“Nice place to stay but a bit of a walk to Osaka / Umeda. Very comfortable bed. Staff are always helpful.”
— M P
“Really disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel. Hotel interior looks and feels old. Furniture has many wear marks. Staff is friendly, but cannot remember guests. There are not many guests staying now, so it should be easy to recognize the guests... especially me, as a tall foreigner with many tattoos. Check-in information was only available in Japanese. English language details were not available. This is supposed to be an international hotel. A Japanese language newspaper was left at my door. Why? It is obvious I am not Japanese. Hotel staff will usually ask your preference about a newspaper. Breakfast was also disappointing. The cook (not chef) did not make the eggs freshly... only reheated the fried eggs. Pastry selection tastes the same as supermarket. Overall, the breakfast items available are not any different than a ¥6,000 business hotel. For the price paid... there are many better hotels available in Osaka.”
