“La atención del personal pésima. Al llegar al hotel súper tarde queríamos descansar y probaron en dos habitaciones las tarjetas de ingreso y ambas estaban descargadas, lo que nos parece una falta de respeto porque habíamos realizado la reservación. El desayuno horrible, se veía muy rico en las fotos pero la verdad no lo era. Las áreas comunes muy sucias. Y para completar está ubicado en un sector muy feo donde hay muchos habitantes de calle. Menos mal que sólo habíamos reservado una noche con mi familia y al otro día nos fuimos a conseguir otro hotel mejor.”

“Incompetent. I chose this hotel to propose to my girlfriend because of the beautiful photos and good reviews. We arrived promptly at 3:00 check in time. We were 2nd in line. Check in took 45 minutes. Upon arrival in the room, no towels, no working phone. The 2nd day our dinner took 1 hour to prepare. We were the only people in the restaurants. Day 3 the jacuzzi was reserved from 10:00-11:00. At 11:45 the jacuzzi was still not properly prepared after 3 employees attempted it. Disappointing service……Food was great…. Will not be returning”
