We were in the lobby and the ceiling fell down! We felt unsafe staying at this hotel and booked another one! Also the first night after we arrived to Dubai, we were very tired and wanted to get some rest. This hotel has a nightclub and plays music till 3 in the morning. We asked to move us to the top floor and we still heard the music even there. Do not recommend anyone to stay there.

DENIED A DOCTOR: 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND Review of Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Pending review This is definitely not a fiery review aimed at the Government of Dubai but rather, Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga.Writing here is a former Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing staff who unfortunately, caught COVID-19 during the trip. What made the experience and stay at this hotel an atrocious one was the fact that guest office staff are incompetent at the English Language, having come from different parts of India, Bangladesh and all, and seem to have real issues understanding basic UK-level English on par with at least a Secondary Two education. Simple words like "rashes" and "medicine" they do not seem to understand which adds to the frustration.Some facts about me: I am Moderna Vaccinated and even received a booster before visiting UAE.Anyways, I was treated on par with a criminal since getting my diagnosis and even denied the assistance of a medical doctor to visit me on 3rd, 4th and even 5th January 2022 at this hotel. According to the reception, I am not to be seen by a doctor and only to go to the hospital because I tested positive for the coronovirus. I have to stress that on 3rd January, I suffered a bout of bad urticaria (hives) as this has long been an underlying medical condition; requested Guest Reception to call for a doctor as I was having difficulties breathing due to the rash - NOT COVID-19 - and what further disgusted me was the fact that I had to deal with service staff who even served me RAW (UNCOOKED) vegetables and expected me to consume them, resulting in diarrhea.Rectification: I called the Consulate General of my home country to launch complaints and even threatened to put this destination I once worked for on bad press. I even contacted some key media publications to share my concerns about this. Consulate had to push the hotel accommodation to respond to my request and call for a doctor to attend to me because what the hotel has done is a complete violation of human rights and the right for a sick guest to even receive medical care while in isolation.

Shady inhuman hotel that denies Covid patients medical help. Security team will confiscate your medicine and force you to pay for it before asking concierge to pass you your medicine . BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO ISOLATE HERE AS THEY WILL LEAVE YOU TO DIE IN THE HOTEL ROOM IF YOU ARE UNDER QUARANTINE.

The start on arrival was a bit disappointing. We had booked a king room but were given an unclean twin room. We had booked for interconnecting which got sorted out by 4pm. so we took in total 2 rooms.room service is not 24 hours (6:30am till 10:30pm only), but food is average at hotel.linen for room is changed only twice a week according to hotel policy. However we had to request everyday and they would agree. house keeping people Judy in charge, daily house cleaning people inura apsara are decent.Abhineet at reception is very good and was able to provide us breakfast in the room due to the old age of my father and for safety of the children during this Covid crisis. Abhineet only capable individual otherwise all other receptionist need lots of training.breakfast guy abid is very good and polite. prompt in his service and accurate in getting the breakfast order correct. well done, keep up the good work.fridge does not get cold, it is a mini bar so temperature they say is 6-8 degrees. please be careful if you have medicine. Only two soft drinks suitable to cool as per technician of hotel.Walk in bathroom in king rooms need to maintained as it has blockage and can be dangerous. was very slippery.after check out worst possible experience. They did not provide the bills, also they decided to change name on the rooms. I do understand that as hyatt member tier nights can be credited for only one room but points are credited for both rooms.Been 6 days after check out yet points have not been credited pointsI suggest to all avoid this hotel as seen from previous reviews. Convenient location. Descent room/amenities. Reasonable price at least for me. Several restaurants within walking distance with an amazing night vibe. Main issue for me was cigerrate smell in the room and ac vent and I booked a non smoking room. Thank you.

Positives: Security system is good. Immediate assistance once asked irrespective of the time. Prime location. Changes needed: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Taps are old, shower tubes are very old & broken. So many cutlery, tea pot, kettles mentioned in the description were not kept. We had 2 call & ask every thing. Bed are too old, torn, you can completely feel the springs, it keeps poking. Very less lightings on the rooms. Only shampoo, conditioner, NO shower gel. They charge much greater amount for compared to the facilities they had. The house keeping service didn't clean the vessels we used. They avoided it completely without even touching it.

Muy mala atención al cliente. Por un error de la agencia de viajes no les llegó a tiempo la reserva y nos trataron como delincuentes por no tener reserva. Cuando todo se aclaró ni siquiera fueron capaces de pedir disculpas.También, en uno de los días de reserva nos encontramos con que la piscina había sido reservada para un evento privado y no la pudimos utilizar aún estando a disposición de los clientes con la reserva.En general bastante mal servicio aunque las instalaciones están bien y la zona muy bien.

Eu estive neste hotel 2 vezes eu fico para cada 2 semanas eu fico quando eu viajo para Dubai antes de corona. Tenho saudades deste hotel e de Dubai. Minha estada com minha irmã sempre foi fantástica. Bom serviço. Melhor localização para qualquer lugar. Tenho saudades do cara do trabalho de natação, dos bons taxistas de lá. … É como se estivéssemos em casa. Eu definitivamente volto para hayat sempre.

I was in this hotel 2 times I stay for each 2 week I staywhen I travel to Dubai before corona. I miss this hotel and Dubai . My stay with my sister was always fantastic. Good service. Best location for everywhere. I miss swimming work guy , the good taxi drivers there. … it is like home. I definitely come back to hayat always .

It’s five minutes’ walk to Al Rigga metro station, 10 minutes in a taxi to the airport and 15 minutes to Downtown, the centre of ‘new’ Dubai.

It’s an awesome four star hotel conveniently located within a 5min walk to the nearest train station giving one good access to other parts of the city of Dubai. The room rates are very reasonable. Plus the hotel has an amazing breakfast

Lodged here during our girls only vacation to Dubai with my mom, lil sis and daughter 5 years ago. This hotel is clean, we lodged in their 2 bed suite. The rooms were large and the sitting room was big and comfortable as well. The restaurant had intercontinental dishes. This Hotel is centrally located. My sister and I had mad fun at the pool and gym. The staff were polite.
