Adoramos o hotel. Passamos 5 dias, eu, minha esposa e meu filho. Não temos do que reclamar. O serviço e a localização são excelentes, bem como os funcionários, sempre sorridentes, simpáticos e atenciosos. Fica ao lado do Teatro do Oscar e da calçada da fama...muito bom!

Picaretas ou muito desorganizadosReservei 5 diárias no hotel, no penúltimo dia que fui confirmar sobre o procedimento de checkout para o dia seguinte o atendente me informou que minha reserva era só de 4 dias e que eu deveria ter feito checkout já e iriam cobrar uma nova diária cheia.Fiquei assustado com a informação e perguntei se ele tinha certeza, ele foi bem enfático que tinha 100% de certeza.Peguei os documentos da reserva e mostrei pra ele que eram de 5 dias. Ele foi pesquisar mais informações no sistema e depois me disse que realmente a reserva era de 5 dias mas meu checkout já tinha sido feito naquela manhã por um de nós. Porém no horário do suposto checkout nós nem estávamos no hotel, estávamos no Parque Universal, e todas nossas malas estavam no quarto! Algum funcionário agiu de má fé ou fez uma tremenda confusão trocando números de quartos.Cadê a a segurança do hotel que não pede identificação para fechar os quartos ou confere as chaves? Qualquer um pede qualquer coisa para qualquer quarto sem nenhuma segurança?Ou eles são picaretas ou muito desorganizados. Sem condição para um hotel desse nível.O hotel é caro mas o quarto é pequeno e não tem muito conforto ou luxo.O estacionamento é extremamente longe, tem que entrar no shopping ao lado, andar um tanto e usar 2 elevadores.

Excelente localização, acomodações espaçosas e staff mais do que atencioso e simpático.

Excelente atendimento, quartos, localização. Tem acesso ao shopping pelo mezanino , e teatro do Oscar . Da para fazer varias atrações a pé. Vale muito. Só o estacionando é bem caro, 50 dólares por dia. Mas pela localização , não dá para reclamar!! Valeu!

We attended a National Council of Urban Education Association Conference at Loews. Everyone we met was so attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean, cozy and anything we needed they brought to us right away. We went to the Bodega for coffee, fruit, yogurt and the occasional pastry... a bit pricey but fresh and quick service.

We enjoyed our stay!The facilities are excellent.The staff is wonderful.The location is great.We recommend for anyone that wants to be close to the attractions in this area.

El hotel y la ubicación son perfectas pero tienen muchos impuestos y condiciones económicas del hotel que no me parecen de lo más claras, Desde cargos extras de Internet, cargo por paqueteria, cargo de consumo en el hotel (este es forzoso). Además su servicio post a tu estancia para mandar facturas es horrible!!!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of everything you want to see and do in LA. The service and staff were impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It's clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms aren't the most updated but are nice. The shower was amazing and the beds were super comfortable.

Location is great, they have valet parking which is needed for such a vibrant area. You are literally next door to a nice mall full of restaurant's and shops to explore. The bar is great and.... they offer wonderful midnight snacks like milk and cookies!!! Gave it 4 stars only because I saw some paint chipping very slightly on the bathroom door, maintenance needs to be on their A game.

Excellent! From the valet to the front desk the friendly, customer service oriented staff made our stay pleasant and worry-free on a very busy weekend. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful as many Loews hotels I've stayed at. This is located on Highland Ave, and next door theirs food, a shopping plaza that takes you on Hollywood Blvd. It's all within a 5 minute walk. There's also a convenience store located across from the hotel, and plenty of food options. Hollywood is a bit pricey just because it's Hollywood I am sure even outside of the hotel.My room was a basic room still nice, but a few complaints the bed has a slope or dent in it which was really uncomfortable for my back. My sleep has been painful all week. The head of the bed leans down while the foot of the bed slopes up, so I may have just been unlucky with a room with a bed that is bent out of shape. The shower is pretty spacious and very clean. The view from my room pointed towards all the mountains, and homes in the hills along with the Hollywood sign, which was nice, but the window was a bit dirty. Not sure how often they get their windows cleaned.There is a pool, yoga, and fitness on the 5th floor, all very nice. The staff are super friendly, and just everyone I've ran into which is a plus. There is a Bodega market, H2 Bar, and Breakfast (Preston's). I ate breakfast at Preston's (11/3) on site and had the smoked salmon omelette (custom), which came with breakfast potatoes. The plate was plentiful for $18.00. My wife had the chicken sausage and pancakes, the pancakes are plentiful and two medium sized chicken sausages. Pancakes are $16.00, and the chicken sausage to add are $7.00. We had juice and coffee. The service there is very nice. Starting on 11/4 they you can only enter if you have been vaccinated, but they will allow you to place an order to go.The hotel charges $150.00 per day for deposit. My total deposit is $600.00 plus Hotel stay, so be prepared. I called two people prior, and chatted, and was told by one person there isn't a deposit, but he was unsure, and the chat person said there isn't a charge, and then another person said it may be $150.00, so I prepared for the worse and it was in fact $150.00 deposit, so if you don't have that to be put on hold. Then find another hotel.They also charge for a $25.00 per day resort fee, and with this fee you get a $20.00 credit each day, which does not roll-over to the next so has to be used during that day. This include premium wifi (but I used complimentary), yoga, starline sightseeing tour hop on, hop off, and Lucky strike (bowling). You can present the card given to you at the front desk to use those perks.The bodega inside the hotel, is expensive 1 bottle of beer is $7.00, Gatorade $5.00, Water $5.00, shot bottles $13.00,and White Cheddar popcorn was $5.00 for a normal size $1.00 bag back home, so if you don't want to spend that, your are better walking across the street to the Liquor/Convenience store and purchasing.I didn't drink at the H2 bar, only ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for $9.00 since my wife had a sweet tooth that evening, they were pretty good, moist and soft.There's no In Room Dining I guess because of COVID, so that sucked, back home we do have in room service, but they weren't clear whether that was the reason besides they are not doing in room dining.Overall, the experience was nice, a bit pricey, but I gave a 3 star because the bed was awful for my experience, and the poor communication with the deposit hold.

