“Royal Solaris is like our home away from home. The staff are s always accommodating. David, our concierge, takes care of our dinner reservation. Ignacio, server captain, always make sure our meals and tables are well taken care of. Julio, Luis, Carlos, Ricky, our servers from different restaurants in the resorts took care of us with politeness. They treat us well and made sure our expectations are met.”

“Great service, very attentive! But very limited options. They state there are 10 different restaurants but really there's only 4-5 and out of those 2 are members only. We enjoyed our vacation but we wouldn't go back.
I understand covid but restrictions on certain things but that information should have been put on the website indicating changes.”
