Não gostamos do Hambúrguer e do peixe que pedimos para jantar no restaurante. Sem gosto e nadando em óleo. Podíamos ouvir (provavelmente?) ratos se movendo acima de nós no teto. Eu não recomendaria jantar aqui. Café-da-manhã foi muito bom. A entrada da garagem é um pouco difícil de encontrar e a garagem é muito apertada. A equipe foi gentil, mas não muito atencioso.”

Alles relativ neu aber recht billig eingerichtet. Bett samt Matratze war sehr gut und die Matratze fest. Im Badezimmer aber immer noch keine richtige Dusche sondern die Badewanne mit dem Ein- und Ausstiegs Handycap. Frühstück war guter Standart mit den üblichen Verdächtigen. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very good service, nice and clean hotel. Small sport room to work out if needed. Very nice breakfast. The only thing is that the parking lot could be more practical, it's a bit tight. That's all I could find. :-)

Eu fico neste hotel regularmente, no total já estive aqui 5 vezes. Sempre tenho uma ótima experiência quando venho. Eu gosto das comodidades e do ambiente do hotel - é elegante, mas de uma forma simples e tem tudo o que você precisa, além de um ambiente agradável e confortável. Mas acima de tudo, a equipe aqui é incrivelmente agradável e acolhedora. Eu precisava de alguma flexibilidade no passado em relação aos quartos e horários de check-in e devo dizer que eles sempre foram super prestativos. A última pessoa super prestativa foi Julia na recepção esta manhã, que acomodou um check-in antecipado, gentilmente me ofereceu um café e também conseguiu ser flexível de outras maneiras. Obrigada!

I like the hotel's amenities and ambiance - it is elegant but in a simple way and it has everything you may need, plus a nice and comfortable atmosphere. nice hotel with all the amenities. Rooms are big enough, but the bed was a bit hard for my taste.
Breakfast was ok, with more than enough choice.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Um hotel moderno e limpo. Se você se abster de fazer as camas e trocar as toalhas todos os dias, receberá um voucher para uma bebida gratuita no bar do hotel. Nada de errado com o café da manhã também, há quase tudo e a equipe é rápida e atenciosa. Escolhemos o hotel pela proximidade com o Barclays Arena. Em retrospecto, quando nos perguntaram qual a melhor forma de chegar lá de ônibus e trem público, obtivemos uma resposta insatisfatória. Nenhuma indicação de que há um ônibus de traslado. Achamos que isso é realmente muito escasso, porque você pode facilmente criar um plano uma vez e entregá-lo a pedido.

Hotel bien situado, limpio, con un pequeño parking exterior y otro interior y con un buen desayuno y bar restaurante. Además parte del personal es español o habla español, lo que a veces se agradece. Por su ubicación en Altona pero con una salida cercana a la A7 lo hace ideal para mis viajes de negocios

The hotel interior is nice, the room would be comfortable overall but it was really hot and the temperature could not be lowered, the AC was blowing hot air even if we tried to lower it. We did not like the Burger and fish we ordered for dinner in the restaurant. Tasteless and swimming in oil. We could hear (probably?) rats moving above us in the ceiling. I would not recommend having dinner here. Breakfast was really nice. The garage entrance is a bit hard to find and the garage is really tight. Staff was kind but not very attentive.

Ficamos em 22 de março por uma noite. Muito simpática equipe, os quartos eram limpos e modernos. Houve também estacionamento gratuito ao virar da esquina. Mas o destaque foi a seleção mais rica de café-da-manhã. No bar, nosso desejo de um cappuccino com leite de aveia foi atendido. Muito obrigado!!

Hallo, wir waren zu Besuch in Hamburg um den sehr guten Handball zu sehen und konnten uns im Hotel sehr gut erholen. Man kann sagen, dass das Gesamtpaket passt. Gut gegessen, getrunken und geschlafen. Alles super sauber und das Personal ehrlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. A minha nota lateral sobre o bar não tem nada a ver com o serviço do hotel !!!Uma pequena nota ao lado sobre o bar ... No primeiro dia ... Serviço pobre de gruta, comentários extremamente hostis e arrogantes a pedido onde estavam as nossas bebidas. Você foi simplesmente ignorado pelo primeiro quarto de hora. Não estava cheio, apenas como um aparte!No segundo dia no bar, uma nova tentativa da nossa parte ... e eis que de repente tudo correu como um relógio. Eles foram simpáticos / educados e corteses. Hotel muito bom, pessoal simpático, pequeno-almoço muito variado, menu de jantar com alguns pratos manejáveis mas muito abundantes e saborosos. O quarto é de bom tamanho e é limpo. O banheiro era muito moderno com um chuveiro. Existe uma boa ligação ao centro ou ao porto.

Adoramos a hospedagem nesse hotel. Na época que hospedamos havia uma promoção: se vc dispensasse a limpeza do apto vc teria direito a 01 drink. Achei a ideia muito interessante para incentivar a economia de água e produtos químicos.

Estuve 20 días en el hotel, es un hotel donde no llega el ruido las habitaciones son grandes, tiene la decoración minimalista, tienen un bufet para el desayuno que tiene cosas muy apetecibles, tiene los empleados muy amables, además humildes. No puedo olvidar la pareja que hace la limpieza. Otra cosa a recordar es el bar y los pinchos.

Exceptional service, clean rooms, friendly multi-lingual staff! Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm.

I have stayed in many NH hotels, mostly Italy, as they usually stand for quality, simplicity, and good location. The NH Altona surpassed all my high expectations. Oliveira and the rest of the staff were outstanding and I would visit again anytime.

Standard of rooms as expected in a four-star hotel. Very good breakfast with variety of food. The staff helpful and nice. The free of charge gym and parking (next to the hotel) is a big advantage. Very convinient location - in the neighborhood access to the buses to the city center, Altona and DESY (Volkspark).

No se comunican español. Cuando llego presento el voucher del pago, lo corroboran y esta todo ok, me piden una tarjeta de garantia, les doy mi visa. Al retirarme me dijeron que estaba todo ojsin gastos. Dias despues me aparece en mi tarjeta 297 dolares,que yo no los debo y no consumi nada. Se llama y dicen que es la estadia. Inmorales, estafadores. Lo primero que tendrian que haber hecho ea darme una factura de eso y no lo hicieron y ellos sabian que la estadia estaba paga. Cuidado con ese hotel. Estafan.. todavia no me lo resolvieron
