Hotel muito completo com equipe bem bacana, muito luxuoso, fica bem proximo à ocean drive, excelente pra passear. O único detalhe é não ter estacionamento proprio, tive que pagar 40 dolares por dia só pelo valet quefica ao lado.

Sem dúvidas é um hotel completo, cheio de opções, sem falar do bom atendimento, vistas linda da cidade

So we were a bit hasty with this reservation and jumped on the Crown Plaza name, don't make the same mistake. Its not really a hotel, there are no services- you have to request clean towels and room clean... it's a condo building masquerading as a hotel. It's all a bit dated and dingy. In fairess the bed was comfortable but that us really the only positive thing. I wouldn't recommend this place even with the good location for South Beach. Go back to Google find somewhere else.

I’m sorry sheets are not new. Somehow miraculously you have new sheets after I post negative review. Your response is that of someone who could care less about people’s health and comfort. You cannot charge 800 and 900 a nite and provide such filth and chalk it up to comparable prices in the area. You should refund me and every other person at your hotel but we know that won’t happen. But foe heavens sake that place needs to be sterilized from top to bottom before anymore guests stay there. Please send me your email so I can send you a photo of the sheets.

We never received service on our room. No towels. No working hairdryer. No bottles of water in our room. We had to request towels from management 2x. We asked for a working hairdryer for 2 days and never received one. One of the TVs didn't work. The room really didn't seem/feel clean upon arrival. So we sanitized every touchable surface ourselves. The Crowne Plaza name should not be associated with this hotel. We brought our complaint to management and they just said "sorry".

Worst Experience EVER! 1. FACILITY: Run down and disgusting. Pictures listed are outdated and show rooms that are privately owned and not available for rental. (See pics attached). 2. SERVICE: They don't even room service! The restaurant is not part of the hotel and they requested us to come down and pick up our food! Had the HOTEL been honest, about room service I would have not even booked it, as it was my anniversary and was looking to be pampered, not be a food runner. 3. PRICE: I paid almost $900 for a PH room with a Jacuzzi on the terrace which didn't even have longer chairs and the jacuzzi was so nasty it looked dirty. Not only was the terrace missing lounge chairs, the jacuzzi was DISGUSTING, and the privacy curtain was full of mold. When I got a survey, they stated a manager would call me. Sure! I'm still waiting. Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Do NOT book with this hotel! Their policies and presentation are very misleading. My review is long so that others will understand the horrible practices and utter lack of hospitality and civility at this hotel! Their focus on hospitality and customer service is non-existent. If I could give a lower rating I would. My 68-year old mother wanted to book a trip for herself, my sister and I on her own. She called and worked directly with the hotel to make sure the accommodations were right after researching on-line. She needed accommodations in a 1 or 2-bedroom suite for three adults at a 4star hotel, with access to restaurants and spa services on-site. If you read the propaganda posted you’d believe this hotel was that, especially when you call and confirm such with hotel staff, but it wasn’t even close. We were given a room with a king bed and 2 chaise lounges. There were several things in living area and bathroom complete in disrepair. The furniture was worn. There were plastic bags tied around the smoke detectors in our room. The entry and common areas were dirty and in need of service. When we questioned the room-type we were assigned we were told all the suites in the hotel were 1 king bed and a sofa-bed. When we advised there was no sofa-bed in our room we were told we didn’t get there early enough for a room with a sofa-bed. When we told them an hour after we checked in we couldn’t stay because we were traveling with a person with a disability and accommodations wouldn’t work we were told we’d be charged for the first night and if we needed to complain we could reach the Manager the next morning at 8am when he arrived. We were not even offered a fake “we’re so sorry”; just a bill. We found other accommodations and departed. As if all this want horrible enough, the next morning it all became more ridiculous. When I called and asked for the Manager, Marcos, I was told he didn’t work on the weekends ever. The gentlemen who answered the phone asked what the issue was and after I explained ( quite respectfully) he asked me if I was still a guest of the hotel. I told him I was not and he responded “ well then you have solved the issue and we have no problem. We don’t owe you any money, we won’t be issuing a refund of your first night ($697), we don’t owe you an apology and we don’t need to hear from you further.” and then he hung up! I have travelled to many places and have never had an experience like this! I am excessively disappointed that IHG has a hotel of this low caliber in their network at such a popular destination. I think this hotel likely makes a ton of money from keeping the first night’s deposit of people who don’t stay!

Stay here for a week with my husband. The pictures DO NOT look like the hotel, i think the pictures are from many many years ago. The building itself needs to be pressure washed. The furniture is very dated and the leather is falling off the sofas . There is no spa or room messages available even for the spa rooms. They do not serve the room until you leave ,we had to beg for clean towels every say. The first night we were there the fire alarm went off at 5am for no reason. However, the location is great its in the middle of everything. The restaurant also had really good food.The valet service is also nice but it cost a lot. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT !!!!

We have been staying at z ocean for 10 years. When we first found this hotel it was absolutely perfect in service , location, price and atmosphere . In the past few years the hotel has declined to the point that this will be our last stay. The website reflects beautiful pictures and so many amenities including a beautiful rooftop balcony and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was in such bad shape that we didn’t even get in once, the one night that we did decide we would get in it , we could not get some to come fill it till 2 hours after we requested. We struggled even getting the tv to work. The pictures in the website do not reflect a true representation of the property.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I felt the package including breakfast was a good deal. The walls and/or doors do not keep out much hallway noise, so when other guests stumble their way back from the bars at all hours, you will probably hear it.

I give it one star because of the prejudices here...And the drinks were not strong enough more juice than drink. Good thing i had my own in my bag to add some flava! 🍸

Beautiful rooms. Great location. Free beach chair and umbrella. Free entry to 2 museums. The restaurant downstairs is good and always popular.

I was so happy from the time I walked in to the time I had to leave. I was not happy about leaving. I could stay there forever. The penthouse suite was awesome !!! The staff are so nice. I loved the laid back feel of the hotel. I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit south beach. Could not have had a better time. Thank you to all that made my friend and I feel so welcome.
