“It took 4 hours to do a simple room change. Transparency is minimal in terms of which rooms offer what all inclusive benefits. We paid more to switch from a standard to a "superior" room (which would make sense) but had to give up "blue" bracelet status which means less access to restaurants and exclusive areas which makes zero sense. And our new room was so "superior". I had to use a wash cloth to prop up the shower so I didn't have to hold it in my hand 😒. Literally same room except a smaller shower and mini fridge with only water (standard room had beer, sodas and water). And despite how much the staff "tried" to help they could not seem to help me with the basics. These are the same hotels but different buildings and they couldn't just talk to each other for one of their customers. I had to run back and forth about 4 times and my request was not resolved. Real nice Oasis.”

“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location and beach are gorgeous, but the service is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Every restaurant is an hour wait and you have no choice because it’s “all inclusive”, the staff does not help you AT ALL, no maps provided, no hours for which restaurants to go to at what times(because they all close at random times)… I’m pregnant and got SICK here because we could not find food in time, no staff would accommodate my pregnancy or even get me a chair until I fainted, and also, they claim to have room service but NO ONE ANSWERS. I was on hold for 34 min and just hung up… honestly, the food situation is terrible here and I can’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. 😭 Lastly, I called front desk line for a blanket last night because no one else would answer and they said “sure coming”…. NEVER CAME. I slept with no blanket last night.”
