Pros: - [ ] Vistas espectaculares. Está enclavado en una zona única, con las mejores puestas de sol de la isla. - [ ] Tiene parking de pago y también gratuito. - [ ] Puedes coger cita en varios temáticos, la comida esta bien, puede que echara de menos alguna cosa pero bien. - [ ] La animación es un autentico Lujo. Están todo el día con actividades que hacen más amena tu estancia, si quieres no puedes aburrirte, juegos en el agua, fuera, música, clases yoga aquazumba, preparación de cócteles…y por la noche música en directo en una zona, en otra shows… - [ ] Lo mejor de este hotel son sus trabajadores, sin duda. Trabajan muy rápido los camareros , nunca te falta bebida en las copas, la limpieza habitaciones y en general, animadores, recepcionistas … siempre con una sonrisa - [ ] La habitación es amplia y limpia, aunque es cierto que la decoración es típica de los bahia principe para los que quieran otra habitación más … - [ ] Si quieres jaleo lo tienes como he nombrado con la animación, y si quieres relax también puedes buscar zonas donde leer y estar tranquilo. Contras: - [ ] Es verdad que había mucha gente y a algunos puede esto incomodarles. - [ ] El primer día 3 veces fui a por toallas de piscina porque nunca habían, al final me quedé hasta que llegaran y espere mas de 20 minutos. A lovely visit to the Barhia Principe Hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Food is very good and plenty of it. Very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room to find a sunbed. Only 40 minutes from the airport, you can get a free bus daily into town, or taxi for about 12euros. Would recommend for a winter getaway.

No vale ni de lejos lo que pagas por ello. Relación calidad-precio pésima. Al reservar nuestra estancia supuestamente podíamos elegir la habitación desde la web tras hacer el check in, cosa que no sucedió, no nos dejaron elegir habitación ni en la web ni al llegar allí. Para aparcar, totalmente incómodo. Si no quieres pagar MÁS AÚN (porque el parking es de pago) tienes que dejar el coche bastante lejos, y al fondo de una cuesta bastante empinada. Al llegar, la chica que nos atendió nos explicó mal cómo llegar a nuestra habitación. Teniendo en cuenta que es un complejo enorme, deberían tenerlo todo mucho mejor indicado. Te dicen vete al complejo 3 y luego subes en el ascensor y llegas al complejo 4. ¿Cuál es el complejo 3? Lo adivinas, porque no está indicado (o al menos por donde os mandaron ir). Para llegar al complejo 4 tenías que BAJAR, y no SUBIR como nos habían indicado. En resumen, estuvimos dando vueltas sin encontrar nuestra habitación un buen rato. Además, le preguntamos a una trabajadora del hotel que vimos por un pasillo si nos podía orientar un poco, y nos dijo que no tenía ni idea ni de en qué complejo nos encontrábamos en ese momento.La mitad de las veces que queríamos abrir la puerta de la habitación no abría. Te encendia el pilotito rojo y no había manera hasta que lo intentabas 4 o 5 veces. Como dentro de las habitaciones no te dejan fumar pero en las terrazas sí, nos caían constantemente cenizas de los de arriba en nuestra terraza (incluso mientras estábamos en ella). El mando de la tele no funcionaba. El baño súper viejo y la bañera hasta con cortinas. La limpieza se vio claramente cuando al ducharnos la primera vez, en el espejo del baño apareció un "love you" que supongo que sería de los anteriores clientes de esa habitación (nuestro no era). Vamos, que al espejo no se le había pasado ni un trapito. En las sábanas de la cama había pelos.Lo único que vale la pena y está muy bien son las piscinas.

