“Don't get a room near the elevator because the machinery is noisy. The furniture is ok but the padded headboard was kind of smelly. The breakfast was great and the workers are nice folks. Not far from the light rail. Surrounded by hospitals and hard to tell it from any other concrete blob on the block.”

“The hotel and rooms are nice but boy can they work on their customer service. My partner and I are both pilots so we stay in hotels half of our lives but boy was this one noteworthy in poor customer service.
We arrived late on a Saturday night to be greeted by a very un pleasant front desk attendant who not only seemed to be bothered we were there but very rudely told us we would have to pay for parking. I understand some hotels charge for parking as a policy and I get that but the way she said it made me not want to give this hotel another penny. I told my partner I would go park somewhere else. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed with me as I left and smuggly told my partner after I left to tell me once I got back to the room that there is no free parking in the adjacent hotel and that I would get a ticket.
I easily found free parking a 3 minute walk from the hotel. When I walked back in the hotel the front desk clerk didn’t even make eye contact with me. After going upstairs to the room I found that our room was directly next to the elevator and I’m sure she put us there out of spite. If it wasn’t so late I would have for sure canceled my reservation and went to a different property.”

The room was a good size for a single king bed. It was comfortable, but no one came to clean my room or restock my towels in the morning. The tub also needed a good scrubbing, and the chair didn't look clean either. The breakfast was good, and I was glad to see the waffle maker (the blueberry muffins were the best thing). I'm glad the room did come with a microwave because that was the most important amenity to me (because how else are you going to heat up your food you put in the fridge).

My stay here has been great primarily due to your staff. Every member I came in contact with had been professional and accommodating. I’d like to make a specific note about Cierra at the front desk. She has been outstanding. She’s very upbeat, always smiling and when my navigation system left me going around in circles she came to my rescue providing me step by step directions.
Thank you

If you have a loved one in St. Josephs hospital and need accommodations close by, this is the place to stay. They have ample parking and the hospital is across the street. The staff seems to be accustom to families staying at this property who are having the worst time in their lives and they are SO kind and helpful. I really appreciated the hot breakfasts before rushing back to the hospital and having a variety of snacks and other misc items for purchase at the front desk after a long day at the hospital. They have a nice size meeting room that we rented for my large family to use as a waiting room since the hospital couldn't accommodate all of us. It had plenty of tables and chairs, coffee, water and two sinks. We had a really nice family dinner in there and had enough room for all the people and all the food.
The rooms were comfortable but could use a little TLC in the maintenance department. Nothing major just something I happen to take note of.
There is a Walgreens and a Safeway right close by as well and some nice areas for walking and sight seeing.

Nice to be right across the street from the hospital when a relative is going through health issues The staff was flexible to make sure we could extend our trip as the situation saw fit.

Run down place with rude front desk.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. This place is an embarrassment to the Hilton hotel family. Run down, poor upkeep, stained rust inside toilet and tub/shower, ONE roll of toilet paper, mattress...
