We stay here whenever we are going to a Niners game. Conveniently located near the airport and to the public transportation rail to the game. Bed is soft, rooms are cozy, and the staff is great! Easy pick up and drop off for Uber/Lyft rides to explore the local area.

Horrible bathroom design means there's no privacy to be had. Bathrooms are "closed" with a sliding barn door with a half-inch of clearance between it and the wall, so sight and sound escapes. With the door "closed", I could see the toilet from the bed. All sounds and smells freely traveled into the room. Also, the frosted glass panels on the barn doors mean that if you use the bathroom at night, you'll wake whoever is with you. There is NO PRIVACY.

This hotel is conveniently located near Mineta San Jose International Airport. Though the travel distance from the airport is not so short as it may appear, I can walk to the airport in 20 minutes. The room is large enough, well-maintained, and clean. Nothing to complain.

Giving this hotel a 5 stairs because Javier is an excellent server! Food was always warm and Javier was always attentive and happy to help! It was clean and I loved the small sofa area. Cozy! However, I don’t like the design when the bathroom and toilet rooms are right in front of the beds. In addition, There’s no lock on the door, and with such big gap between the wall and the sliding doors, any noise from the bathroom can be heard easily. No privacy… I needed to ask my teenager son to go downstairs so that I could sit on the toilet comfortably… the hotel maintenance person couldn’t adjust the doors and mentioned that NO one ever complained about the doors and the layout of the room… I don’t understand how people could use the toilet when the sliding door can’t be closed properly and it feels like the toilet sits right beside the beds… Nonetheless, I loved the breakfast!! Very delicious and all of the hotels should have the same breakfast buffet as Springhill San Jose hotel.
