Nossa suíte era espaçosa e confortável, além de ser mantida limpa e fresca.Também tivemos jantar e café da manhã no Restaurante Market (no local) em várias ocasiões. A comida foi executada na perfeição, os produtos frescos sazonais ganharam destaque, além dos incríveis frutos do mar.O serviço do hotel com manobrista através da gestão foi perfeito.A equipe é experiente, acessível, oferece assistência e é muito profissional. Gostaria de agradecer a Vincent Wong (gerente de serviço do hotel) e Mitchell Kerr (gerente do restaurante) pelo acompanhamento e por garantir que nossa experiência foi perfeita. “My family and I recently visited Vancouver, and we stayed at The Shangri-La Hotel.The hotel is well kept and maintained. The staff is warm and inviting.Our suite was roomy, comfortable in addition to being maintained clean and fresh.We also had dinner and breakfast @ Market Restaurant (on premise) on several occasions. The food was executed perfectly, fresh seasonal produce was highlighted in addition to amazing seafood.The service from the hotel valet through management was perfect.Staff is knowledgeable, approachable, offered assistance and very professional. I would like to say thank you to Vincent Wong (Hotel Duty Manager), Mitchell Kerr (Restaurant Manager) for their follow up and making sure our experience was perfect.
