The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel was good! The room service staff was very kind and super helpful! Our requests were all fulfilled promptly. The location of this hotel is excellent, walkable distance to almost every tourist attraction you can think of in Rome. I will definitely book this hotel when I return to Rome! I do not recommend this hotel at all.We stayed 3 days in the hotel in the spa room and the TV in the bathroom was broken, the bathtub was not working properly and the shower was dirty and smelly.And to make matters worse, we forgot a bag with things that we had bought that I knew perfectly well where I forgot it, I called the hotel when we were on our way to the airport to have it sent to my home and they told me that tomorrow morning they will check it and they said he wasn't.It's not for nothing but there is some thief in the hotel.I do not recommend it at all.It will be for hotels in Rome…

The hotel situates at very good location near the Pantheon and the rooms are modern.However, if we could perhaps take off half a star we would. Their suites vary in size and arrangements, and I think their junior suites are not large enough to be called suites and are thus overpriced for what you get. Their fourth floor can have a weird odor at times.There were things that made us not happy with the stay but the hotel has made their effort to make up for it, so we decided to leave 5 stars anyway.Overall, A for effort from the hotel, but some of the rooms and service here are not worth the money. O hotel fica muito bem localizado perto do Panteão e os quartos são modernos.No entanto, se pudéssemos tirar meia estrela, nós o faríamos. Suas suítes variam em tamanho e arranjos, e acho que suas suítes júnior não são grandes o suficiente para serem chamadas de suítes e, portanto, são muito caras para o que você recebe. O quarto andar pode ter um odor estranho às vezes.Houve coisas que nos deixaram insatisfeitos com a estadia, mas o hotel se esforçou para compensar, então decidimos deixar 5 estrelas de qualquer maneira.No geral, um esforço do hotel, mas alguns dos quartos e serviços aqui não valem o dinheiro.

The hotel situates at very good location near the Pantheon and the rooms are modern. However, if we could perhaps take off half a star we would. Vista fantástica sobre os telhados de Roma. Eles têm um sabor delicioso e de alto nível. Verdadeiramente no terraço. Dos copos às degustações sábias, nada foi esquecido. Parabéns pela qualidade e variedade de sabores. Com certeza vale a pena passar uma noite lá.

Beautiful hotel and roof top BUT I was room 105 and did not sleep until 1.30am (Wednesday night) because of the music in the bar downstairs, I called, they called the police, impossible. Also the hotel had 2 events and it was impossible for me as guest to find a seat for a drink/dinner. It’s a good weekend / holiday hotel but not adapted for a business trip. Lindo hotel e cobertura, MAS eu estava no quarto 105 e não dormi até 1h30 (quarta-feira à noite) por causa da música no bar do andar de baixo, liguei, chamaram a polícia, impossível. Além disso, o hotel tinha 2 eventos e era impossível para mim, como hóspede, encontrar um lugar para uma bebida / jantar. É um bom hotel de fim de semana / férias, mas não adaptado para uma viagem de negócios.

Staff was amazing! Property is tucked nearly into a side street near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Rooms are fresh and elegantly modern. There is a Michelin star restaurant in site in addition to the Divinity Terrace bar and restaurant. Managerial and wait staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the food was very good. We will definitely stay here again. A equipe foi incrível! A propriedade fica quase em uma rua lateral perto do Panteão e da Piazza Navona. Os quartos são frescos e elegantemente modernos. Há um restaurante com estrela Michelin no local, além do bar e restaurante Divinity Terrace. A equipe gerencial e de garçons faz o possível para que você se sinta bem-vindo e a comida era muito boa. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui de novo.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had an amazing evening on its iconic rooftop. The evening views are breathtaking and the cocktails are second to none. Not only did the kids enjoy the snacks and drinks, us adults also had a blast with the amazing view and people watching. I understand the hotel itself is also a fantastic place as tables beside we’re raving about their stay. Nós não ficamos no hotel, mas tivemos uma noite incrível em seu icônico telhado. As vistas noturnas são de tirar o fôlego e os coquetéis são inigualáveis. Não só as crianças gostaram dos lanches e bebidas, nós, adultos, também nos divertimos com a vista incrível e as pessoas assistindo. Entendo que o próprio hotel também é um lugar fantástico, pois as mesas ao lado estão elogiando a estadia deles.

Central location with lots of restaurants and shops near by. Looks to be a new hotel with modern furnishings. Rooms are not big but perfect in size and well laid out. AC works great in the room and beds are really comfortable.

Muito simpáticos e gentis na nossa chegada, eles se colocaram à disposição para qualquer necessidade. O hotel é incrivelmente elegante, limpo e confortável, além de estar localizado no centro de Roma, de onde você pode chegar às praças principais em poucos minutos. Altamente recomendado!

Um bom hotel no centro, tudo está a uma curta distância, o transporte nunca foi usado. Os cafés da manhã são excelentes, o restaurante fica na cobertura do hotel e as vistas são magníficas. O quarto é moderno, não é grande. Se estamos em Roma, então só aqui

Although it claims to have a Michelin star, it serves burnt food. When you ask if he chicken tandoori is served boneless, they confirm it twice but serve almost raw chicken legs. Never have we eaten so bad! See pictures.

Hotel normal, mas muito escuro. Tivemos um quarto superior com janelas desfocadas e vista para o pátio por 320 euros. Insonorização horrível, cada passo é ouvido e todas as conversas dos vizinhos. Ar condicionado ruim, barulhento. A cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis, olhei para a reserva, havia muitos quartos superiores. Por que então dar um que estraga a opinião do hotel?

Absolutely horrible experience. First room was very small. Moved to a second room was a bit larger had a drain that smelled awful. They tried to fix and it wound up smelling like perfume + sewer and made me sick. We complained and were treated extremely rudely by the front desk night staff who eventually moved us back to a tiny room. I've never been treated so poorly at a supposedly upscale hotel. I am a titanium member so stay at a lot of Marriott properties, and this is by far the worst. I've had a larger, nicer room and friendlier service at cheap roadside motels. I'd give zero stars if I could. The rooms are small, the service is terrible, and the price is outrageous.

Only once in a while are you lucky enough to stumble at the right time and place into a little piece of paradise: that is the Pantheon Autograph. I arrived the morning of my Birthday to be honored with a cake and candle on the otherworldly rooftop terrace a few meters away from the Pantheon. The staff is the best of the best. The chefs and restaurant staff are top notch. The rooms are fantastic and the location by the Pantheon can not be rivaled in seeing Rome. Everything is a modest walk away. Go. Experience something unusually amazing in a fairy tale city.