El trato del personal es lo mejor, la comida está bastante buena, sobre todo en los desayunos hay mucha variedad y está todo muy bueno. La única pega es el acceso para carritos y sillas de ruedas, ya que solo hay escaleras para acceder a los restaurantes temáticos o a la piscina infinita

Un hotel muy bonito, al que se le notan los años, pero lo mantienen muy bien cuidado. Como todo lugar tiene cosas para mejorar , pero me parecería una falta de respeto hacia el maravilloso equipo del hotel, empezar con las cosas que se podrían mejorar. Queremos darle gracias a todo el personal del hotel ( ahorita solo recuerdo el nombre de Maria Carmen del aseo en la habitaciones, Zuleyma en el Spa, Don Daniel y Don Javier Fernandez en los restaurantes) gracias a ustedes la experiencia y la estadía en este hotel fue maravillosa. No hubo un solo lugar del hotel que hayamos encontrado sucio o en mal estado, nos pasó que una de las lámparas de la habitación estaba floja, informamos en la recepción y a los 10 minutos no la estaban cambiando. En cuanto a la comida es cierto que el desayuno esta mas centrado hacía los huéspedes ingleses, pero hay mucha variedad por lo cual no es un problema, por lo demásmuy buena comida de excelente calidad. Los únicos dos aspectos que creo, se podrían mejorar, serian, la aplicación, ya que el internet es lento, yo quería comprar un dia el internet premium, pero la aplicación nunca me dejo, este solo se puede comprar en la aplicacion ( como solo lo necesitaba un día, tampoco insistí). Lo otro que podrían mejorar, es que en los restaurantes podrían haber guantes desechables, que los huéspedes podrian usar y así no tendrian contacto directo con los utensilios para servir la comida, lo cual me parece muy importante con la situación actual ( lo vimos en un hotel en Grecia, son guantes plásticos tipo bolsa, que cada cual se pone en las manos cuando se va a servir la comida en el Bufete). Por lo demas felicitarlos y de seguro volveremos. Por último, una recomendación para todos, si van a hacer un tour al Teide, por mas que les digan, ningún Tour incluye el teleférico, los tiquetes se compran en el parque!!!

We stayed here in march. The hotel is huge,almost like a mini town. The rooms are of a good size and have great views from the balcony. The food was repetitive but of good quality. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The drinks as better than other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. The large pool located centrally is heated and was lovely and warm. A large bottle of complimentary water was delivered daily for all inclusive guests. The gift shop is well stocked and very reasonable priced considering it was within the resort. We have booked to return in July.

A kids friendly hotel with amazing views over the sea. There is no beach close and the hotel is a bit remote. The food is average and the a la carte restaurants are in fact buffet restaurants where you can order only the main from a menu. The rooms are big but outdated. Amenities are limited. Rooms with sea view are in fact pool view with partial sea view. The pool bar serves fast food as snacks, below average. We stayed four days, had a good time, but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Lots of facilities and lots going on. If you like good quality food, this place isn't for you. I wouldn't pay for any of the meals I ate if I was in a restaurant but it was part of the all inclusive deal. No beaches nearby if you're looking for a beach. If you're big on hygiene the drinks dispensers and buffets in every restaurant are not particularly hygienic.

Tried this place for first time September 2022 and we are glad we did, place is amazing! Great food with plenty of selection, great selection of drinks, staff cannot be anymore helpful, great little village on site, fab pools and place is spotless. We are due to return again this year. No faults on our behalf.

Es un sitio paradisíaco y lo mejor el trato de sus trabajadores,te sientes como en casa, super atentos se merecen una mención. Buena comidatodo muy limpio y cuidado. Lo peor el gimnasio que está muy obsoleto y abandonado, necesita un buen lavado de cara y renovar sus máquinas.

We visited this hotel several times. It’s always a pleasure to come back. Service of staff is great, rooms very clean, beautiful gardens and the all inclusive formula excellent! Because the hotel is not really in the touristic area of Tenerife it’s pretty quiet what we love. So wel will be back as soon as possible!

The hotel is underwhelming, promising a 4 star experience but not delivering. The outdoor area with the pools are decent and look like the pictures. However the rooms leave much to want- the first room we were offered smelled like sewage. The hotelthe rooms were quite good for standardand were nice to offer us a change in rooms. Our biggest issue was with the food. We are vegetarian and the food provided did not cater to our dietary requirements satisfactorily. When we asked staff in the restaurant they pointed out the salad section as o ur only option along with some sad sides.when we spoke to public relations- we were not provided with any alternatives - Anna - who we spoke to tried her best to get out of the situation by diplomatically telling us that the buffet serves vegetarian food and it might have been different if we were allergic. We were also asked to provide a menu of what we wanted if we wanted to specific food and this is kind of hard as we are not sure what we could ask for and what we couldn’t or the capability of the chefs. So we were unhappy with the service provided given the amount this "all inclusive" resort charges. Definitely in this climate would expect to have a larger variety of options for vegetarians and vegans.