Lovely, warm experience with the staff, with one small exception. Room and bed comfortable, linens crisp, and the little extras were very nice. Two items that didn't function properly were the fridge and TV, but neither hampered our good feelings about the hotel, and we believe these concerns would have been handled if we had complained. Overall, excellent!

This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. Fun hotel. Attached to the mall. Great location. Walk to the walk of the stars. We needed a microwave for our baby food, and they brought it to our room! The art in the room is very well thought out.

The room layout and design is moderate and could use a bit of updating but was very clean and cozy. I loved the shower and the atheistic of the bathroom. The hotel has direct access to a large shopping center with poplar retailers and even a movie theater. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is literally right outside the door and a huge range of dining, entertainment, and tourist attractions are within a very short walking distance (less than 5 minutes). I do wish that tickets to attractions and airport shuttle service was available also room service is limited to breakfast only although the bar serves delicious lunch and dinner options. The staff were always very courteous, polite, and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here especially if it's your first time in L.A. There is so much to do no matter your age. The hotel is very family friendly and even offers babysitting. For the price and location this is perfect for vacations or even weekend getaways.

Lilli did an awesome job getting us taken care off! She was super nice and helpful. Room service was delicious and the Hotel is literally connected to the mall so finding stuff to do was not too difficult and you can walk right onto the walk of fame without going too far! Highly recommend staying here:)

Solo para que tengan cuidado al hospedarse en este hotel y especialmente si pagas cash, yo realice mi pago de las tres noches en cash y mi deposito de $425 con mi tarjeta,en parte fue culpa mía por no exigir mi comprobante de pago pero de ellos es falta de ética y honestidad tristemente un hotel que creí que era más prestigiado me pasó esto, lean las capturas que tome al querer enviar mi comentario

4 * que le quedan muy grandes .Ubicado a 100 m de la Calle de las Estrellas es lo único bueno que tiene.Pedimos habitaciones comunicadas con la de mi hija ... nos dijeron que si después que no ..su ducha no funcionaba y al cambiarlos de habitación allí si había una en nuestro piso. Me hicieron cargos en la tarjeta de crédito que ni ellos podíanjustificar.Destaco el mal trato de un managent afroamericano que tienen. JAMAS VOLVERÍAMOS. " Si no puedes convencerlos confúndelos" ( parece ser la regla de esa persona )

He tenído la suerte de poder conocer varios hoteles en distintas partes del mundo pero cómo esté ninguno. UNA ESTAFA. El hotel más caro de mi vida. Primero que no respetan lo que uno reserva. Reservamos una habitación con vista a la ciudad y nos dieron una con vista a la pileta. Cuando le reclamamos nos dicen que es así lo que reservamos y que la culpa la tiene Booking. Luego dicen que la reserva estaba bien pero el hotel estaba completo por eso nos dieron esas habitaciones (cuando la reserva se hizo hace más de un mes). En ese momento entre a booking y vi que tenían habitaciones disponibles y casualidad que en su sistema aparecieron habitaciones disponibles pero no podían cambiarnos por que no podían en ese horario. Luego, por lo que te cobran ni un agua o desayuno te incluyen. La habitación vieja, el colchón se hundía, la ducha no salía agua correctamente, poca luz, el velador de la mesa de luz titila todo el tiempo Y LO RECLAMAMOS DESDE EL DÍA QUE LLEGAMOS AL HOTEL Y NO DIERON RESPUESTA. La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, no cambiaron las toallas, las sábanas sucias y debajo de la cama había un paquete de cigarrillos (ninguno de los que estabamos fumaba y la habitación era no fumadores). No te solucionan nada, reclamamos varias cosas y quedaron en la nada. NUNCA EN MI VIDA VOLVERÉ A UN HOTEL DE ESTA CADENA. Horrible. Solo estafan a la gente. Y dedicaré cada oportunidad que tenga en defenestrarlo.

I have stayed at Loews in Montreal (now Hilton) and Toronto - very different experiences. This is not a hotel, but a frat house. The weekends are packed by party types who show zero consideration...
