Teve um adorável estadia no Raffles, a equipe foram super atenciosa. Nada era demais, eles estavam reformando um quarto no andar de cima, mas não era muito de uma dor ... Talvez um cheiro de cola um dia. Piscina é impressionante e hotel é a distância de tudo sem ser muito longe ....

Great hotel em estilo colonial. Equipe muito atenciosa e profissional. Café da manhã com champanhe. Eles também têm a maior piscina em Siem Reap! O quarto que ficamos foram decorados com bom gosto, impecavelmente limpos. Uma taça fresca de friuit sazonal todos os dias. Também tem serviço de abertura diária. Minha família se a estadia muito. Altamente recomendado.

Um hotel excepcional que manteve toda a sua antiga grandeza. A equipe realmente cuida de você. A piscina é enorme e fica em um jardim exuberante e, claro, com uma vida maravilhosa no prédio do hotel. Em termos de restauração, nada a reclamar, o café da manhã é delicioso e aconselho em particular a levar as 4h com pastéis pequenos, chá, café em um ambiente deslumbrante.

Muito bom hotel, historicamente significativo tanto pela sua arquitetura e longevidade. Localizado ao lado dos jardins reais em Siem Reap. Os motivos e móveis refletem de volta em uma era muito mais antiga e elegante. The Royal Cuisine completa a imagem em uma elegante e clássica sala de jantar.

Grande hotel histórico, cama confortável com boa manutenção. A localização é muito central e podemos apenas caminhar no parque público em frente ao hotel. Tão conveniente para chegar a qualquer lugar. No topo, a versão antiga do elevador é bastante original. ;)Se você está procurando um notável edifício colonial francês com história, então este é o lugar para você.

A localização, hospitalidade, comida, piscina, massagem era um ótimo hotel. Foi fundado em 1932, mas não acho que seja antigo. Havia um mordomo, mas ele foi muito atencioso e me apoiou em todos os sentidos durante minha estada. Diz-se que atualmente está fechado em covid19, mas é um hotel que eu gostaria de visitar novamente.

La ubicación, la hospitalidad, la comida, la piscina, el masaje fue un gran hotel. Fue fundada en 1932, pero no creo que sea vieja en absoluto. Había un mayordomo, pero realmente se preocupó y me apoyó en todos los sentidos durante mi estancia. Se dice que actualmente está cerrado en covid19, pero es un hotel que me gustaría volver a visitar.

It's the the best and oldest 5 star hotel in Cambodia.

A beautiful upscale resort, very close to Angkor Wat. Lovely people, nice staff, comfy beds and large rooms. Walking distance to lots of shops and markets.

Gran hotel histórico, cama cómoda con buen mantenimiento. La ubicación es muy céntrica y podemos caminar en el parque público frente al hotel. Muy conveniente para llegar a cualquier lugar. En la parte superior, la versión antigua del ascensor es bastante única. ;)Si está buscando un edificio colonial francés extraordinario con historia detrás, este es el lugar para usted.

Great historical hotel, comfortable bed with well maintenance. The location is very central and we can just walk in the public park in front of the hotel. So convenient to get to any places. On the top, The old version of elevator is quite unique. ;)If you are looking for a remarkable French colonial building with history behind, then this is the place for you.

Very good hotel, historically significant both for its architecture and longevity. Located next to the Royal Gardens in Siem Reap. The grounds and furnishings reflect back on a much older and more elegant era. The Royal Cuisine completes the picture in an elegant and classic dining room.

The best old design French hotel. There is an old elevator dated back to 1920s. The swimming pool is huge and the staff are amazing.

Lovely hotel, can't fault the staff and building, but do not use the laundry service. 1 small bag of laundry and a $150 price for 22 items. We could have replaced all of our clothes for that. $3 to clean a pair of underpants. $2.50 to clean 1 pair of socks.

We visited here with some Canadian friends to introduce them to afternoon tea and we were not dissatisfied. It was beautifully presented and very enjoyable.

This hotel is really convenient in the center of the Siem Reap ... easy to go to Angkor Wat, the staff are really nice we went to have dinner and the atmosphere is really nice

Tuvimos una estancia encantadora en Raffles, el personal era muy servicial. Nada era un problema, estaban renovando una habitación en el piso superior, pero no era demasiado doloroso ... Tal vez un olor a pegamento algún día. La piscina es increíble y el hotel está a la distancia correcta de todo sin estar muy lejos ...

Gran hotel de estilo colonial. Personal muy atento y profesional. Desayuno con champagne. También tienen la piscina más grande en Siem Reap! La habitación en la que nos alojamos estaba decorada con buen gusto, impecablemente limpio. Un tazón fresco de fruta de temporada todos los días. También cuenta con servicio de cobertura diaria. Mi familia disfrutó mucho nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable.