Everything was amazing. Starting to reception service to the chefs, entertainers,etc. Heated swimming pool and lots of cocktails. House wine was refreshing, worked out perfectly with the huge selection of cheese and crackers. We checked out at mid day. After that we could stillenjoy drinks and food for no charge as we had to wait for our airport transfer. Thank you to all the staff! We will definitely be back at this hotel.

Aún me queda un día más, es una opción excelente calidad-precio. Me encanta el edificio principal y los restaurantes. Muy elegante, canario y acogedor al mismo tiempo. El personal es excelente +100000. El equipo de animación te deja sin palabras, se nota que disfrutan con su trabajo, te tratan muy bien y con mucho cariño. En general, lo que resume en 2 palabras este sitio es profesionalidad y cariño.

El hotel es precioso y el concepto estupendo. El personal de limpieza y restauración muy bien. Los desayunos perfectos. Buffet cena normal. Bebidas de más calidad se pagan aparte del todo incluído, que por cierto termina a las 23 h. A reseñar que como no tienen bandejas, te levantas muchas veces a coger la comida y el lugar es muy grande. Espectáculo pobre, poco tiempo y poca animación, no da juego. Clientes muy ruidosos y todo enfocado al extranjero

Embora não seja o meu tipo de Hotel preferido, devo realçar a simpatia e higiene. O problema habitual deste tipo de Hotel com toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras o dia inteiro e por vezes nem serem utilizadas ou serem utilizadas no final da tarde, enfim falta de educação de grande parte dos clientes. Os bares deviam encerrar mais tarde. Nas piscinas às 18.00 horas e o que encerra mais tarde às 23.00 horas - curto para estância de férias de adultos. Massagem excelente. Como a foto indica, tem artigos do FCP à venda na loja do Hotel.

Animação muito fraca, falta de staff lento, sem equipamentos, produtos e sem eficácia! A nossa chegada através de agência de turismo tal como muitos outros não te é recepção alguma no hotel. Um desgraçado funcionário da recepção que se desculpava com o fato de não ser informado da nossa chegada para a sua incapacidade de dar aos clientes. Após a longa viagem a partir de Lisboa às 17h00 e obter quarto às 2h00. Estávamos todos com fome e tal como todos os outros hóspedes que chegaram a mesma hora fomos para o único snack bar disponível para comer que não tinha recursos alimentares suficientes e de novo a desculpa foi que não estavam a espera e também que a chapa da cozinha não funcionava. Talvez no dia seguinte fosse melhor... Não foi, falta de atividade dos animadores, completamente amador e sem atividades para adultos nem adolescentes acima dos 12 anos. A noite assisti ao I início do pior espetáculo de todos que mostrou ter muitos horas de ensaio, mas sem sucesso. 2 dia que é hoje foi tão bom que fiz esta avaliação... Mais uma vez moscas em todo lado, pássaros e gatos nos restaurantes buffet, piscina com lugares marcados antes das 8h, comerem, beberem e fumarem na piscina. Outra vez bar sem comida e máquinas avariadas. Piscina encerrada sem explicação...... Devido à todo isto é falta de resposta às minhas reclamações dentro do hotel até ao topo que está a disponível resolvi publicar aqui o que se passou comigo. Lojas a vender produtos contrafeitos dentro do hotel. Vão ao Bahia Príncipe, mas Nunca ao dás Canárias!

Pretty quiet area, but the hotel is really good value. 4 a-la-carte restaurants, and a great themed buffet which is rotated daily. There's a lovely cocktail terrace too which rotates 4 cocktails nightly. A lovely heated pool, along with two others. Staff are lovely, but the queue at reception can get quite long.

