Hotel com boa estrutura, boa localização. Entretanto, esqueci um carregador de celular no quarto no último dia da estadia mas deixei a bagagem para ser pega no final do dia. Provavelmente fizeram a limpeza do quarto e não me devolveram o carregador.

The hotel is in the ugly street, the pictures of the front of the hotel are not reflective of reality. Entrance is old and shabby. It is a maximum 3 starts hotel, maybe even 2!the halls are old, elevator is old and ugly. Rooms size is ok, but decoration is very poor (feels like you are in 80s and it was not refurbished since that time). Air-conditioning is old and makes a lot of noise, windows are strange and don’t open all the way. Staff is ok, trying to be helpful. Breakfast is ok. If you really don’t have another option.. you can stay there but there are certainly better option for the price.

I have tried many hotels in Milan and this has been one of our favorites. It’s conveniently located. The rooms and bathroom are very clean, spacious and the bed is extremely comfy. We slept like babies here, the walls and door must be thick as we are both light sleepers and didn't wake up at all! We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Thank you all for your hospitality.

We had a great stay here last night. Check in was easy and Antonio was lovely- he upgraded us to a bigger room as one was available. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Our bathroom unfortunately had a lingering smell of smoke possibly from the previous occupant so we kept it closed when not in use. Otherwise, would recommend and definitely come back again!

Lo primero que quiero quedar claro y destacar, es lo bueno de ese hotel…y por supuesto es el personal, súper atento, serviciales, con empatía por el cliente, muy profesionales y un encanto como personas. En lo referente al hotel, para nada se corresponde con un hotel NH de categoría 4 Estrellas. Las habitaciones muy normales, antiguas y el desayuno muy escaso para ser un NH, ya que en los que me he alojado daban un desayuno increíble. Como ubicación es bueno, pues tienes el Duomo a 10 min, y hay muchos restaurantes para poder hacer planes cerca del hotel. No sé si volvería a este hotel , aunque espero que tomen conciencia y hagan reforma o si no que la cadena NH sea sincera y aclare que no es un cuatro estrellas. Quiero volver a mencionar al personal y darle las gracias por todo y por supuesto mi Enhorabuena.

Las habitaciones o al menos las que nos tocó a mi amiga y a mí era algo antigua pero muy limpia. Le hace falta una pequeña reforma. La ubicación está en una calle algo rara pero tiene muy buena comunicación. No coger habitaciones que den a la calle porque pasa el tranvía y se oye mucho. En recepción había un señor llamado Antonio que es todo un encanto. Nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo y pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la tarde el día de nuestra salida. Sin duda si vuelvo a Milan me alojaré en éste hotel

Para ser un NH de 4 estrellas es un hotel muy normal. Todo perfecto. Bien situado en Milán, el Duomo está a 20 minutos andando.

No creo que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las camas son demasiado blandas y en una doble si se mueve uno, despierta al otro del movimiento. No existe casi aislamiento acústico. Si tu habitación da a la entrada, cómprate tapones porque es una calle muy transitada por coches y por gente voceando a las tantas de la madrugada. Las habitaciones son amplias y está bien situado.

An OK hotel located close to subway station and not far away from Milano Central Station. Not bad but nothing special. Very clean though and this is certainly a plus. Breakfast could be better. I would say that it is a very good hotel if you need to stay somewhere decent during your visit to Milan. Staff was really helpful

Nice location, parking available for a normal price. The staff is super easy going and accommodating, Emilio gave us a good room, spacious and clean. I would just recommend that they do the breakfast like other hotels, open for people to serve themselves. The poor lady at the bar could not handle so much requests from needy guests, there was a big queue and people got angry, but it is clearly not her fault, more the fault of the management, either more people help serve breakfast, or they do an open buffet. Highly recommended anyway, overall very good experience.

ESTE HOTEL ESTA CERRADO PESE A QUE SE PUEDE RESERVAR Y ESTA ANUNCIADO. Nadie te avisa de ello, cuando llegas tienes que molestarte en llamar, te delegan a otro hotel pero el taxi te lo pagas tú. El otro hotel será mejor o peor eso da igual porque no te queda otra opción. Una vergüenza.

Buena ubicación cerca de todos los servicios estación de metro como la republicca a 2 paradas del duomo. Calles cercanas con ambiente de fiesta y buenos restaurantes. La chica de la recepción es muy amable y la mayoría hablan español. A mi chica la felicitaron el día de su cumpleaños. Todo correcto precio ubicación e infraestructura. El desayuno si es un poco flojo pero tiene todo lo que se necesita.Agradecido al staff.

Hotel fantástico a unos 20 minutos a pie del duomo. Habitación amplia, cómoda y tranquila. Desayuno muy bueno. Personal atento. No es barato, pero visto los precios de la ciudad, tampoco lo puedo calificar como caro (sobre todo en relación a su calidad).

El hotel es bastante correcto, y el desayuno, como el de todos los NH está genial. Habitaciones modernas. Quizá el barrio no es muy solemne, ni está cerca del centro, pero como hotel sencillo está bien. También tiene otro pero, según a qué fachada dé tu habitación, y es el ruido del tranvía por las noches y que las ventanas no aíslan nada el ruido.
