“We stayed at this hotel during a convention/conference. The staff are very nice and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and the beds comfortable. However, it took a very long time to check in. But, the hotel is old and needs updating. The pools had a lot of dirty marks on them and the paint around main pool was peeling off. The hotel is currently being changed into a Dreams hotel so there were a number of areas that were not open/not accessible. The restaurant is in a great location with view of the bay but the food was terrible (overcooked pasta, wrongly labeled food and the all inclusive menu had little variety dispite appearing to have a lot dishes). In addition drinks were only available for 2 hours each evening which was between 8pm-10pm, not great if you have children who are used to dining and sleeping earlier and would like a drink with your meal. They also charge for sunbeds on the beach which is poor for a hotel advertising itself as a 5 star hotel. I would not visit this hotel again and feel it was not worth the money we paid.”

“My family and I we stayed here for my brother wedding from the beginning to the end everything was exelente the whole personal were amazing, polite and courtesy the food was delicious on all restaurants the hotel have especially at the restaurant las Brisas they have a particular waitress his name is Alexis was a really excellent and helpful waitress.”
