“Hacia un calor tremendo y no había aire acondicionado. Al bajar a recepción nos dijeron que tampoco tenían calefacción. La verdad es que me parece fatal que un hotel como este no tenga ni aire ni calefacción. Si vais a reservar, llamar primero e informaros.”

“I stayed at the NH for a long stay while visiting family in San Sebastian. There were pandemic-related restrictions in place, but the NH still did a fantastic job and I had a great stay. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the beach but set back from the busier roads closer to the beach, so it's very quiet. The hotel staff was fantastic, they were incredibly helpful. The bed is great, nice solid quality, and I slept fantastic during my trip. My only issue I ever had was some noisy other nearby guests here and there, but the hotel staff very kindly and gracefully dealt with any issues that came up (which were also very rare, and I stayed quite a while). I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend staying at the NH.”
