Know that it’s extended stay place. Very Outdated. It’s for sure not a good family vacation choice. Ceiling is too low u feel like in cave. No bf , no coffee , room service starts only after 7 days. I stayed here on a Priceline Deal and I regret it even at $50 a night. The exterior was fine but the interior of the hotel is old and gross. The sheets were very uncomfortable and scratchy, the toilet ran and a bug was crawling on my face in bed in the middle of the night. I couldn’t determine if it was a bed bug but someone else reviewed this hotel a week ago and mentioned bed bugs so it probably was. Seriously so gross and I didn’t sleep after that. The entire hotel smelled like weed and there were barking dogs on my floor. If I was a broke dude I might stay here for a night but being a woman traveling alone- bad idea. I've only stayed here once, but so far, so good. For those who care, there are no snack/vending machines, so plan accordingly. My room is very quiet, the TV works fine, there is a coffee pot, etc. I have to come to Houston twice a month due to MD Anderson visits, so as far as rooms go, quiet, cheap and low maintenance are what I'm looking for. 😀 Eu só fiquei aqui uma vez, mas até agora, tudo bem. We are staying here for a medical reason and let me tell you how blessed we are to find this hotel . It's literally around the corner from the Dr office and very convenient. The rooms are very specious and clean . The costumer service is great , starting from the front desk ladies to the upper management. Thank you so much for making this coming 5 weeks much much more relaxed. Estamos hospedados aqui por uma razão médica e deixe-me dizer como somos abençoados por encontrar este hotel. É literalmente ao virar da esquina do consultório do Dr e muito conveniente. Os quartos são muito ilusórios e limpos. O atendimento ao cliente é ótimo, desde as senhoras da recepção até a alta gerência. Muito obrigado por tornar as próximas 5 semanas muito mais descontraídas.

Has stayed there on and off for the last several months. The staff is amazing always goes above and beyond. The rooms could use a little updating but they're clean the beds are comfortable The Price is Right and the location is great no complaints. Ficou lá dentro e fora nos últimos meses. A equipe é incrível sempre vai além. Os quartos poderiam usar um pouco de atualização, mas eles são limpos, as camas são confortáveis. O preço é justo e a localização é ótima, sem queixas.

My room was clean and nice. Nice front desk lady. Nice showers. No bathrags. Only three pillows. My sister's room smelled of smoke and she asked to change it. They were accommodating but their next room also smelled odd. Location needs a car or Uber but only ten-twenty minutes to most everything. Meu quarto era limpo e agradável. Senhora da recepção agradável. Ótimos chuveiros. Sem panos de banho. Apenas três travesseiros. O quarto da minha irmã cheirava a fumaça e ela pediu para trocá-lo. Eles foram confortáveis, mas seu próximo quarto também cheirava estranho. A localização precisa de um carro ou Uber, mas apenas dez e vinte minutos para quase tudo.

Its okay for one night, but it does leave a lot to be desired. Location is kind of in the middle of no where yet semi close to downtown. The lobby and hallway gave a strange odor, like a restroom. The rooms are nice, just outdated. There wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom but the front desk staff was very friendly and delivered some promptly. The toilet had its kinks, didn't flush right away. The power went out for a couple of minutes, although the storm is to blame for that I suppose. We slept well, again the staff was great, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Room came with dining table, plates, cups, mugs, electric stove, fridge, pantry. Although an extra chair or two would be excellent. Again, it's good for a night. Tudo bem para uma noite, mas deixa muito a desejar. A localização é meio que no meio de nenhum lugar, mas semi perto do centro da cidade. O saguão e o corredor exalavam um odor estranho, como um banheiro. Os quartos são bons, apenas desatualizados. Não havia papel higiênico no banheiro, mas a equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e entregou alguns prontamente. O vaso sanitário tinha suas dobras, não deu descarga imediatamente. A energia caiu por alguns minutos, embora a culpa seja da tempestade, suponho. Dormimos bem, novamente a equipe foi ótima, mas eu provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente. Quarto veio com mesa de jantar, pratos, copos, canecas, fogão elétrico, geladeira, despensa. Embora uma cadeira extra ou duas seria excelente. Novamente, é bom para uma noite.

Cucarachas, Huele mal, tuvimos que dejar el hotel por la noche por las cucarachas que salieron de la cama NO VAYAN NO VALE LA PENA, aunque reconozcamos que los empleados son muy amables.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias; cuentan con cocina pequeña. Es un lugar agradable. El personal de servicio fue muy amable e hicieron todo lo posible para que tuviera una gran experiencia; en especial Courtney y Harmony.

Hotel es bueno, cerca del Mall Galería. El aire condicionado hace mucho ruido y el refrigerador también. Si quieres comer algo en hotel, hay que comprar fuera. No tienen muchas cosas para comer.

Para mi fue una mala experiencia pues en los 3 días que estuve housekiping nunca entro ala habitación a recoger la basura a limpiar los baños arreglar la recámara en el estacionamiento me sentí como en México los autos amanecían cristaliados rotos pues roban además que está a 2 km de Gallería caminando y no hay por dnd caminar para llegar a ella. No tiene ninguna atracción o parque cerca y cobran muy caro para lo que ofrecen.
