Boa experiência mas atrapalhados com o quarto

Ótima localização, no centro da cidade. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, muito variado, com sucos, frutas, opções vegetarianas. A arquitetura do hotel é super bonita; ele possui uma vista panorâmica no último andar que vale a pena visitar. Não cheguei a ir no bar ou restaurante, mas me pareceram interessantes também.

We stayed here for only one night and regret not staying longer! The hotel is incredibly clean, beautiful, and feels much more expensive than it is. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and served on a very picturesque terrace. The central staircase is such a cool feature as well. Eleonora made our experience even better with her friendliness, hospitality, and attention to detail. When we told the front desk that it was our anniversary, they congratulated us and allowed us an item from the mini bar in the room for free. Also, the hotel is perfectly located and the wifi is fast. Located right around the corner from a fun area with bars and restaurants too! Will definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Sharing both the good and bad things about this hotel. Good thing- rooms, receptionist Pietro(very friendly), decent breakfast, ecological air-conditioning which beautifully goes off as you close the windows. The BAD things- unfriendly female receptionist (Suzanna) and her subordinates who look into the computer screen while talking to you. They give a bit of an unwelcoming look (the look which says okay what do you want now...why have you come here again to the reception..)..I see other people below in the reviews have also commented about the female staff. Also the shower gel container was empty, the balcony door knob was broken and the standard room has no kettle (so carry them from home guys!!!!). The hotel was pretty beautiful but these negative things dampens the mood. Overall its still a decent hotel

Grite para Eleanora por me ajudar quando procuro água quente para o chá. 5 estrelas pela qualidade do serviço, mas apenas 4 estrelas pela decoração envelhecida no quarto que recebi. Tenho certeza de que os quartos atualizados teriam sido melhores. Ótimo lugar para ficar no entanto e também em uma localização incrível no coração de Turim.

The staff took very good care of all my wishes and desires and they helped me relax at most! I am so grateful to them and it is something I discover not to happen in many places these days. Plus: The beds are fantastic!

Kind staff and excellent service. Shout out to Eleanora for helping me out when looking for hot water for tea. 5 stars for service quality but only 4 stars for the aging decor in the room I got. I’m sure updated rooms would have been better. Great place to stay nonetheless and also in an amazing location in the heart of Turin.

First off, the hotel staff is very obviously undertrained for customer service, extremely ill mannered when it came to managing room issue and concern.At every turn, the hotel staff are rude, unapologetic, argumentative, basically demonstrating a total lack of customer centric service and professionalism beyond belief.Here is a bullet summary for shorter read for those who are thinking of staying here we WARN: 1. Our 5 nights stay here, first room had blood stains on half of the towels 2. Wall outlets half of them do not work 3. Lights flicker unless main switch is off 4. One small bottle of water daily for room for two 5. Staff argued and placed us a room half the size without the amenity we paid for 6. Fourth day morning the entire hotel has NO WATER without proper notice / apology / compensation to guests - now imagine that nightmare inconvenience if you were in the bathroom for a surprise water outageThe first room we stayed in was a superior room with a terrace, room 130.At check in they arguably insisted we had made a booking for two twin beds which is false, if anything we, a couple, knew what we booked having been traveling now for 3 months for business and leisure.Room 130: 1. We first settled in around 7pm, we found 3 out of 5 towels in the bathroom noticeably with stains (we took pictures). Two of the hand towels had FRESH BLOOD STAINS and a large bath towel had some sort of brownish stains as well, needless to say blood is simply DISGUSTING. 2. We also learned that none of the USB wall outlets work in the room, there are a total of three. 3. There's a sensor light above the coffee machine that continuously went on and off unless the main entrance switch was off.My boyfriend stopped by the front desk to address the issues, the staff with little acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused and the matters at hand, they gave him new keys to a new room which was half the size of the room purchased without a terrace. We called the front desk and restated the obvious issues, with the blood stained towels being at the top.The female staff' first response was along the lines of "sorry but there's not much we can do for you".Then she proceeded with a condescending tone that "we can offer you a Suite but you will have to pay more".We reminded her firmly that these issues were the hotel's and the inappropriateness to even propose "additional charging" for a room of the same grade or another.This was a matter of hospitality principle, not paying more or less. This staff walked us through a Suite, brought us back to the front desk then after waiting another 15 minutes reclaimed the Suite proposal and offered a room same grade slightly smaller in size but not ready until the next day. At this point has been almost two hours since we arrived, we are tired and took the room-switch option at a smaller size on the following day.Room 129: Our new room second day morning going in the bathroom found that toilet doesn’t flush and there’s no water from faucet/shower.We called, a staff simply said “oh sorry about that but they are fixing the water today”.We asked why were we not notified and if there’s an estimate to when the water will be back.Her response, “no unfortunately we don’t know when, could be all day and there was a notice in the lobby”.We did not press further at this point as it is made clear that something is very wrong about the hotel service and management here.It is just baffling how could a 4 star hotel have no water for a day indefinitely, with the staff being absurdly nonchalant, all without any compensation or appropriate communication to their guests.We are now looking at other hotels for our final night tomorrow.We will NOT BE RECOMMENDING this hotel to anyone and warn anyone thinking of.We would have moved at an earlier stage if it wasn't that we also booked two other rooms for family coming from different parts of the country leaving a day earlier.

