed prior to us booking, we found out through a paper sheet given to us after check-in. We were a little frustrated that we had 3 towels total for our entire stay and 2 requests for a couple of extra towels were never followed through with. We didn't expect to be catered to, but there were 4 of us. We also had 4 tiny plastic trash bags for the entire stay which we exhausted by day 3 and we just reused some paper and plastic bags. Again, I was a little surprised this wasnt accomodated or provided to us even after mentioning it to the front desk. The breakfast was actually very good here which was very nice and probably the biggest plus. Pool was extremely over chlorinated and not heated or warm enough to enjoy so I do not factor this ammenity in. We didn't like that the additional safety locks to the inside of the rooms werent high enough to keep small children from accidentally unlocking or locking the door. My 5 year old could reach these and I feel they should be higher especially for the suites or 2 bed rooms where little kids could be staying.Overall, I wouldn't stay here again with the Traffic and Noise being the biggest factor and we didnt find the rooms or the pool to be family friendly. We stayed on the second floor and from the layout of the hotel MAYBE 1/3 of the rooms wouldnt have the impact we did of the highway. It was a rough 4 days.

Funcionários incrivelmente rudes. Parou na segunda-feira, 12 de setembro, às 22h30 e foi informado de que o hotel estava lotado e que eles não faziam reservas de entrada (você já ouviu falar de um hotel que não aceitava de entrada?). Depois de um tempo, consegui fazer uma reserva online. Sem desculpas da recepção por me colocar em um frenesi, e mentindo que o hotel estava lotado. Os funcionários do hotel são geralmente tão prestativos e doces, então isso foi muito decepcionante. Depois de um longo dia de trabalho, ter que lidar com funcionários rudes me rejeitando sem motivo é uma merda, para colocar de forma leve. Da próxima vez, vou ficar com as pousadas de férias e você deve também!

Incredibly rude staff. Stopped by Monday September 12 at 10:30 pm and was told the hotel was fully booked and that they didn't do walk-in reservations (have you ever heard of a hotel not accepting walk-ins??). After a while, I was able to make a reservation online. No apologies from the front desk for putting me in a frenzy, and flat-out lying that the hotel was fully booked. Hotel staff are usually so helpful and sweet, so this was very disappointing. After a long day of work, having to deal with rude staff turning me away for no reason sucks, to put it lightly. Next time, I'll stick to the holiday inns and you should too!

Família para o fim de semana ficou aqui e é lindo! Convenientemente localizado, muito estacionamento, áreas de trabalho/escritório, quartos muito espaçosos, café da manhã... o que mais você poderia querer?

Hotel era limpo e novo. Piscina é pequena, mas ainda agradável. O café da manhã era decente. Muitos restaurantes e cafés a uma curta distância. Bem ao lado da rodovia, então estava muito barulhento lá fora, além de muitos geradores passando pelo caminho para reparo ou construção de pontes.

Eu definitivamente ficarei neste hotel novamente se estou na área. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática. Eles também têm estacionamento próprio gratuito para 1 veículo, o que é sempre uma vantagem na cidade.

Family in for the weekend stayed here and it's beautiful! Conveniently located, plenty of parking, work/office areas, very spacious rooms, breakfast in the morning...what more could you want?

Hotel was clean and new. Pool is small, but still enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Right next to the highway, so it was pretty loud outside, plus a lot of generators running across the way for bridge repair or construction.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They also have their own free parking lot for 1 vehicle which is always a plus in the city.

Este lugar é incrível. Muito limpo e a equipe é muito simpática. Os quartos são grandes e a cozinha é boa para complementar uma viagem em família. A localização fica ao lado da 290, mas você não consegue ouvir o barulho externo. A piscina é boa, pouco clorada, mas as crianças se divertiram muito. O café da manhã era bom, mas se você ficar muito tempo será repetitivo, mas há uma cozinha no quarto, então é hora de ser criativo. Eu realmente recomendo este lugar.

This place is awesome. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and the kitchen is good to complement a family trip. Location is right next to 290 but you can't hear the outdoor noise at all. Pool is good, little over chlorinated but the kids had a blast. Breakfast was good but if you are staying long is going to be repetitive, but there is a kitchen in the room so, time to be creative. I really recommend this place.

Quartos muito modernos e confortáveis. O pequeno-almoço gratuito é um pouco mais substancial do que o seu pequeno-almoço "continental" típico. Eles fazem seus próprios waffles e algum tipo de batata, ovo e carne oferecidos todas as manhãs. Tudo é muito limpo e arrumado. Tivemos uma suíte queen duplo e havia muito espaço para um hotel. Havia 2 adultos e 2 crianças, então depois de várias noites qualquer hotel parece pequeno, mas seria ótimo em outras circunstâncias (estávamos lá devido a um problema de mofo em casa). Os funcionários foram super simpáticos. Você precisa solicitar o serviço de limpeza com antecedência, portanto, para uma estadia prolongada, você definitivamente desejará fazer isso, mas, além disso, não posso reclamar. A piscina coberta foi um bônus agradável no tempo frio também. A academia era bastante adequada e bem conservada e eu nunca vi mais ninguém lá. Localização super conveniente, e você pode ver os fogos de artifício do parque polar do nosso quarto (de frente para a estação da união no 4º andar). O estacionamento também foi muito fácil e nunca muito lotado. Eu recomendo este hotel para quem quer ficar na área.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast is a bit more substantial than your typical "continental" breakfast. They do have make your own waffles and some sort of potato, egg and meat offered each morning. Everything is very clean and tidy. We had a double queen suite and there was a lot of room for a hotel. There were 2 adults and 2 kids so after several nights any hotel seems small, but it would be great under other circumstances (we were there due to a home mold problem). The staff were super friendly. You do have to request housekeeping ahead of time, so for an extended stay you'll definitely want to do that, but other than that I can't complain. The indoor pool was a nice bonus in cold weather as well. The gym was pretty adequate and well maintained and I never saw anyone else in there. Super convenient location, and you could see the fireworks from polar park from our room (facing union station on the 4th floor). Parking was also very easy and never too crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.
