Eu e a família tivemos a melhor experiência aqui e provavelmente ficaremos nos hotéis Marriott a partir de agora. Os quartos eram limpos. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente e o café da manhã complementar foi ótimo. Não tenho absolutamente nada de negativo a dizer.

Me and family had the best experience here and will probably stick to marriot hotels from now on. The rooms were clean. The customer service was excellent and there complementary breakfast was great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

Looks like a nice newer property. This place is right near Six Flags Fiesta. It literally is about 1/4 miles away only. The front desk person working there is really friendly. Place is economical and convenient. You will enjoy the stay.

Nosso veículo foi arrombado às 4h. Estávamos estacionados em frente ao hotel, de frente para a entrada do hotel e ainda conseguimos ser arrombados. A gerência não foi empática ou mesmo ofereceu qualquer tipo de desculpas ou ajuda. Absolutamente desgostoso com o serviço e NUNCA vou ficar neste hotel novamente.

NÃO É O CALIBRE DE UM HOTEL MARRIOTTSou membro do Marriott Rewards há muitos anos e procuro exclusivamente propriedades Marriott quando estou viajando. Fiquei em vários hotéis Residence Inn ao longo dos anos e este hotel na RIM é de longe o pior Residence Inn em que já fiquei em termos de limpeza, instalações funcionais e comodidades disponíveis. O quarto que ocupamos, tinha um chão tão sujo que depois de andar descalço no quarto por apenas alguns minutos deixou nossos pés completamente pretos.Além disso, o banheiro do quarto de hotel continuou a funcionar após a descarga e até fez com que, quando quiséssemos dar a descarga, não havia água no tanque e, portanto, o banheiro não dava descarga. O ventilador no banheiro não estava funcionando e eu poderia dizer que um hóspede anterior teve a mesma ideia que eu, porque a porta do disjuntor estava aberta e eu podia ver que todos os interruptores estavam ligados e nenhum circuito foi desarmado.Fiquei bastante decepcionado ao descobrir que não havia uma frigideira no quarto para cozinhar, embora houvesse algumas panelas. A escadaria voltada para o sul estava repleta de burocracia para que as pessoas não pudessem entrar e sair livremente do prédio. A empresa de pintura contratada obstruiu a saída, e quando eu gentilmente compartilhei isso com a recepção, ela apenas sorriu e disse “nós cuidaremos disso”, embora nada tenha mudado e a saída continuasse bloqueada. Eu só compartilhei isso com eles como uma consideração para evitar possíveis problemas com um marechal de bombeiros.Esta estadia de nove noites parecia que eu estava em um Motel 6, que não é a qualidade do Marriott a que estou acostumado ao longo dos anos.Certamente eu poderia ter ligado para a recepção e procurado solução para todos os problemas durante a minha estadia, mas eu não estava interessado em manutenção no meu quarto nem ter que transferir todos os meus pertences para outro quarto.Não estou desistindo do Marriott, mas em retrospecto, US$ 1.400 depois, eu teria escolhido outro lugar para ficar.

The staff if willing to go above and beyond to be accommodate you during your stay.Wesley in particular was a pleasure to deal with.

Our vehicle was broken into at 4am. We were parked directly in front of the hotel, facing forward towards the hotel entry and still managed to get broke into. Management was not empathetic or even offered any kind of apology or help. Absolutely disgusted by the service and will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

NOT THE CALIBER OF A MARRIOTT HOTEL I have been a Marriott Rewards member for many years and exclusively look for Marriott properties when I am on travel. I’ve stayed at a number of Residence Inn hotels over the years and this hotel at the RIM is by far the worst Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness, functioning facilities, and available amenities. The room we occupied, had a floor so dirty that after walking barefoot in the room for just a few minutes left our feet completely black. Additionally, the hotel room’s toilet continued to run after flushing and even made it so when we did want to flush the toilet there was no water in the tank and therefore the toilet would not flush. The fan in the bathroom was not functional and I could tell that a previous guest had the same idea I did because the circuit breaker door was open and I could see that all of the switches were powered on and no circuits were tripped. I was quite disappointed to find that there was not a skillet in the room to cook on although there were a couple pots. I had to change my dining plans throughout my stay because I did not have the proper equipment in this Residence Inn to be able to cook food. On day eight I happened to mention to the front desk clerk about there not being a skillet and she was surprised and said that normally the room does have a skillet. Therefore it is apparent that the room was not inventoried before occupancy on what utensils and cookware was in the room. I also was not able to properly load the dishwasher and had to hand-wash dishes because the dishwasher was not secured to the countertop. The dishwasher is merely resting underneath the counter and when loaded with dishes the dishwasher tips over! I can’t help but wonder if either the floor is not level or there is something wrong with the dresser underneath the TV but the drawers kept sliding open every time I would close them. One of the things I’ve always enjoyed at Residence Inn was being able to play on the basketball court, however due to the ongoing outside painting and barricaded areas throughout my stay, the basketball court was closed. I also believe throughout my stay that the hotel staff “may” have been in violation of Texas Penal Code section 42.03 which in part, prohibits blocking a fire exit. The southern facing stairwell, was laden with red tape so people couldn’t freely enter and exit the building. The contracted painting company obstructed the exit, and when I courteously shared this with the front desk, she just smiled and said “we’ll take care of it” although nothing changed and the exit continued to remain blocked. I only shared this with them as a consideration so as to avoid any potential issues with a fire marshal. This stay of nine nights kind of felt like I was at a Motel 6 which is not the Marriott quality that I’ve been accustomed to over the years. Certainly I could have called the front desk and sought resolution for every issue throughout my stay, but I was not interested in maintenance being in my room nor having to relocate all my belongings to another room. I’m not giving up on Marriott, but in retrospect, $1,400 later, I would have chose somewhere else to stay.

