E quando você fica em uma nova propriedade, você nunca sabe o que esperar.Todos no hotel, desde D.J. para Javier e o resto da equipe incrível foram incrivelmente atenciosos, prestativos e empáticos ao longo de nossas duas semanas no hotel.Um ótimo atendimento ao cliente está em falta no momento, então quando as pessoas fazem você se sentir um cliente valioso e que você é importante, isso significa ainda mais.Obrigado em nome de toda a nossa família!

The staff was so pleasant and accommodating! They really made this tourist feel welcome. Rooms were as good as can be, and the shower was especially luxurious. Real easy to get to the United Center from here.

I don’t write very many reviews, but I had to share the incredible customer service we received at the Chicago Marriott at Medical District. When someone you love has a serious surgery, the last thing you want to deal with is poor customer service. And when you stay at a new property, you never know what to expect. Everyone at the hotel, from D.J. to Javier and the rest of the amazing staff were incredibly caring, helpful and empathetic over the course of our two weeks at the hotel. Great customer service is in short supply right now, so when people make you feel like a valued customer and that you matter it means even more. Thank you on behalf of our entire family!

Seriously not sure why reviews/rating are so bad based on my experience. I was able to check in to my room at 11:15am on a Saturday when they were completely booked the night before (actual check in is at 3pm). Prompt/professional service at front desk and valet. Okay, $40 valet sucks on top of the already expensive room ($400+ for two beds), but if they didn’t I can imagine randoms would park there. Spotless room, safe area, close to Little Italy, and overall excellent experience. Would stay again and recommend that you not get lost in the unpleasant reviews here. Quality option. Not sure why restaurant inside wasn’t open, but again, Little Italy is a 10 min walk and who wouldn’t eat rather go there anyway.

I honestly don’t know why there are bad reviews about this hotel. Our room was clean and updated. we made sure to ask for room service when we checked in. Valet parking is $40 per day so be prepared for that extra charge. Would stay here again !

Marriott is the hotel chain I have been using now for many years. This property requires work (as an example, the elevator doors are all scratched).It is decent, but the cost still is high relative to the comfort and quality offered. The room was large, but it smelled as a dump basement. The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. Overall, it gave the impression of not been cleaned. Perhaps it is but it does not look and smell like one. The staff was nice and caring though. There is still no open restaurant. The Marriott club is just a room with some drinks in the fridge and microwaveable breakfast, but no hot coffee or tea (for those you need to go to the lobby or use a micro machine in your room if you have platinum status (!).This facility is in front of a major medical center and hospital. Patients’ families may need to stay here. They will find no easy escapes to their troubling thoughts. The pandemic took a tool on the industry, but I would have expected that by now and with all the federal government support received, this major corporation would have started the recovery to its greatness. This facility is not an example of it and I am very sorry to write it.

No momento em que entramos, sabíamos que estava sujo. Fui ao banheiro e havia papel higiênico e o banheiro estava sujo. Fomos então ligar para a recepção e havia comida e migalhas ao lado do telefone. Isso é inaceitável para o preço e minhas expectativas do Marriott. Não confie neles com suas práticas de limpeza. Pelo menos eles nos deram um novo quarto limpo e deveriam ter nos dado um reembolso pelo displesense que encontramos ao chegar de uma longa viagem.

The moment we walked in we knew it was dirty. I went to the bathroom and there was toilet paper and the toilet was dirty. We then went to call the front desk and there was food and crumbs next to the phone. This is unacceptable for the price and my expectations of Marriot. Trust them not with their cleaning practices. At least they gave us a new clean room and should have given us a refund for the displesense we encountered when arriving from a long trip.

Good access to the city. I was not to pleased with the cleanliness of the room as there were crumbs on the couch.The receptionist at check-in was very helpful and I think that stopped me from complaining about my room. (Give and take haha)Overall it served the purpose for which I needed it.
