“Muy recomendable. Me gusta mucho para mis estancias en Santander. Especialmente las habitaciones que cuentan con mirador dirección mar.La reforma lo ha dejado precioso. Antes algunas habitaciones estaban algo peor. Lo que sí que me gustaría que recuperasen es el aparcacoches, que hace años no le tienen (bastantes) y me parecía un plus. Más para esas situaciones que llegas cargado”

“The hotel is lovely, beach views and great location. We loved the antique decorations in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.
Although in our specific case we found the staff unprofessional, while we were checking in the receptionist left twice to pick up the phone while we were talking even tho there were more girls in there.
I didn’t find any warmness or friendly attitude in any of them and as a hotel manager myself is something i would hate to see in my hotel.
Any other than that we had a great stay.”
