My wife and I had a wonderful 2-night stay here. Truly a 5-star hotel experience and service. Jonathan, the manager, is very welcoming and helped us navigate the transportations to other places. SPA provided by the hotel is amazing, pricey but definitely worth it. We stayed in a Sea-view bungalow which is very luxurious with a traditional touch. Breakfast was awesome though we hope there’s more Thai food options. Hotel activities were fun and well organized. We love it here and will return again soon! Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de 2 noites aqui. Verdadeiramente uma experiência e serviço de hotel 5 estrelas. Jonathan, o gerente, é muito acolhedor e nos ajudou a navegar nos transportes para outros lugares. SPA fornecido pelo hotel é incrível, caro, mas definitivamente vale a pena. Nós ficamos em um bangalô com vista para o mar que é muito luxuoso com um toque tradicional. O café da manhã foi incrível, embora esperemos que haja mais opções de comida tailandesa. As atividades do hotel foram divertidas e bem organizadas. Nós amamos isso aqui e voltaremos novamente em breve!

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una maravillosa estadía de 2 noches aquí. Verdaderamente una experiencia y servicio de hotel de 5 estrellas. Jonathan, el gerente, es muy acogedor y nos ayudó a navegar los transportes a otros lugares. El SPA proporcionado por el hotel es increíble, caro pero definitivamente vale la pena. Nos alojamos en un bungalow con vistas al mar que es muy lujoso con un toque tradicional. El desayuno fue increíble, aunque esperamos que haya más opciones de comida tailandesa. Las actividades del hotel fueron divertidas y bien organizadas. ¡Nos encanta estar aquí y volveremos pronto!

A truly beautiful place, excellent customer service and amazing food.Some villas are located right next to loud ventilators. During the day there's constant lawn mower noise, and during the night fishing boat's engine was on from midnight to 6AM. There was also some noise coming from the rooftop of the villa.

Well established resort.Ideal for a romantic retreat. Private beach. Very clean. Spacious villas, arranged in three rows at a slope. Excellent service and food. For all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big tourist beaches. Its remote place-for island seeing,car or motor bike required! Next attraction Bophut/Fishermens Village, by taxi 10-15 minutes. We always like to return and spend some quiet days!

This is a magical place, what can I say I am overwhelmed! The staff was the nicest and most helpful I ever experienced in a hotel. The view was just stunning from everywhere. Directly from the bed we had ocean and palmtrees view, as well as from the breakfast terrace or pool or dinner place. I was here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and we even had a small anniversary surprise waiting for us. The hotels offers so many activities, which we tried like tennis lesson, SUP, kayak, yoga, catamaran, snorkeling, Thai boxing for free and we loved all of them. Also all further activity recommendations came from the hotel and these were great. Nothing to complain about we will for sure come back! Este é um lugar mágico, o que posso dizer que estou impressionado! A equipe foi a mais simpática e prestativa que já experimentei em um hotel. A vista era simplesmente deslumbrante de todos os lugares. Diretamente da cama, tínhamos vista para o mar e palmeiras, bem como do terraço do café da manhã ou da piscina ou do jantar. Eu estava aqui com meu namorado para o nosso aniversário e até tivemos uma pequena surpresa de aniversário esperando por nós. Os hotéis oferecem tantas atividades, que experimentamos como aula de tênis, SUP, caiaque, ioga, catamarã, mergulho com snorkel, boxe tailandês de graça e adoramos todas elas. Também todas as outras recomendações de atividades vieram do hotel e foram ótimas. Nada a reclamar voltaremos com certeza!

The location is special because there are no neighbours left or right, so it's a genuinely private beach. There is plenty to do on site with additional wonderful options for exploring a short drive away. The staff at the resort make it stand out - friendly and warm. When I got to return for work, my family asked me to send greetings to a wide range of staff they connected with on our holiday. Simply magical. A localização é especial porque não há vizinhos à esquerda ou à direita, por isso é uma praia genuinamente privada. Há muito o que fazer no local com opções adicionais maravilhosas para explorar a uma curta distância. A equipe do resort faz com que ele se destaque - amigável e caloroso. Um hotel fantástico. Nós apreciamos todos os dias. Depois de todas as boas críticas, estávamos céticos de que tudo poderia realmente ser tão bonito. Mas sim, é fantástico. O serviço, que tem sido descrito com tanta frequência, é incrível, mas não intrusivo. Nossos filhos (7 e 10 anos) também se sentiram muito à vontade aqui! O dia começa com vistas deslumbrantes para o mar logo na cama. O café da manhã não deixa nada a desejar, também com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar. Muito obrigado a toda a equipe do hotel em torno de Ala, Esme e Co pelas ótimas férias!

