Exquisite check in hostess. Café-da-manhã foi delicioso e feito na hora. Quartos super limpos. Prédio super limpo.

Nosso quarto cheirava fortemente a fumaça de cigarro. Quando comuniquei isso ao hotel, eles enviaram uma resposta que era claramente uma carta formal dizendo que eles têm padrões elevados. Eu sugiro que eles leiam e sigam isso. Que decepção. Você só quer ficar em um lugar limpo e seguro que não cheire ... Não é pedir muito.

Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I communicated that to the hotel, they sent back a response that was clearly a form letter telling me that they have high standards. I suggest they read it and abide by it. What a disappointment. You just want to stay somewhere clean and safe that doesn't smell...Not too much to ask for.

Pessoal e serviço horríveis. 55 minutos de espera pela minha comida. Nenhum dos desinfetantes para as mãos funcionou. O agente da recepção gritando com um convidado à meia-noite me acordou. Eles não ofereceram compensação ou arrependimento. Nunca mais.

Horrible staff and service. 55 minute wait for my food. None of the hand sanitizers worked. Front desk agent screaming at a guest at midnight woke me up. They did not offer compensation or regret. Never again.

A equipe da recepção foi incrível! Mas quando você desdobra uma toalha de banho e sai uma barata, é hora de ir embora. Tudo estava ótimo até aquele ponto. Quartos grandes, área de lobby agradável. Simplesmente não conseguia passar por nossos pequenos visitantes.

Front desk staff was awesome!! But when you unfold a bath towel and out comes a cockroach, it’s time to leave. Everything was great up to that point. Big rooms, nice lobby area. Just couldn’t get past our little visitors.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável. O quarto e todo o hotel estavam limpos. Comemos e tomamos uns drinques no restaurante, o barman foi super simpático, e minha salada de frango grelhado estava muito saborosa. Esta será nossa parada a partir de agora, quando voltarmos a Atlanta

Eu acho que este hotel não é horrível, mas eu vi um bug no meu banheiro, então o resto da minha visita eu me senti no limite porque eu não queria levar os insetos para casa comigo. Sei que muitas pessoas ficam aqui, mas isso significa que têm de pulverizar regularmente. Não gosto de pagar para ficar em algum lugar com insetos. Direi até ver o bug que gostei do lugar.

Minha estadia foi ótima e eles oferecem café da manhã para a sua estadia. Um bar na frente, sem bebidas depois das 22h. Área de lounge foi incrível. Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui virá novamente.

My stay was great and they offer breakfast in the morning for your stay. A bar in the front, no drinks after 10pm though. Lounge area was awesome. We had a great stay out here will come again.

I think this hotel is not horrible, but I did see a bug in my bathroom so the rest of my visit i felt on edge because I didn't want to take bugs home with me. I understand a lot of people stay here but that means they have to spray regularly. I don't like paying money to stay somewhere with bugs. I will say until I saw the bug I liked the place.

It was a really nice stay. The room and all the hotel was clean. We ate and had few drinks at the restaurant, the bartender was super nice , and my grilled chicken salad was very tasty. This will be our stop from.now on when we're back to Atlanta

E: eles conseguiram descobrir como ainda servir um café da manhã quente, mantendo todo o distanciamento e nenhum contato próximo.O único problema é que o site não me disse que não havia serviço de transporte ... então chegar tarde da noite e ser informado, após 30 minutos de espera por um serviço de transporte que nunca viria, agora tinha que descobrir onde pegar um táxi , não foi um bom começo para minhas viagens.Atualize seu site e remova o serviço de transporte.

Great room. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. AND: they have managed to figure out how to still serve a hot breakfast while maintaining all distancing and no close contact.Only issue, website didnt tell me that there was no shuttle service... so arriving late night and being told after 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle that was never going to come that I now had to figure out where to go to catch a cab, was not a good start to my travels.Please update your website and remove shuttle service.

Es un hotel hermoso. Me encanta. Las habitaciones lindisima y muy amplias. El hotel es precioso y muy cerca del aeropuerto si vas a viájar.

Este hotel tipo Inn tiene uno de los lobbys con barra más bonitos que he visto en Atlanta.. habitaciones muy completas y limpias... Lo malo es que está un poco escondido. No conseguirás ninguna tienda en sus alrededores

Respecto a la ubicación, es un poco dificil de llegar. El lugar en si muy agradable, limpio y cómodo. La atension nos parecio bien lo único que encontramos raro es el tener que pagar por el estacionamiento lo cual nunca antes habiamos tenido pero en la administración nos dejaron saber que en atlanta es muy común ya que por localizarse cerca del aeropuerto tienen que pagar ciertos impuestos. El costo del estacionamiento fue de $16.
