Fizemos uma reserva de última hora na noite anterior porque estávamos insatisfeitos com o hotel que tínhamos escolhido anteriormente. Eles nos deixaram fazer o check-in às 11h, imediatamente depois que saímos do outro lugar. Esse quarto é ótimo! É grande e tem praticamente tudo o que poderíamos pedir, incluindo uma cozinha real e uma área de mesa um pouco separada do resto do espaço e um banheiro grande com chuveiro! Estamos muito felizes por ter trocado de hotel e apenas desejamos que tivéssemos pago um pouco de despesa extra para esta suíte em primeiro lugar. *Atualizará se houver algum problema gritante durante a noite ou com comodidades que ainda não visitamos, mas não espero editar.

We made a last minute reservation the night before because we were unhappy with the hotel we had previously chosen. They let us check in at 11 am, immediately after we left the other place. This room is great! It's large and has pretty much everything we could ask for, including an actual kitchenette and desk area somewhat separated from the rest of the space and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower! We are beyond glad to have switched hotels and just wished we had payed the bit of extra expense for this suite in the first place. *Will update if there are any glaring issues overnight or with amenities we haven't visited yet, but I don't expect to edit.

Vim para ficar com meu filho de 6 meses de um longo voo. Nós dois estávamos exaustos e com fome, a primeira coisa que fiz foi alimentá-lo e depois pedir algo para mim. Eu não verifiquei o quarto supondo que um quarto de hotel deveria estar limpo quando você fizer o check-in. Havia esses panfletos no quarto que eu presumi que todos os quartos os tivessem espalhados no chão. Vou tomar banho porque esse calor é nojento o chuveiro é nojento e tem sabonete usado. Eu então vou acalmar meu bebê agitado e há um inseto na cama. Então eu pego minhas garrafas de água para colocar na geladeira para acordar com água fria e há itens na geladeira. Eu chamo lá embaixo o melhor que eles podem fazer é trocar de quarto enquanto meu filho está chorando e eu tenho que refazer as malas e transportar minhas coisas para outro lugar! Pergunto-lhes como posso saber se o quarto estará limpo? Experiência nojenta ninguém deveria vir aqui. Atualmente estou segurando meu bebê enquanto ele dorme. Eles dizem que não podem compôr meu quarto para esperar até de manhã para ver o que podem fazer. Extremamente frustrado.

I came to stay with my 6 month old from a long flight. We were both exhausted and hungry first thing i did was feed him then order my self something. I didn’t check the room assuming a hotel room should be clean when you check in. There were these flyers in the room i assumed every room had them just scattered in the floor. I go to take a shower because this heat is gross the shower is disgusting and there’s a used bar of soap. I then go to calm my fussy baby and there’s a bug in the bed. Then i grab my water bottles to put in the fridge to wake up to cold water and there’s items in the fridge. I call downstairs the best they can do is switch my room while my little one is crying and i have to repack and haul my things somewhere else! I ask them how do i know if the room will be clean? Disgusting experience nobody should ever come here. I’m currently holding my baby while he sleeps. They say they can’t comp my room to wait until morning to see what they can do. Extremely frustrated.

This is an awesome hotel to stay at. I love the huge glass shower and the rooms are comfortable. The ceiling fan in your room spins way faster then necessary, but I love that it does!

5 de 5! Recepcionista foi amigável e útil. O transporte foi fácil de encontrar e todos os sorrisos. O ambiente parecia muito seguro e estava super limpo. A segurança também foi muito agradável e útil. Outros funcionários no andar também foram muito simpáticos e todos sorriem. Genuinamente feliz e disse "bom dia". No geral, o ambiente e a hospitalidade estavam no local e o café da manhã foi uma vantagem. Eu definitivamente voltaria a este hotel e eu definitivamente recomendaria este lugar a um amigo.

5 out of 5! Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was easy to find and all smiles. Environment felt very safe and was super clean. Security was also very nice and helpful. Other staff on the floor was very friendly as well and all smiles. Genuinely happy and said "good morning ". Overall their environment and hospitality was spot on & breakfast was a plus. I would definitely come back to this hotel and I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Belos jardins e hotel. Não há café ou água no lobby, o que é normal para o nível do hotel. O serviço de limpeza não atendeu às nossas expectativas. Nosso quarto não foi limpo. Ligamos para limpar o quarto. O supervisor de limpeza veio fez um ótimo trabalho de cuidar da situação.O café da manhã é 18,95 o que você pode comer pode comer bem eu não estou pagando tht quantidade para um prato de comida. Incluído no quarto com seria melhor, especialmente nas tarifas dos quartos.No geral os quartos foram mantidos e eu gostei da segurança no estacionamento, mas o que traz de volta é como eu tratei.

Beautiful grounds and hotel. No coffee or water in the lobby available which is usual for level of hotel. Maid service was not to our expectations. Our room was not cleaned. We called to get the room clean. The maid supervisor came did a great job of taking care of the situation. Breakfast is 18.95 the all you can eat can eat well I am not paying th t amount for one plate of food. Included with the room with would be better especially at the rates of the rooms. Overall the rooms were maintained and I liked the security in the parking lot but the what brings back is how I treated.

Quarto era lindo. Cama era incrivelmente confortável. Limpo e espaçoso para o preço. Pressão do chuveiro estava FORA DESSE MUNDO. Além disso, o marido e eu adoramos ver aviões, então isso foi um bônus adicional para nós. Todos foram gentis e prestativos também. O café da manhã estava delicioso. Definitivamente vou ficar novamente!!

Room was beautiful. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Clean and spacious for the price. Shower pressure was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Also, the husband and I love watching airplanes so that was an added bonus for us. Everyone was kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay again!!

Confortable, lo único es que debitaron de mi cuenta dos veces el valor de la estadía, valor que se canceló en cash, pésimo el servicio de dar respuesta frente a la situación, me voy de NASHVILLE, por qué debo regresar a mi país, sin el problema resuelto.