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in - it’s perfect for couples or just for a solo trip to decompress (the attached picture is the view from our balcony!). There are loads of complimentary activities, including cooking and windsurfing lessons. The food and cocktails are excellent. We hope to return in future for sure. Thanks to the amazing staff for making our honeymoon all the more special, their customer service has been impeccable. Este é o melhor hotel em que já ficamos - é perfeito para casais ou apenas para uma viagem solo para descomprimir (a foto em anexo é a vista da nossa varanda!). Há muitas atividades gratuitas, incluindo aulas de culinária e windsurf. A comida e os coquetéis são excelentes. Esperamos voltar no futuro com certeza. Graças à equipe incrível por tornar nossa lua de mel ainda mais especial, o atendimento ao cliente foi impecável.

This hotel nails it on 5 star service. Beautiful location and fabulous facilities but it is the genuine friendly welcome and care that makes it special. All the staff are so kind and attentive with a big shout out to Alla (Guest Relations) and the Activities Team ( Ha, Nu and Poo). Excellent breakfast, superb dining facilities, beautiful infinity pool, well provisioned gym and a wonderful spa. Not to mention the activities which include yoga. Kayaking, paddle boarding and catamaran. A really enjoyable week here. Este hotel prega-o no serviço de 5 estrelas. Bela localização e instalações fabulosas, mas é o acolhimento e o cuidado genuínos que o tornam especial. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos, com um grande grito para Alla (Relações com os hóspedes) e a equipe de atividades (Ha, Nu e Poo). Excelente café da manhã, excelentes instalações para refeições, bela piscina de borda infinita, academia bem equipada e um maravilhoso spa. Isso sem falar nas atividades que incluem ioga. Caiaque, paddle boarding e catamarã. Uma semana muito agradável aqui.

Tivemos uma semana maravilhosa lá. Embora o resort foi sparsley reservado, não tivemos a sensação de que algo estava faltando em relação ao serviço. O próprio hotel é lindo de qualquer maneira, com vistas espetaculares do quarto.

We had a wonderful week there. Even though the resort was sparsley booked we did not get the feeling that anything was missing regarding service. The hotel itself is beautiful anyway with spectacular views from the room.

Costumo ir a hotéis 5 estrelas e este é um dos melhores por onde passei. Provavelmente os melhores de Koh Samui (mas ainda não experimentei todos ...). O farto café da manhã é delicioso e o serviço impecável. A propriedade é tranquila, bem administrada e a praia é particular. Excelente qualidade pelo preço. Altamente recomendado.

I often go to 5 stars hôtels and this is one of the best where I went. Probably the best in Koh Samui (but I did not try them all yet...). The generous breakfast is delicious and the service impeccable. The property is quiet, well managed and the beach is private. Excellent quality for the price. Highly recommend.

Passei um dia na piscina e também gostei do almoço e do jantar. A comida é muito boa e com preços muito razoáveis. A piscina é enorme e tem uma vista linda. O serviço é excelente e os jardins são muito bem conservados.

Find your piece of heaven in Koh Samui!The pros: * Friendly and very accommodating staff. * Open space design making it very fresh and breezy everywhere. * Very spacious villas with a comfortable bed. * Fast and reliable WiFi. * Private balcony. * Complimentary water and fresh fruits daily. * Turn over service every evening. * Plenty of space on the private beach. * Clean ocean with very warm water, very easy to get in and out of the ocean. * An infinity pool with magnificent views. * Fantastic food (breakfast, dinner, pool bar). * Great spa with many procedures and packages to choose from. * The possibility to arrange all kinds of trips around Koh Samui and even to some surrounding islands.The cons: * No inner pool in case of torrential rain. * A bit far away from the island centre. * Having to leave!

Spent a day by the pool and enjoyed lunch and dinner also. Food is very nice and very fairly priced. The pool is huge and has a lovely view. Service is excellent and grounds are very well kept.

He pasado 4 días es este complejo y puedo afirmar que es el paraíso en la tierra. Es encantador, tiene unas villas preciosas perfectamente ambientadas en una casa típica con vistas al mar. Posee una playa privada, zona de juegos y restaurante con diferntes terrazas (una en la playa, otra entre vegetación...). También tiene una gran cantidad de actividades como música en directo, barbacoas etc. Para ir con niños es también genial, tiene actividades para todas las edades como kayak, paddlesurf, windsurf, etc. Un lugar 10, volvería sin dudarlo.
