Plush beds two pools on-site dining and a location overlooking Niagara Falls that's also next to a waterpark are welcome amenities for our guests at the non-smoking Sheraton on the Falls. This 22-floor property has 669 rooms each featuring the plush signature beds and bedding as well as coffeemakers floor-to-ceiling windows marble bathrooms and LCD flat-panel TVs with cable channels. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. The hotel has an indoor pool a seasonal heated outdoor pool fitness and 24-hour business centers a Starbucks buffet dining and regional fine dining with falls views. There is also a waterpark next door with slides a giant wave pool and much more. Parking is available for an additional fee. Sheraton is located on the corner of the 20-acre Falls Avenue Resort overlooking the Horsehoe (Canadian) Falls. The hotel is also near Clifton Hill Casino Niagara Maid of the Mist and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Buffalo Niagara International Airport is 26 miles away.

“My husband and I stayed here recently to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We had stayed in this same hotel when we first met, so it was very meaningful for us. We were greeted by an extremely kind valet gentleman upon arrival, who assisted us with parking and getting to the reception desk. While we did wait for about 40 minutes to check-in (and there were only 2 representatives working), I suspected this may be impacted by staffing shortages due to COVID. Our check-in was pleasant and seamless, and our room was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The room was extremely clean. In fact, this hotel was one of the cleanest ones I had ever been in! Overall, an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back and soon! Note: my only reason for 4 stars was simply the lengthy check-in wait time and understaffing. However, sometimes, this cannot be helped, and I certainly would not use this as a deciding factor on accommodations for my next trip.”
