Booked one night stay here. Changed 3 rooms until it's acceptable. There's one light didn't work and the bedding is not set up at the first room was given. The mattress is stick out and out of shape at the second room and third room. The hotel is too old, even it was renovated, they still used the old mattress and they're all out of shape. Very surprised about their room quality. The final bill is incorrect. had to call them to correct the bill but the staff's attitude was not good. Do not recommend to stay at this hotel. Muito surpreso com a qualidade do quarto. A conta final está incorreta. teve que ligar para eles para corrigir a conta, mas a atitude da equipe não foi boa. Não recomendo ficar neste hotel.

Crew service was outstanding, the only objection I have is there was not cleaning during my 2-nights stay, when I arrive to my room in the afternoon, it was exactly as I left in the morning. In my past stays the cleaning was also outstanding. Please do not decrease the room cleaning level. O serviço da tripulação foi excelente, a única objeção que tenho é que não houve limpeza durante a minha estadia de 2 noites, quando chego ao meu quarto à tarde, estava exatamente como saí de manhã. Nas minhas estadias anteriores, a limpeza também foi excelente. Por favor, não diminua o nível de limpeza do quarto.

They gave me a new room that had no iron in it. The rooms and carpet are patched together (literally, half-finished patchwork). The fitness room has no dumbbells under 40 pounds, no water or wipes to clean. And none of the business center computers worked after I asked the front desk.It’s disappointing because I like the location and feel this place has potential. But right now, it’s barely 3 stars. A sala de fitness não tem halteres com menos de 40 libras, sem água ou toalhetes para limpar. Impressive and makes you feel warm and fuzzy! They have a Starbucks which is a MUST for me! LOL! O nível de serviço ao cliente neste hotel é excepcional. Eu fico com ela a negócios e, quando fiz o check-in pela última vez, dois funcionários se lembraram de mim e me chamaram pelo nome! Impressionante e faz você se sentir quente e confuso! The hotel was clean and perfect for what I needed. When I walked in, Tiffany was there to greet with a great smile. I left my keys on the counter by accident and she called my room to see if they were mine without me looking for them later. Service was a ten!! O hotel era limpo e perfeito para o que eu precisava. Quando entrei, Tiffany estava lá para me cumprimentar com um grande sorriso. Deixei minhas chaves no balcão por acidente e ela ligou para o meu quarto para ver se eram minhas sem que eu as procurasse depois. Serviço foi um dez!!

I worked with Tiffany and she was highly accommodating and nice. She went above and beyond with our concerns and answered all my questions. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the pool during our stay. 5/5 would recommend this hotel, and make sure to ask for Tiffany. Thank you guys, we found our home away from home. The room was great. Nice and clean, comfy bed and pillows. The water pressure wasn't great but nothing to complain about for a man; a woman washing her hair, possibly. The staff was helpful when needed. I'd stay here again for sure. O quarto era ótimo. Bonito e limpo, cama confortável e travesseiros.
