The hotel is fine. The quality is reflected in the price. The staff seemed friendly. The room was clean. The elevator floor could use a deep clean. They seemed to be having a water leak or something, because they had massive air handlers on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways. The area was a little sketchy. Definitely don't leave anything in your car. The worst part was the noise. There seemed to be multiple parties of some kind. We got back to the hotel around 12am, and we could hear people running around in the hallways, yelling, laughing, talking, screaming. We had just left a party ourselves (not at the hotel, obv) so we were tired and didn't feel like dealing with it. Just put in our ear buds and turned the white noise up to 11. We got a room here because it was very close to our friend's house, and it was very cheap (we live locally). But next time we'll just pay the Uber surcharge and go home. Or try one of the other Marriott properties in the area (we're Platinum Elite members). If your budget is limited and you absolutely HAVE to be in this area, it's fine. I never give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. So 4 stars is Best! Ótimo lugar. Cafeteira pequena para hotel de estadia prolongada. Banheira de hidromassagem foi incrível. Serviço foi acima e além. Boas guloseimas sociais 3 dias/semana. Ótimo, café da manhã quente e preparado. Sanduíches não embalados. Eu nunca dou 5 estrelas porque sempre há espaço para melhorias. Então 4 estrelas é o melhor!

The office lobby was very clean and inviting.The front desk clerk Tracy was very friendly and also was very concerned about me being comfortable.She went above and beyond to help me with my hotel room.She was super polite and professional.My stay there was brief due the location being too far for me.The room was nice and I really appreciated off of the help that Tracy assisted me with.She would make a wonderful manager if she is not already one. Great place to book if you're looking for long term stays. I stayed in the single suite room. It was spacious, clean and comfy. The hotel itself was quiet and served breakfast.The staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive.Location wise it was around 40 minutes from downtown, but the Willowbrook Mall was a 5 min walk away in addition to other shopping options and supermarkets. Will definitely stay there again if I get the chance. Ótimo lugar para reservar se você estiver procurando por estadias de longa duração. Fiquei no quarto da suíte individual. Era espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O hotel em si era tranquilo e serviu café da manhã.Os funcionários foram muito receptivos, prestativos e atenciosos.Localização sábia, ficava a cerca de 40 minutos do centro, mas o Willowbrook Mall ficava a 5 minutos a pé, além de outras opções de compras e supermercados. Com certeza ficarei lá novamente se eu tiver a chance.
