I had a pleasant checking in experience with the ladies at the desk. I was very excited about the hot tub in the pool I was very disappointed to find the hot tub water to be cold. I feel like if you were charging the prices you are the hot tub and amenities listed should be working. The gym looks nice and had plenty of options for work out routines. I was disappointed that the vending machine was out of Mountain Dew and there wasn't a snack machine. I absolutely love the view of the patio courtyard with the pool and hot tub and fountain. I thought the tub in the room was a great size but was disappointed with the condition of it as it was chipping away in a lot of areas. I was also disappointed that there was no shampoo in the shower with only conditioner and two body washes. I was leaving a sweet note for housekeeping and that's when I realized near the trashcan was an empty bottle of alcohol when we did not bring any into the room that let me know that it wasn't clean properly. The bed was very comfortable but I was very cold the whole night and felt like it was not getting warmer in the room. The parking situation left you with options of where to park closest to your room. I love that they have a valet option. Overall I would like to stay at this hotel again I would just like to see there be improvements. Before leaving I did let the kind individual that was available when I checked out the next morning that The room wasn't really clean and gave the example of finding the alcohol bottle. The parking was removed from us for the day which I really appreciate it however we were checking out that morning so I didn't feel like we needed to pay for parking for the whole day since we were checking out early morning before 10 AM. I did appreciate being heard though and that makes a lot of a difference. I booked this hotel on hopper and I do not regret using Hopper to get the best price as it was cheaper than what the hotel was offering online.

Beautiful hotel! If you want to avoid downtown - which I would recommend unless you like sprawling mobs of loud, unruly drunken tourists - this is hotel is a wonderful choice. While this hotel is very near Nashville International, I didn't hear the planes take off or land in spite of being right under the flight path. The grounds and public spaces are not only well designed for comfortable and efficient use, they are aesthetically pleasing as well. The hotel is clean, well kept, and quiet. The service, from beginning to end, is gracious and professional. The bar and grill is a great place to hang out and unwind. The food and drinks I had were delicious and well priced, the staff is professional, accomodating, and friendly; service is very good. The space is large and designed to be pleasing to the eye and provides many different seating arrangements to choose from - whether it be a comfy seat at the bar or a group seating area with a television integrated into the space. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped for comfort. There are spacious balconies where one could watch the sun set or sit and enjoy their morning cup of coffee. The beds are pure luxury and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, without question. Very highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights a few weekends ago. Hotel is older but room was spacious and the lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We ordered to go food from the restaurant and it was good. The only issue I had was being charged 3 times by the restaurant and also having to call 3 times to have the issue resolved. Caprice at the front desk was helpful in resolving the issue and on the morning of checkout a man called to make sure this was resolved. Valet was always slammed so we did self parking and there was plenty of parking in the back of the hotel.

Funcionários simpáticos, excelente academia, ótima piscina e boa localização. O nosso quarto era muito limpo, mas o banheiro não tinha um ventilador para ventilar o vapor (preferência pessoal) e havia uma lacuna na parede e na ventilação, que parecem um pouco estranhas para um bom hotel. Outra coisa a notar é que o estacionamento não é gratuito e o café da manhã custa a partir de US$ 13. Eles fornecem garrafas de água gratuitas, maçãs gratuitas no balcão de check-in e uma máquina de café no quarto com 1 saco de café Starbucks Pikes place e um saco de café descafeinado. Eu provavelmente ficaria novamente. Essa caminhada para o meu quarto embora! Ai.

Este foi um lugar decente para ficar. À chegada, o manobrista foi menos do que amigável e parecia incomodado que pedimos para manobrista nossos carros. A recepção gerente de fim de semana (esqueça seu nome) foi muito simpática e prestativa com sugestões de coisas para fazer na área. O lobby era espaçoso e limpo. O quarto é um pouco datado, mas estava limpo. Eu gostei da varanda com vista para o pátio. A piscina e banheira de hidromassagem eram bons. A comida no bar do lobby foi surpreendentemente boa. Eu realmente gostei do camarão e grãos, o suficiente para pedir duas noites seguidas.

I was there for a workshop. My room, maybe because it was government rate, was at the back off the floor so it was a very long walk. I think that would have been great if I was an athlete. I'm not, so I'm still hurting. My closet was broken. A $200+ room and the closet was broken and there was a broken phone sitting on the desk by the T.V.. I also didn't appreciate having to pay for parking. I do understand paid parking for people who aren't staying there. However there should be a different lot, or free access with the room key, for people who have paid for rooms. There were two big workshops there. We had over 150 people at ours. I think the other group was bigger. The restaurant wasn't prepared for the influx of people at lunch time. The food was good, but there was only one person waiting tables in the restaurant and those of us who ordered to-go plates had a wait of at least 20 minutes. Some of the people in my session after lunch had to bring their food with them. Other than that, I had a very good time. My bed was very comfortable. My room was clean. They even had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled really good. The service was great! The people at registration were helpful. The bartender was nice. The staff that helped with set-up for the workshop were wonderful! Anything we needed, they were easy to reach and quick to come help. Overall, I would love to do another workshop there if they can plan better, at the restaurant, for the influx of people. I'd probably stay again. That walk to my room though! Ouch.

Friendly staff, excellent gym, nice pool, and good location. Our room was very clean but the bathroom didn't have a fan in it to ventilate steam (personal preference) and there was a gap in the wall and the vent, which look a little janky for a nice hotel. Another thing to note is that parking isn't free and breakfast starts at $13. They provide free water bottles, free apples at the check in desk, and an in room coffee maker with 1 Starbucks Pikes place coffee bag and a decaf coffee bag. Overall very nice stay. I was impressed with the gym equipment and the pool.

