Truly a home away from home. Clean room, comfortable space with kitchenette. There is a fridge, two burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pan and cutlery so you can prepare your own food. As mentioned, cleaning of rooms isn't as regular but you can ask reception for new towels etc and bins available at end of each hall to dispose of your garbage. Location is great...very close to Dolphin Mall, Miami international mall, mall of the Americas, Walmart supercentre.No restaurant on site but doesn't really matter as it's so close to many restaurants. Free hotel shuttle available most times (Barbara the evening driver was very pleasant and helpful). It's near the busy Miami airport so if you are listening for it, you will hear the sound of passing airplanes, but honestly it didn't bother us at all. In general, all the staff there were very helpful and accommodating, and I would stay here again. Good value for money.

Perfect place to stay with a family.Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious rooms. This was the best accommodation experience in Miami.

Good location, but the good old standard of Candlewood is gone! rooms infected with flukes and cockroaches; that come out everywhere when you turn off the lights. Will not come back

Nice room, would have preferred a king bed, but liked having the full kitchen. Room air didn't seem fresh. Hotel staff was nice. You could hear the airplanes flying overhead. Overall, we would stay here again

Surprisingly nice! A bit of hidden jewel. The room was an efficiency room with stove, dish washer, utensils, cups, plates. Very roomy. Bathroom is very spacious. Lots of shelves. Nice little touches like small shelves in the shower. Nice braket to hold hair conditioner, shampoo and body wash. Great prices considering the time of year. Staff are very cheerful and friendly.

Nice clean facility with a great staff. Easy check in and check out. Quiet, tucked off the main road . Lots of nearby businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Clean grounds as well! Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport was nice.

Everything was good but the bed sounded to much. Therefore I moved to other hotel. Nice gym.

Excelente lugar para descansar, cuenta con cocineta para viajes largos poder desayunar o comer,el staff es muy agradable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Cuenta con una alberca y un jacuzzi ambos de área común,al igual que unos asadores para pasarla bien entre amigos o familiares. Atrás del hotel hay un parque muy grande donde la gente ejercita y donde de vez en cuando hay fiestas o reuniones , nada que afecte al descanso. Le doy 4 estrellas por ser un hotel pequeño y un poco viejo a pesar de estar muy bien cuidado.

Localização boa, fácil acesso. Fiquei em um quarto para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, o banheiro adaptado, sem divisória na área de banho tornava uma piscina. Hotel sem café da manhã e sem serviço de arrumar os quartos.

Muito legal as suites. Amplas, com uma mini cozinha, lava louças, micro-ondas geladeira, banheiro e closet. Bem arrumado. Recomendo e voltarei certamente.

Muito bom este hotel. Só em ter uma cozinha completa em cada quarto já faz a diferença. Você pode preparar seu jantar e já economizar alguma coisa. A geladeira éuma grande diferença. A vizinhança também éótima. Há uma CVS a menos de 5 minutos,um Walmart a cerca de 6 minutos e um Pollo Tropical vizinho ao Walmart. Existem 2 lojas da Ross também bem próximo.

Smelled awful, felt like I was in a motel 6… bed wasn’t comfortable it was like a lousy pullout couch bed type of thing. Booked for a week & left immediately after 30 mins. Had to find a new hotel because I had my daughter with me & that smell was overbearing.. will not be returning. Ever

I don’t usually leave tough reviews but there’s a point when you KNOW people that work for a company could care less about your experience and concerns and I can honestly say that there was absolutely no effort nor care towards my stay here from the receptionist. First situation: The smell! I was given a room on the 3rd floor and from the moment I walked into room 318 there was an unbelievably horrid smell!! As a man I honestly chalked it up to it just being the old carpet. The room had amazing space and all the appliances you could think of so I just felt like maybe the hotel was recently renovated but they never removed the old fabric (carpet/curtains) from the rooms. I slept there my first night and just bought some air freshener for my second night. When I notified the front desk of the smell they simply said they’ve never had a complaint and “can you deal with it for the night”. No effort in trying to see what I was talking about or try to get me another room. It wasn’t until I called them from the room and told them to please find me another room that they did it. Second situation: Stealing/Lying! I checked out of my room Saturday morning (around 8:30am) and went to work. It wasn’t until my meeting ended around 3pm that I realized I forgot my health supplements in the refrigerator there. I called and gave them BOTH rooms I stayed in and asked them if they found anything in the fridge. I KNOW I LEFT IT THERE!!! They lied stating the fridge was empty and nothing was found. Blatant lie!!! I would be so satisfied and understanding if they told me “we did find stuff in the fridge but unfortunately due to covid we are advised as a company to immediately disregard and trash these items. I’m sorry”. My issue was not about the items but the blatant lie because I know they never at least tried to go and look for it in both rooms they just told me “no” to get off the phone. I wouldn’t have made this review at all solely based on the smell but I know that they need better handling of customer service situations.