This hotel is absolutely huge, it is like a cruise ship...the place is an amazing experience, it is very well presented, and provides a professional service which is incredible...all the Staff and Management are a pleasure to be served by, they are all extremely helpful and polite...The hotels service is second to none, the restaurants promote a 1st class service with perfect conditions, with an array of different themed menus and styles, from traditional Mediterranean to further afieldsuch as Italian, Mexican and even Asian, there are tastes for all..with various bars throughout the complex, including a lovely cocktail bar...everybody involved are a credit to themselves, to ensure you have a wonderful stay...Bahia a must !!!

Super nice resort. Outside Costa Adeje. Perfect place for a wonderful holiday. Perfect staff with everybody hard working to grant you a wonderful staying at their hotel or resort. Good rooms always clean and with a bottle of drinking water each day.Look twice what you are booking before! You have the hotel and the resort at walking distance less than 5 minutes. All which you can use. Eating needs to be done in the place where you have your room.To Bahia management:1 point : Please consider to have prepared options to store guest medicines that need to be stored cold, the minibar in the rooms are not good (cold)enough. Maybe at the reception desk at Tenerife hotel & Costa Adeje desk this needs to be ready 24 hrs with a fridge & icepacks that canbe changed in case you must use the minibar as long this has not be realized. So a special fridge at receptiondesks 24 hrs reachable. Or changeable icepack. Looking forward if you can realise this?

A fabulous hotel complex. Very well laid out with beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pools. The restaurant's are amazing with a huge variety of food for different tastes. The food was beautifully prepared and hot and there was plenty of it even towards the end of the meal times. The local all inclusive drinks are as good as you would get in the local bars. The rooms were spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with showers and jacuzzi bath. There was plenty of additional seating in the rooms as well. The room my partner and I had overlooked the sea and the Infinity pool. We couldn't have been happier. The on-site entertainment was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful. It's worth noting that although this complex is all inclusive it's worth tipping the restaurant and bar staff. We found giving a small tip ensured we were well looked after during meal times. Usually or drinks were on my the table before we'd even sat down!

Nice place but a bit hilly,restaurants great ,food could be warmer,staff very proficient and friendly. Unfortunately bar staff the total opposite,have gone to the main bar late afternoon and after dinner for the last seven days and never once has a waiter asked me if i would like a drink, they always appear busy but what are they busy with? I have always got to queue at the bar. Will see what the next week brings

Good hotel. Nice gardens and pools. Very good food and great selection of drinks. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they really try to make your holiday as good as it can be. Great covid protection in place which gives great customer confidence. Many of the guests are repeat customers (Including my Wife and I.) Which says it all really. If your budget is between £1800 and £2000 for a two week all inclusive holiday you can't really go wrong. We will definitely return.

Overall 8 out of 10 for us. Hotel is spotless , rooms were great, food was amazing. Drink during the day were great. However family’s with small children tend to be forgotten about. Food choices , juice and the likes were never offered or available had make up own solutions. Water machines and fizzy juice machine turned of after 6pm meaning having to walk to the other end of hotel for fresh water. Mini bar only stocked with water … don’t be fooled by fully stocked mini bar. Great trip for the family but be aware of draw backs

We love this hotel, must have been 6 times over the last 5 years. Great pool area, food is fab for an all inclusive. Wouldn't recommend if you want night life, bars close at 11pm and it's quite remote, €15 taxi into Adeje or use the free bus.

The hotel is the perfect escape from the cold British weather. It’s in a beautiful setting and so relaxing as you can look over the sea. The food is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more

Lovely winter Sunshine! Hotel very clean. Hotel very big and not very easily accessible of struggle with steps and hills. There are ways but not so easy. Rooms were basic but beds were comfortable. Food was good quality and enjoyable. Drinks- plenty of it but the cocktails were poor. No excuse as they made nice smoothies etc at breakfast!

One of the best holidays I've ever had! Day 23 of 28 and I love it.. The food is just the best 10/10.. Room comfortable and clean, high up and poolside, so great views... good cheesy cover bands at night... a booze bonanza if you go all in... but everyone is well behaved... The staff are amazing, real care and attention given... Some great coastal walks nearby... November weather has been sunshine all the way... Yep the Bahia Sunlight have got 'it right' !!
