Eu absolutamente amei minha estadia aqui! Estive na cidade a negócios por alguns dias e desde a localização até a limpeza do quarto e o EXCELENTE atendimento ao cliente que recebi. Foi tudo maravilhoso!Os quartos são extremamente espaçosos (Suíte King), excepcionalmente limpos e aconchegantes. Sou muito exigente com hotéis e estava um pouco nervoso com base em alguns dos comentários. Mas eu literalmente exalei depois que chegamos e cheguei ao meu quarto.Durante toda a estadia interagi com a equipe da recepção, especificamente Nicole, Michelle e Melanie. Eles foram acolhedores, profissionais, tiveram ótimas recomendações e super genuínos. O atendimento ao cliente é tudo para mim e eles se certificaram de que eu realmente gostei da minha estadia, responderam às minhas perguntas e compartilharam algumas boas risadas.A única coisa que este hotel sente falta é ter uma academia e um ótimo serviço de café da manhã. Eles oferecem café da manhã, mas é extremamente limitado e caro imo. I absolutely loved my stay here! Was in town on business for a few days and from the location to the cleanliness of the room to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received. It was all wonderful! The rooms are extremely spacious (King Suite), exceptionally clean and cozy. I am very picky about hotels and was a little nervous based on some of the reviews. But I literally exhaled after we arrived and I got to my room. Throughout the stay I interacted with the front desk staff, specifically Nicole, Michelle and Melanie. They were welcoming, professional, had great recommendations and super genuine. Customer service is everything to me and they made sure I truly enjoyed my stay, answered my questions and shared some good laughs. The only thing this hotel misses on is having a gym and great breakfast service. They offer breakfast but it's extremely limited and expensive imo. That's the only dings in my opinion for this hotel. Yall, make sure if you're in DC to check out this lovely boutique hotel!

The room was fairly spacious. The furniture was a bit dinged up and there were some spots on the carpet. There was also some strange paint on the ceiling that suggests a historic water leak. But it was fairly clean and quiet enough where I was. They are cleaning rooms only intermittently so don't expect a daily visit unless you ask for one. I'm not a slob so it was no big deal and I prefer minimal visits.During one visit, the person who checked me in during this visit was somewhat rude and unhelpful. It was as if I was doing her a favor by giving her my money and it was a bother that I was present.However, during subsequent visits, the check in staff were fantastic. The rest of the workers are also very nice and the breakfast downstairs was quite good.

Super nice staff, especially Marshelle! We had a quiet stay, rooms were clean and breakfast was great. For the price we paid, we would absolutely stay here again. FYI for people trying to park, the garage clearance is 6'8" which is actually pretty generous for DC parking.

If you are a light sleeper or need to get up early, avoid this hotel and rooms on the lower floors and near the elevator. The bar/club downstairs plays loud music until midnight during the weekends, the elevator makes loud noises when it arrives, and you can hear the rooms next to you. Official checkout is at noon, but your room key gets deactivated around 11:45, so you have to reactivate it in the lobby. The receptionist told us "Checkout is at noon guys.", as if we were at fault despite it only being 11:50. The rooms themselves were good and comfortable to stay.

