Hotel limpo, arejado, recentes obras e estado novo. A cama ótima e banheiro limpo. O café da manhã é bom e preço condiz benefícios e custos.

Esta revisão não é para os quartos, mas para o restaurante. É de longe o melhor café da manhã e melhor opção gastronômica do bairro. O preço é muito razoável para a qualidade. E há muito espaço com uma decoração moderna e confortável. Viemos aqui com nosso bebê porque o resto do bairro é um pouco agitado e louco, mas isso parecia um oásis de calma. Servidores maravilhosos também.

This review is not for the rooms but for the restaurant. It is by far the best breakfast and best dining option in the neighborhood. Price is very reasonable for the quality. And there’s lots of space with a modern comfortable decor. We came here with our toddler because the rest of the neighborhood is a little hectic and crazy, but this felt like an oasis of calm. Wonderful servers too.

Clean, quiet not so large business hotel close to S-Bahn station yet a lock away from the loud area. What else do you need in Berlin. Attentive service, multi-lingual staff (not just German and English) - I had a very good stay. And - the restaurant/bar crew, Laura and Rodrigo are the most attentive and friendly team!

Best value for money! I stayed there for a month or so, and it was really good. Pretty central location, well connected with public transportation, nice & clean room & all other facilities, friendly & super helpful staff! Great Hotel with very functional rooms! Loved the staff with their helpful attitude and friendliness while my stay. Helped me arrange last-minute bookings at some restaurants I wanted to try. Thanks a lot! A big plus is the location, very easily accessible with public transport. Will be back for sure next time I’m in Berlin!

Ele faz algumas coisas certas, no entanto, o quarto que tínhamos no que pode ter sido o dia mais quente do verão não tinha ar-condicionado (não está claro se deveria ser) e estava no lado mais ensolarado e barulhento do prédio. Não tínhamos escolha a não ser manter a janela aberta o mínimo permitido. Sem dormir. A localização é conveniente e as pessoas são simpáticas, mas não ficaríamos lá novamente, especialmente nos dias mais quentes.

Nós hospedado aqui para um fim de semana prolongado. Uma vantagem absoluta é a proximidade da estação de trem e do shopping center. Sempre tomávamos café da manhã lá, o que obviamente era muito mais barato do que nos subúrbios. Os quartos são muito modernos e nosso quarto também era muito limpo. O banheiro era pequeno, mas totalmente ok para 2 pessoas. Com as altas temperaturas, o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. O estacionamento era no parque subterrâneo, pois a rua em frente à porta era uma zona de estacionamento, e tinha que pagar 2 euros por hora. Foi um pouco difícil abrir o portão, mas a equipe tentou o seu melhor. A entrada para o parque de estacionamento subterrâneo é muito estreita, por isso aconselha-se cautela aqui. A equipe parecia um pouco confusa de vez em quando, mas todos eram muito simpáticos. Pelo preço final conosco, altamente recomendado.

I rarely write a bad review but we came in June and it was hot and the hotel AC was very bad. Thankfully the windows opened or it would have been totally unbearable. Management was of no help. They didn't give us free breakfast even though we are platinum elite. This is not your standard Marriott.Rooms were mostly clean but not great. Food was good in the restaurant though, both breakfast and dinner.

I am rating 1 star because 0 star is not an option.I am an Executive Assistant in a company with 500+ employees. I made a group booking in the "AC Hotel by Marriott Berlin Humboldthain Park" hotel for last night; there were 9 people from our company in the hotel.One of them (who of course happens to be our CEO...) had a disastrous experience there.When he arrived and asked for his room at 4 pm (usual check-in time is at 3 pm), they told him the room was not cleaned yet but that it'll be ready for when he would come back in the evening. After our Berlin team party, he came back around 2 am then they gave him the key to a room already occupied by someone! He had then to leave and go to another hotel because the hotel was fully booked.He saw this morning that they had sent him an email past 11 pm last night to tell him they made a technical error, and that he needed to go to Precise Tale hotel instead. An email? At 23.00? Who check their emails at that time?The rest of the group was ok even if they had single beds while I booked super large beds for everyone (and paid for that type of rooms too)...For a hotel that claims to be under the Marriott brand, this is a disgrace. This is a rip-off, and I would not recommend anyone to book a room there, especially during the summer holidays period.If Marriott/the hotel have any decency/honor, they will contact us to do something and offer to refund us the price of his night in the other hotel.In any case, this hotel is a hard pass for us.

It does a few things right however the room we had on what may have been the hottest day of the summer was not air conditioned (it isn’t clear if it was supposed to be) and it was on the sunniest and noisiest side of the building. We had no choice but to keep the window open the little bit allowed. No sleep. Location is convenient and people are nice but we would not stay there again, especially in warmer weather.

This is an excellent hotel, with newly renovated rooms, well positioned inthe heart of Berlin. I would give a recommendation for further stays richtig away. But, surprisingly for a hotel like this were the issues during the check out. The booking obviouslydisappeared from the system and the total price named by the staff was totally different compared to what was agreedpriorly.Luckily I had the confirmation mail with me to clean up the issue after some time.

Excelente hotel con personal super simpático, un sitio limpio y tranquilo con muy buena cocina y un parque excepcional y muy grande justo enfrente para pasear y disfrutar de los días soleados. 100% recomendable.

Positivo:  Pudimos acordar con el hotel (según disponibilidad y pagando una tarifa extra) para chequearnos más temprano, lo cual era muy importante, ya que teníamos un evento a mediodía. El cuarto estaba limpio y bonito, las camas eran cómodas. El personal fue muy eficiente y las medidas de Corona se respetaban.Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel (und zusätz. Gebühr) konnten wir uns früh einchecken, was sehr wichtig war. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, die Corona-Regeln wurden beachtet. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden und wurden es weiterempfehlen.Negativo: La habitación tenía una puerta cerrada hacia la habitación contigua y se escuchaban los otros huéspedes, Nosotros estuvimos poco en la habitación y pudimos dormir bien. Nos dimos cuenta fue la mañana siguiente.Das Zimmer hatte eine zweite abgeschlossene Tür (zum Zimmer daneben) und man konnte die andere Gäste hören. Wir waren aber wenig im Hotel und haben es erst am nächste Tag erfahren.