This was a decent place to stay. Upon arrival the valet were less than friendly and seemed bothered that we asked to valet our cars. The front desk weekend manager (forget his name) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The lobby was spacious and clean. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean. I liked the balcony the overlooked the courtyard. The pool and hot tub were nice. The food at the lobby bar was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits, enough so to order it two nights in a row.

Posh. Great service and detail. Very clean. We had to change hotels because the other hotel we were booked at had mold and I got so sick I couldn't stay there anymore. And that hotel charged $160 a night! This was worth the money. We loved it. Thank you!

Cama muito confortável, layout excelente. O próprio hotel era muito bom. Muito limpo, e uma grande piscina atmosfera.A era muito limpo e bem conservado. As duas faxineiras que estavam no 3º andar no sábado, 18 de junho de 2022, foram extremamente simpáticas. Eles sorriram para mim e foram muito úteis. Além das poucas coisas que mencionei acima sobre o nosso quarto, no geral foi uma experiência agradável.

Quando digo que este lugar vai tirar o fôlego ao entrar, quero dizer isso. É simplesmente deslumbrante, mesmo andando no chão, eles sentem que têm um salto neles. Os quartos no interior do hotel têm uma varanda onde você pode sair e não apenas apreciar as belas flores, plantas e árvores bem cuidadas, mas também a piscina e a fonte de água que eu pessoalmente gosto de chamar de poço dos desejos. Os quartos também são impressionantes, muito espaçosos, com uma TV grande o suficiente para que você possa ver tudo na tela perfeitamente, não importa onde esteja na sala, mesmo que tenha problemas para ver. A equipe é simpática e pronta para ajudá-lo com qualquer necessidade que você possa ter. Então, se você gosta das coisas boas da vida, este é o lugar que você precisa para ficar.

Attended a convention, so cannot rate the rooms.Convention space was well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating to the needs of the convention as a whole.The first couple days of the convention required paying a significant all-day parking fee, but the convention organizers were able to work with the hotel to eliminate parking fees for the remainder of the convention, which really helped out my wallet.The bar staff was very friendly, and drinks were tasty.All in all, I had a very positive experience.

We paid almost $700 for two nights. At check in there was no luggage carts, we had to make 2 trips to take our luggage to our room. There was 2 face plates coming off electric outlets. Two lightblubs In the bathroom was out. There was no microwave. Other than those few things the room itself was wonderful. Very comfortable bed, great layout. The hotel its self was Very nice. Very clean, and a great atmosphere.The pool was very clean and well maintained. The two cleaning lady's that was on the 3rd floor on Saturday June, 18, 2022 were extremely nice. They smiled at me, and were very helpful. Other than the few things that I mentioned above about our room, over all it was a pleasant experience.

When I say this place will take your breath away upon entering I mean it. It is just stunning, even walking on the floors, they feel like they have a bounce them. The rooms on the interior of the hotel have a balcony that you can go out on and not only enjoy the beautiful manicured flowers,plants, and trees, you can also enjoy the pool and water fountain which I personally like to call a wishing well. The rooms are also just as stunning, very spacious with a TV large enough that you can see everything on the screen perfectly no matter where you are in the room even if you have trouble seeing. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you with any needs you may have. So if you enjoy the finer things in life this is the place you need to stay.

Stayed here for close location to airport and shuttle. Shuttles begin running at 4am to airport which is nice. Beautiful grounds and outdoor patio. Clean, spacious room with a balcony. Hotel has a grand, nostalgic atmosphere. Accommodating and friendly staff. Has a bar and restaurant on site. You do have to pay for breakfast (18/adult, 9/child) and it's not much more than what you get at most other Marriotts for free. It would be fun for a quick getaway with adults or a good place to stay if you are flying out.

This hotel is a lovely wonderful place. When you first walk in you see a very majestic elegant dining area. This place has a very elegant look to it when you look in the front room the chandeliers stare back like a star in the night and as you go deeper into the hotel you see that the pool the spa is outstanding and wonderful. All the staff here is very helpful very polite and very knowledgeable of the area.if ever you're in Nashville Tennessee come to the Sheraton music City hotel it's the only one me and my family stay at I recommend it to all of my friends and you should too.

Everything from the time I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle, taken to my room, and the attendant was courteous and kind and filled my ice bucket and brought me a soft drink. The hotel is beautiful, the room spacious, spotless, and sealed for your protection. There is a balcony that runs all the way around the hotel and each room has double glass doors that lead out towhere you find a table and 4 chairs along with 2 chairs to relax in. The entire staff went out of their way to see to my comfort. I rate this hotel a 5+. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the service is AMAZING!!! Even in the midst of a global pandemic, I felt safe and cared for. It's evident that the rooms were deeply cleaned and sanitized. Also, the safety precautions in place were evident throughout the facilities (i.e., signs to practice social distancing, flyers for face covering, etc.). This will become my weekend getaway spot.

Comfortable and clean. Got a 63 dollar rate for the weekend. They had 60 open rooms with balconies overlooking the pool and I got a balcony overlooking a roof. I tried to change but they were not going to let that happen. I definitely got my money's worth. Great fitness room. Really nice looking indoor pool and spa...... that was closed

Had an awesome experience with this hotel’s valet and customer service team. Reese, our valet driver, literally sprinted to get us our vehicle to get us to the airport on time. He was super courteous and efficient the whole time and we just made our flight thanks to him. Very impressed! Thanks again, Reese!