Man, I love Hilton hotels and have never had a bad experience until this one. This hotel is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, when trying to access the hotel, the entire road was closed for construction. I called the hotel and asked how to get to the hotel, and all they suggested was to park several blocks away somewhere and walk to the hotel. This resulted in 30 minutes circling the area until I found a spot. Secondly, they don’t have a parking garage. They tell you to go to the Ritz-Carlton hotel and park there. This is incredibly inconvenient. Third, if you are a Diamond members, you get no perks. You are supposed to get $15 credit for food, but they don’t honor that. Fourth, they don’t have a restaurant at the hotel, so you can’t get any food here. Fifth, the “free breakfast” you get is appalling. It’s located in the cellar of the hotel, and this area is disgusting. There was mold on walks, the wooden floor was super sticky, and when I went in the morning, no one was even there. You get no hot food, and at most you can get a pre-made sandwich and microwave it. The food is set up on the bar table. It was so bad that We didn’t even eat anything, we just left. Sixth, the rooms are not clean. I saw several dead bugs in the room, making me question whether they actually clean the rooms. I have included one picture with a dead bug. Seventh, they don’t have a gym at the hotel. A simple necessity that is at any other hotel in the city. Eighth, the elevators are terrible. These are so small that barely ONE person can fit in them. If you try going with 2 people, you will be touching. It’s so bad that you can’t have more than one at a time. And finally, if you require a wheelchair, don’t come here. It is not wheelchair accessible at all (many stairs before getting to the area with elevators). Overall, stay away from this hotel as it was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The room and fixtures were nice enough, but that's about all I can say to recommend this place over say, a Hampton Inn. The pillows were bad. Check in was by some poor exhausted lady who must also work a night job. The window shades don't block near enough light. I think my room was illuminated when the sun rose in Europe. Finally, without question the worst toilet I've ever used. I made the walk of shame for a plunger once, but that only made it slightly better. Fortunately I was on the first floor so I just gave up and used the lobby bathroom.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep.Pro: Rooms are nicer than they look on the website.Cons; The bars below hotel (where breakfast is served) and next to hotel get lively (hence the two stars for location) and *LOUD*. Windows are thin so it's very noisy esp when the bar closes. If street noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. Note that bars close at 3 am. We got very little sleep.Service isn't great- front desk staff mostly nonexistent and not friendly. Never felt welcomed.There wasnt any housekeeping service.We fixed the shower curtain liner (it was put up backwards). The thermostat wouldn't let us set AC below 70 and the front desk staff were no help They were so naive about thermostats it was cute. She said our problem was that we had the fan set to auto instead of on. And she seemed confused as to whether it should be turned higher or lower to get colder. Anyway the thermostat had a limiter set (we figured that out on our own). C'mon Hilton. Jeez.

While the room and hotel were reasonably nice, our complete inability to sleep made this stay absolutely horrible. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, exhausted after attending a wedding, we discovered that the battery for the electric door lock had died and had to wait 20+ minutes in the lobby for it to be replaced. There is no reason for this to happen, as it should be on a routine maintenance schedule. In the room, we then struggled with the air conditioning unit. Every time it kicked on, and sometimes while running, it made very loud, startling sounds, which would have been impossible to sleep through. As a result, we turned it off overnight and were just uncomfortably warm instead. Once again, it seems like a unit that receives routine maintenance should not have these issues, and needs to be replaced if it can't be fixed. However, the truly infuriating aspect of the stay was the noise that results from the bar below the hotel. From 11 PM until after 3:30 AM, there were very loud patrons who congregated outside the entrance, which was just below our 3rd floor room. At any given time, there were groups of 7-15 people standing outside and talking/laughing/screaming, and there was no possible way to sleep through the noise. The windows provided minimal sound dampening, and need to be replaced if Hilton wants to even attempt to provide a comfortable stay for its guests. The positive aspects were that the room seemed clean, the mattress was comfortable (if only we had been able to sleep), the lobby is attractive, and the water pressure was excellent.

Nice staff and clean rooms, but it is Motel 6 quality for Marriott prices. Came upon the front desk staff literally sleeping in the lobby when we came down too early for breakfast. (See photo.) No desk or other workspace in the rooms. Old fashioned heating and cooling. Tiny television. You get the idea. It was all nice, but not for these prices. The $12 breakfast is basically what you would find at a middle school cafeteria. See the photos; cheap orange juice cups, a handful of bagels, nothing really fresh. For $200 or less, this would be fine. Don't pay more.

What a beautiful hotel! I had to call the front desk to make a reservation because the online booking didn't offer me same day check in, and the lady on the phone seemed like she couldn't be bothered and then seemed annoyed when I said we would be arriving after midnight. The morning front desk crew were very lovely though. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

The staff is great and are very accommodating. They go above and beyond. The hotel is very clean, beautifully designed, and elegantly decorated. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Quality and value especially for a family or small group. Spacious rooms basically apartments. Not much in the way of hotel amenities but the room amenities were great. Continental breakfast was included which is rare in the area. Staff was great and my room cleaned perfectly each day.
