“Great little stop over for a night at this hotel. An old building with lots of history. A sprawling location of bars, restaurant, sitting areas, a grand reception and vast ballroom. Finding your bearings once inside can be a bit of an effort. Room was clean and well presented.
A bit of a shame there was no welcome pack or menus in the room to help you work out what is available and worth trying rather, than venturing out to find food and a decent bar.”

“A stunning hotel with excellent staff and service. The breakfast was much better than similar standard hotels and the room was delightful.
My only slight issue was receiving an email and then another 'suggestion' on my booking confirmation asking me if I wanted an upgrade. Each request or suggestion was at a different price.
Apart from that, it was wonderful.”
