“Beautiful location and beautiful common areas. However rooms were very outdated (the shower was even broken) and missing amenities. Had to ask twice to get basic things like iron and slippers. I would expect better quality and service from a Hilton hotel of that price range. 6 euros charge for a bottle of water is not OK (while missing indication of charge).”