Un hotel excepcional que ha conservado todo su antiguo esplendor. El personal realmente te cuida. La piscina es enorme y se encuentra en un exuberante jardín y, por supuesto, con una vida maravillosa en el edificio del hotel. En cuanto a catering, nada de que quejarse, el desayuno es delicioso y os aconsejo en particular que os toméis las 4h con bollería, té, café en un entorno deslumbrante.

My stay at the Raffles was a 10/10 experience. After all, it is a Raffles Hotel! The hotel staff catered to every whim, and it made visiting Angkor Wat such a pleasant experience. They had a lovely pool to relax in, the dinner was phenomenal and if you stay here you simply must enjoy their breakfast buffet. Nothing can quite compare to waking up, sipping peppermint tea on your private balcony, and looking out over the quiet yet bustling street and fragrant plumeria trees.

Ouuuui, such a beautifully conservation work has been done in this Indochina glamoir times luxury hotel. The place is frozen in the past.Service and food are great as well. The Coctail bar and Piano lounge a real jewel of the crown. Also great swimming pool. Gym is very basic and kept at too warm temperature.

Had a lovely stay at Raffles, staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they were renovating a room on the top floor but it wasn't too much of a pain... Maybe a smell of glue one day. Pool is awesome and hotel is the right distance from everything without being too far away....

Great colonial styled hotel.Very attentive and professional staff.Breakfast with champagne.They also have the largest pool in Siem Reap! The room we stayed were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean.A fresh bowl of seasonal friuit everyday.Also has daily turn- down service.My family enjoyed our stay very much.Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this place, the hospitality, food and the ambience in general. The pool is huge and is a must. It carries the heritage look to the newly constructed rooms as well and has an authentic small wooden lift (4 ppl max) right at the lobby which has been restored to its original condition. I travelled with my wife and four year old daughter over christmas. we stayed at this hotel for six nights. The room was quite dark and noise from the corridor could be heard. Every time the neighbouring rooms went for a shower or flushed their toilet we could hear the noise. The air conditioner didn't seem to be able to be adjusted. Overall the bathrooms are extremely dated and discoloured. The breakfast buffet choice is standard, but by no means the best compared to five star hotels we have stayed in Asia. The hotel also allows smoking in the waiting area where you check in. This is the same area where in the evening you can relax and enjoy the excellent pianist. Again i feel this is not acceptable for a family hotel. We are vegetarians and my wife and daughter do not even eat eggs. Our travel agent had sent an email to the hotel on booking the hotel room. On arrival at the hotel and checking in, i once again mentioned to the duty manager that this was our requirement and we were booked onto the christmas gala dinner. We were assured all will be taken care of. At this point the duty manager who checked us in demanded we pay for our gala dinner in cash. I asked why we had to pay cash and why couldn't they just add to our room bill? At this point was was told that if he adds it to the room bill than we shall be charged a 5% Credit Card Charges. At this point i questioned him why do i have to pay a credit card charge and he said thats the way it is with the hotel. At breakfast we asked the chef if they could make my daughter some pancakes without eggs and we were refused. eventually the executive chef came to us and arranged for my daughter to have eggless pancakes from next day onwards. He was helpful and did come the morning after to make sure they had made some for us. We had paid $140 dollars per person to have a choice of these three things on gala night! I was well disappointed and asked the waiter if i could speak to the GM. The GM did come and see me. At this point i explained to him all the dietary problems we have been having in the hotel. I also expressed it was unacceptable to have such a few dishes for us vegetarians when we have paid the same amount as everyone else. At this point he did offer to get the chef to make whatever we wanted. It was too late... we had placed our orders for simple lasagne and our daughter was very hungry to wait any longer. I also expressed my concern with being charged 5% credit card charges to which he said he was going to look into this and sort it out. He took a note of my room number. Thats about all he did. It ended here. Next day we went to the swimming pool restaurant and asked if we could order some penne pasta with pesto sauce for my daughter and some banana milkshake with ice cream. I was told this is not possible and we need to stick to whatever is available on the menu. This was the turning point for us. We never eat at the hotel from this time onwards for the rest of the five days. All our lunch and dinner were outside. Usually we prefer to eat in the hotel as its a lot easier with a four year old. To summarise i am not only disappointed but horrified at the service we have received from the General Manager at this hotel.There were no apologies. There was no follow up from him even though he practically met us in the lobby daily. A hotel this calibre can get away with this type less than one star class of service. We have stayed in hotels all over the world but never been ignored or treated as such. Whenever we have encountered a hiccup for whatever reason, the assistants have promptly put it right. It is shameful that even after giving multiple chances to the management and in addition after personally talking to the General Manager nothing has been done to put things right. This is shameful to the organisation as the quality of service you provide reflects on your organisation and in short you have failed on every occasion.
