“The hotel is underwhelming, promising a 4 star experience but not delivering. The outdoor area with the pools are decent and look like the pictures. However the rooms leave much to want- the first room we were offered smelled like sewage. The hotelthe rooms were quite good for standardand were nice to offer us a change in rooms. Our biggest issue was with the food. We are vegetarian and the food provided did not cater to our dietary requirements satisfactorily. When we asked staff in the restaurant they pointed out the salad section as o ur only option along with some sad sides.when we spoke to public relations- we were not provided with any alternatives - Anna - who we spoke to tried her best to get out of the situation by diplomatically telling us that the buffet serves vegetarian food and it might have been different if we were allergic. We were also asked to provide a menu of what we wanted if we wanted to specific food and this is kind of hard as we are not sure what we could ask for and what we couldn’t or the capability of the chefs. So we were unhappy with the service provided given the amount this "all inclusive" resort charges. Definitely in this climate would expect to have a larger variety of options for vegetarians and vegans.”

“Bom Hotel, mas nada de muito extraordinário, comparado com outros hotéis da mesma categoria. Boas piscinas em especial para as crianças.”
