“Hemos estado dos noches hospedados en el hotel.Habíamos reservado una habitación con cama doble "king size" pero al llegar nos dieron una habitación con camas separadas.Fuimos a quejarnos en recepción y en un inicio nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque el hotel estaba lleno.Al comunicar nuestro desagrado y descontento, finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación a la que si que habíamos reservado. Pero pasaron varias personas y mínimo 30 minutos hasta que nos dieron una solución.Por lo demás, el hotel y el personal bien, amable.Pero de nuevo, nos llevamos otra decepción.A las 4 de la mañana sonó el teléfono de la habitación. Al cojerlo, colgaron. Entendemos que fue un error de recepción, pero nos despertaron a las 4 de la mañana...estos errores no deberian ocurrir.Una pena acumular estos errores, porque hacen que no vivas la experiencia de la misma forma.”

“Very nice hotel, great breakfast BUT horrible experience at the check out! Took almost 30 min for a simple bill split, inexperienced staff who should not be on their own during their learning process. Lost tickets to a museum due to this delay! Not what I expected of NH.”
