Plush beds two pools on-site dining and a location overlooking Niagara Falls that's also next to a waterpark are welcome amenities for our guests at the non-smoking Sheraton on the Falls. This 22-floor property has 669 rooms each featuring the plush signature beds and bedding as well as coffeemakers floor-to-ceiling windows marble bathrooms and LCD flat-panel TVs with cable channels. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. The hotel has an indoor pool a seasonal heated outdoor pool fitness and 24-hour business centers a Starbucks buffet dining and regional fine dining with falls views. There is also a waterpark next door with slides a giant wave pool and much more. Parking is available for an additional fee. Sheraton is located on the corner of the 20-acre Falls Avenue Resort overlooking the Horsehoe (Canadian) Falls. The hotel is also near Clifton Hill Casino Niagara Maid of the Mist and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Buffalo Niagara International Airport is 26 miles away.

“Mobile check in didn't work, and at manual check in they didn't give us wristbands that we didn't know we needed for the waterpark (so had to run down stairs, across to hotel, then ... line up to check in just to get them),- - - most frustrating, the elevators are impossible to get and rammed with too many people (especially during COVID? - had to take the stairs so many times) and parking is very awkward to get to - and you need to walk through a different hotel to get to and from your car... no support/management staff to help generally. Would not return. View was nice, room was nice - but an awful experience in general.”

“We checked in to find out we are at the top floors; great!
We get to the elevators to realize only 1 out of 3 is working. Line up is 30-40 minutes to get back to your room. no social distancing is respected as everybody is piling up into that one and only functional elevator. Customer service is non existent, it’s clear that they are operating understaffed.”