Nós hospedado aqui para Spring Break. A localização é fantástica. Todos que encontramos na equipe foram simpáticos e prestativos. We stayed here for Spring Break. The location is fantastic. Everyone we encountered on the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms worked out great to accommodate the kids and they had a courtyard with fun games to keep them entertained. The complimentary breakfast had tons of items to choose from, even Gluten Free. We also appreciated the nightly snacks they offered, also complementary. Would definitely stay here again.

Meu pensamento foi bem, acho que é nossa má sorte que nossa propriedade não tenha sido roubada antes. Quero dizer realmente? Por que não dizer que sinto muito pela sua situação, deixe-me cuidar disso. A senhora da recepção então me disse que ela iria em frente e nos colocaria para um check-out tardio complementar para que não tivéssemos que pagar pela noite de sábado. Eu disse a ela que queria falar com um gerente sobre o que poderia ser feito sobre as cobranças para sexta-feira à noite, já que agora estávamos analisando uma taxa de reparo de US $ 2.000 para nosso caminhão e ela me disse que o gerente de viagem não estava disponível, mas que ela teria ela me chama. After having surgery last Friday, we planned to stay Friday and Saturday night so that I could recover some before taking the 4 hour drive home. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. On Saturday at 4:15 pm, our brand new truck was broken into right in front of the front doors of this hotel and the door handle was cracked making the truck unlockable. We really had no choice but to immediately pack up and leave. Obviously, we couldn't leave an unlocked truck in a parking lot we now knew was unsafe. We packed up and were at the front desk by 5, after speaking with the police. I told the front desk woman we were checking out and she let me know that the check out time was noon. My thought was well I guess it's our bad luck that our property wasn't stolen earlier. I mean really? Why not just say I'm so sorry about your situation, let me take care of that. The front desk lady then told me she would go ahead and put us in for a complementary late checkout so we wouldn't have to pay for Saturday night. I told her I wanted to speak with a manager about what could be done about charges for Friday night since we were now looking at a $2000 repair charge for our truck and she told me that the traveling manager was not available, but that she would have her call me. Well now 4 days later, I've heard nothing from anyone. Also, make sure that your room is nowhere near the tiny basketball court. There was a large group playing very loudly outside of our window late into the night on Friday.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia aqui! O cavalheiro maravilhoso que nos verificou honestamente fez a nossa estadia absolutamente excelente! Eu tive uma enxaqueca quando estava tentando fazer o check-in e ele me disse que venderam ibuprofeno e me arranjou um pouco! Em uma cidade onde o atendimento ao cliente é CLARAMENTE deficiente, o Residence Inn está alguns PASSOS acima do resto! Nós tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa e dormimos que ambos precisávamos desesperadamente! Mesmo que nossa viagem tenha sido interrompida e tivemos que sair mais cedo, eu definitivamente recomendo este lugar para quem procura um ótimo lugar para ficar! Considerando o quão grande e novo o hotel era, eu teria pensado que eles cobraram mais wayyyy do que eles fizeram! É tão bonito e ainda tem um preço competitivo com os outros hotéis por perto! Estadia INCRÍVEL geral!

We had a great stay here! The wonderful gentleman that checked us in honestly made our stay absolutely great! I had a migraine when I was trying to check in and he let me know they sold ibuprofen and got me set up with some! In a town where customer service is CLEARLY lacking, Residence Inn is a FEW STEPS above the rest! We had a wonderful stay and got the sleep we both desperately needed! Even though our trip got cut short and we had to leave early, I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Considering how great and new the hotel was, I would have thought that they charged wayyyy more than they did! It's so beautiful and still priced competitively with the other hotels near by! Overall AMAZING stay!
