Muy bonito y cómodo todo muy limpio y nuevo

Clean and spacious, would stay again. Indoor pool is not heated and not comfortable for use in Fall/Winter months.

O Home2suites tem uma mesa de bilhar, um saco de 2,50 de fichas de tamanho normal e 2,00 barras de chocolate. O quarto era bom, mas não muito tranquilo. Na segunda noite lá havia muito barulho vindo do andar de cima. Eu tive que ligar para a recepção 3 vezes diferentes. Na segunda ligação, fui informado de que eles não poderiam sair enquanto o café da manhã estivesse sendo servido e que eles não poderiam andar pelo chão para dizer às pessoas acima se poderiam manter o nível de ruído baixo. Acho que o Home2suites acabou de perder um cliente. Se quiser descansar um pouco, sugiro que fique no último andar ou encontre outro lugar para ficar.

Home2suites has a pool table, a 2.50 bag of regular size chips and 2.00 candy bars. Room was nice, but not so much peaceful. The second night there there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above. I had to call the front desk 3 different times. The second call I was told that they could not leave while breakfast was being served and they could not walk the floor to tell the people above if they could keep the noise level down. I think Home2suites just lost a customer. If you want to get some rest I suggest you stay on the top floor or find some other place to stay.

Ficamos muito felizes com o valor que recebemos. Lembre-se que a classe deste hotel é considerada 2 estrelas. Com certeza parecia 3,5 estrelas, o quarto era espaçoso, limpo e moderno. Cada quarto tem uma kitchenette. Infelizmente, devido ao covid-19, a área de jantar e o buffet de café da manhã não estão mais abertos, a equipe prepara um "café da manhã para viagem" em uma sacola para cada pessoa. Geralmente consiste em uma garrafa de água, 1 fruta e 1 muffin. Melhor que nada!

Sin duda se sentía como un 3,5 estrellas, la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y moderna. Cada habitación tiene una pequeña cocina. Desafortunadamente, debido al covid-19, el comedor y el buffet de desayuno ya no están abiertos, el personal prepara un "Desayuno para llevar" en una bolsa para cada persona. Suele constar de una botella de agua, 1 fruta y 1 muffin. ¡Mejor que nada!

We were very happy with the value that we received. Please remember that the class of this hotel is considered a 2 star. It sure felt like 3.5 stars though, the room was spacious, clean and modern. Every room has a kitchenette. Unfortunately due to covid-19, the dining area and breakfast buffet are no longer open, the staff does put together a "Breakfast to go" in a bag for each person. It usually consists of a water bottle, 1 fruit and 1 muffin. Better than nothing!

Rooms were nice and clean. However, the staff including the manager are extremely rude.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y tienen una gran zona de vestíbulo. Tampoco noto mucho ruido de otras habitaciones, así que eso es genial. El refrigerador de tamaño completo es genial.

The rooms are nice and they have a great lobby area. I also don't notice a lot of noice from other rooms so that's great. Full size fridge is great.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was charged $270 for incidentals on two duvet covers that I did not even do. The charge came to my credit card almost 3 weeks after I had my reservation. I tried for DAYS to get ahold of the manager and was never able to speak to him - only the staff at the front desk each time. On the last attempt of calling before this could have been considered resolved, the associate told me that she knew of my situation and that the amount would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. We are now approaching week 4 of when I last spoke to the staff at the hotel and I have been on hold for 15 minutes already trying to get in touch with the people to get the $270 refunded. Not to mention that I am also a diamond member with Hilton and travel regularly for my job and spend thousands of dollars with Hilton each year and have for many years and never once left a room without it looking almost untouched since I know how to pack up and leave. The treatment I have received from this hotel is awful - diamond member or not, this is ridiculous! I’ve never been treated so terrible as a customer in my life. So disappointing. I just want my money back since it was incorrectly charged.
