“Mold smell all throughout the hotel including inside the rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are large but ran down and outdated since 1990s. Elevators are old and taking forver to come. Restaurant food is also trrrible. Stuff doesn't speak English. Only good thing is the location.”

“Annual maintenance fees are always billed on time, however when you try to make reservations they always claim that there is no availability, then you call the hotel directly and guess what yes there is availability, then you have to call back to insist on getting your reservation fulfilled. Now when you visit the spa if you are lucky and find an availability with the only one therapist they have, check out the massage table (legs and head rest) those are falling apart she has to interrupt your massage to put those back together.”