This was our first stay at the Hotel NH Torino Santa Stefano. We were very happy with our accommodations. The rooms are quite large offering all of the amenities to guaranty a wonderful stay. On our stay last week our room overlooked the main Plaza. The rooms are sanitized daily by a very efficient and courteous house-keeping staff. The room was very nicely decorated, the bed and bedding were comfortable and the towels were plush and replaced upon request. Unlike other hotels that have limited breakfast menus the Hotel NH Torino Santa Stefano offers a wonderful buffet breakfast. There is a large roof terrace overlooking all of Torino. The Hotel NH Torino Santa Stefano is centrally located within walking distance to all attractions and just two blocks to the Shroud of Turin and the Egyptian Museum. We enjoyed our stay and we are certain you will enjoy your stay here as well.

Uma boa experiência geral!O hotel está situado em um bairro agradável e histórico de Torino, bem no centro da cidade. O edifício é muito peculiar com um salão incrível.Fomos atualizados porque minha esposa estava comemorando seu aniversário, e isso foi uma ótima notícia. Ótimo atendimento da equipe.O quarto era aconchegante e muito grande, com um terraço incrível de frente para o pátio interno. Recentemente renovado e com todo o necessário para tornar a sua estadia confortável.Café-da-manhã foi média com uma boa escolha de frutas, doces e comida salgada, mas cappuccino muito bom.

O hotel é muito bom, funcionários simpáticos, localização maravilhosamente conveniente. No entanto, uma estrela a menos porque nas instalações, quartos, sala de café da manhã, etc, estava muito quente com o aquecimento muito alto. Acho um desperdício também ecologicamente falando, mas também logisticamente no inverno é normal ter um suéter de lã para sair, mas no café da manhã tive que usar manga curta em algum momento. Café da manhã rápido porque não havia ar. Talvez haja uma explicação, mas ainda não muito confortável, recomendo que a gerência a revise. Eu ficaria lá novamente de qualquer maneira.

Really nice. The reception concierge staff were great with directions, bookings, etc. Linen hand towels. Handy to historico centrol. Turin is nice. Nicer when you stay at the NH.

An overall good experience!The hotel is situated in a nice and historical neighborhood of Torino, right in the city center. The building is very peculiar with an amazing hall.We were upgraded as my wife was celebrating her birthday, and this was a great news. Great service from the staff.The room was cozy and very large, with an amazing terrace facing the internal courtyard. Recently renovated and with all the necessary to make your stay comfortable.Breakfast was average with a good choice of fruit, sweets and salty food but very good cappuccino.

Localização conveniente para visitar o centro histórico de Turim. A estrutura interna é muito impressionante. Muito bom pessoal. Encontramos um problema no quarto e foi resolvido com vestiários, mas apesar do inconveniente, apreciamos a resolução do problema. Não estou dando 5 estrelas porque a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Recomendo mais atenção.

El hotel se encuentraperfectamente ubicado y nuestra habitación contaba con una vista espectacular. Viaje en julio del 2017 y ya que nos habíamos alojado hace un tiempo ( y se ve que en ese momento no estaba muy concurrido) en vez de darnos una habitación cuádruple nos dieron 2 dobles muy amplias y cómodas contaba con varias cosas,hasta con cafetera Nespresso. Del hotel al corazón de una de las ciudades más lindas de Italia (en mi preferencia) ciudad de mis abuelos recorrerla y descansar en un hotel que tiene bien puestas las estrellas(que es cada vez más difícil encontrarlos)con un desayuno impecable y una atención personalizada y correcta el Hotel Santo Stefano es ideal para alojarse. Muy recomendable volvería sin dudarlo. De yapa caramelos y jugó al recepcionarte o al hacer el check out...que más quieren?

Not a 4-star experience.Pros: great location and a dog friendly hotel (one charge only for a pet per stay and a dog-friendly park just opposite the hotel reception). Very friendly staff - big thank you to Susanna who helped us with car parking and pet booking.Cons: mediocre breakfast (coffee was served in a teapot with no lid!), that was limited in choice. Very poor air conditioning in bedrooms, which was too loud to be left on overnight. Our room faced the street and both Friday/Saturday night we were woken up by people emptying bottle bins. Limited car parking for guests. Limited amenities offered in bedrooms (no iron, body lotion, hair conditioner, etc.) which is expected at 4* hotels.

Perfecto, el hotel esta muy cerca del Palacio Real y del casco antiguo. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero no les falta detalle.En cuanto al desayuno hay variedad de productos.

He estado en cuatro ocasiones en este hotel y pensaba seguir repitiendo. Estaba entre los mejores hoteles de la cadena NH y sin duda el mejor de la ciudad de Turín. Pero en mi última estancia el mini bar no funcionaba, estaban calientes todas las bebidas, y a pesar de indicarlo en recepción no hicieron nada al respecto

Maravilloso hotel. El personal superagradable, te facilitan todo. La situación genial, a un paso de todo, en el centro de Turín. Las habitaciones muy bien y.....lo mejor, sus desayunos, no te los puedes perder.Desde que lo descubrí, siempre aquí.

El acceso en coche es fácil.la ubicacion céntrica. Cerca de todo. La atención correcta. El hotel linda decoración. La habitación amplia bien decorada. Cómoda con linda vista. Tienen te y caféde cortesía en la habitación. Desayuno variado y rico. Cenamos cerca de allí.

Este Nh se encuentra excelentemente ubicado en el casco histórico de Torino permitiendo que uno pueda moverse libremente a pié a los lugares más relevantes desde el punto de vista turístico. Es un hotel hecho de cero que respeta armoniosamente su entorno histórico. Muy buenas habitaciones, excelente desayuno e impecable atención del personal. Su restaurant es un muy buena opción para los momentos en donde uno prefiere no salir y siempre, que el clima lo permita, está la posibilidad de cenar en el patio central; todo ello con precios razonables y comparables con los resto de la zona. Lo mejor: la ubicación y el personal A mejorar: le falta gimnasio