A friend booked this place for me and I couldn't of been happier! This room was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with silverware. I couldn't believe it. The price was very good for all the room has to offer!

One night stay here. Booked it the same day because I had an overnight layover in Miami before going home. They had a shuttle pick me up at the airport and Barbara was super friendly. The shuttle only runs from 6am to 10pm so be aware of that if you have early flights and pick this place for the shuttle. You will still need to pay for an Uber if the flight is outside the shuttle time. The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and quick. I really needed lotion and couldn't find any in the room. It was too late at night when I realized it, so I didn't ask the front desk. Have no big complaints or negative remarks.

The suite was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed i have ever experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Hector. The location is also convenient and fairly close to the airport.

As soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. Super impressed by how clean tge hotel and my room was. Will absolutely stay again!

This hotel is pretty decent. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen amenities are basic but you could cook small things here. There is lots of desk space if you need it. It would be nice to have an extra desk chair so 2 people can sit and eat at the desk. We are on the 3rd floor and don't find it too noisy with planes. The free laundry is great. You can buy detergent at the small store in the laundry area, along with snacks like bagels, frozen meals, cereal, etc. The pool was good; they just need to skim more for bugs that end up landing in it overnight. The water was clear and the pool area was clean. We stayed 2 nights to be closer to the airport before leaving Miami. It's 10 minutes away from Dolphin Mall, a great outlet mall.

Su staff es increíble muy atentos y amables, el hotel está muy limpio y mi habitación tenía muy buen olor, Solo tengo que señalar que hay muchos hombres fumadores en la piscina ' deberían de prohibir la piscina como área para fumadores por que vamos muchas familias con niños y es muy molesto para nosotros , Es lo único malo que reseñar de lo contrario todo lo demás me pareció muy bueno y los estaré visitando para el verano y espero arreglen este percance en el área recreativa

Me gusta lavar todo para no estar cambiando de toallas y sabanas! Me encanta q nadie se mete con nadie te sientes libre es como estar en tu casa! Me facina la picina y el pequeño jacuzzi!!! Si es un poco ruidoso pero por algo es familiar 😁y de repente puede salir un amargado que le moleste los perros oh los vecinos pero eso ya es gente amargada bueno yo digo pero si quieren estar como en casa este hotel es mas q perfecto

El lugar es limpio, ordenado y el personal súper amable. Tiene lavandería, piscina, un tiendita de conveniencia...en verdad es súper bueno.Yo estuve 2 meses y medio y no tengo absolutamente nada de que quejarme. El estacionamiento es súper cómodo y no cobran por utilizarlo.

Hotel regular para o padrão. Muito caro para o que fornecem. Não tem café da manhã. Serviço de quarto somente uma vez por semana. Disposição do lixo deve ser feita pelo hóspede. Funcionários do hotel sempre sorridentes e tentam ajudar os hóspedes da melhor maneira possível. Serviço de shuttle muito bom, te leva a qualquer lugar até 3 milhas do hotel incluindo ao aeroporto.

La estadia fue bastante satisfactoria. Tienen un pequeño cuarto en el primer piso, donde es posible lavar ($1.5) y secar (gratis) la ropa, que resulta bastante conveniente (sobretodo cuando se va a la playa y la ropa esta mojada). El servicio y la atención siempre fueron buenos, atentos y amables. Lo único negativo es que la limpieza solo es una vez a la semana, pero vale la pena teniendo en cuenta la disminución yconservación del agua.

No es un hotel, tampoco es un condominio o un lugar de Suites para turismo. Es un híbrido cuya oferta no está clara. ¡Es frustrante que no ofrezcan servicio de limpieza de habitaciones durante la estadía! También decepciona que no haya una provisión de productos saludables en el lugar que expende alimentos. Me resultó desagradable que la comida se venda junto a las lavadoras de ropa.
