A única coisa boa é a localizaçãoHotel em si é realmente terrível para o preço. Eles não vão te dar água .... Como realmente?? Eu pedi um creme dental que também não foi fornecido levou 3 horas para eles trazerem. As lâmpadas do quarto não funcionam, uma não pode ser desligada e a outra você não pode acender. As tomadas de parede estão caindo aos pedaços. O microfone do telefone não funciona corretamente. O quarto era pelo menos meio limpo. Ainda tem cabelo da pessoa anterior no banheiro

Eu tive uma experiência tão incrível! A equipe da recepção foi tão acolhedora, e eles fizeram a minha estadia ainda melhor do que eu esperava. Eu recomendaria este hotel para quem eu conheço, e com certeza ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que precisar de um hotel em NY. Um dos funcionários se destacou. Esqueci o nome dela 😫 (começa com A), mas ela merece um aumento!

Only good thing is location Hotel itself is really terrible for the price. They won't give you water .... Like really?? I asked for some toothpaste which was also not provided took 3 hours for them to bring it up. The lamps in the room does not work one can't be turned off and the other you can't turn on. The wall sockets are falling apart. The telephone microphone doesn't work properly. The room was at least kind of clean. Still has hair from the previous person in the bathroom tho

I had such an amazing experience! The front desk staff was so accommodating, and they made my stay even better than I expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know, and will definitely stay here again next time I need a hotel in NY. One of the employees stood out. I forgot her name 😫 (it starts with an A), but she deserves a raise!

Overall good experience. Small enough to be recognized by staff and appreciated. I would say it was well worth the price being in a great location near downtown and ACE subway station. Main downside was that I would like a darker room in the morning.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I checked out a day early because when I got back to my hotel room the night before, my door had been left open because the deadbolt was engaged. It’s not clear how long it was left open, by whom, etc. This was quite alarming, especially as I was traveling alone. When I checked out, I was told the manager would be in touch immediately. They never called. I called back again to ask what happened and to inquire about getting a refund since I checked out a day early and well before check out time, but radio silence. My credit card company even has reached out with no luck. Steer completely clear of this place. There are far better hotels that won’t treat a complete breach of safety as not their problem.

There was quite a few issues with our room -broken equipment - limited hot water (none in the early morning) - no one to clean or make up the room or remove trash.... In lieu of this we got a trash bag to do our own removal of trash!For the cost of the room this was not acceptable.One of the worst hotel experiences and we have had many.I have always trusted this chain but not this time.The site advertises parking however it's blocks away in a garage that opens with their own policies so if you need an early start for a flight you could be out of luck!!!

Clean room with amazing water pressure in the shower. Affordable rate and friendly service (except for one of the overnight front desk workers). Overall, nice stay.

Permaneceu por cerca de 20 dias e depois estendeu por mais 20. Excelente e realmente útil equipe, localização incrível perto de toneladas de restaurantes vibrantes, lojas e um belo parque ribeirinho. Bastante tranquilo, mesmo com janelas voltadas para a 6ª Avenida. Quartos grandes, antigos mas limpos. Meu único problema foi o ar condicionado fazendo algum barulho mostrando sua idade.

Stayed for about 20 days then extended for 20 more. Great and actually helpful staff, awesome location close to tons of vibrant restaurants, shops and a nice riverside park. Pretty quiet even with windows facing 6th Avenue. Big rooms, old but clean. My only issue was the air conditioner making some noise showing its age.

A localização é muito conveniente, pois fica colado à estação do metrô Canal St. O primeiro quarto em que ficamos não tinha água quente. Além disso, o cofre, o secador de cabelos e o controle remoto da TV deste quarto não funcionavam. Felizmente, o staff foi super atencioso e nos mudou para outro quarto assim que reclamamos, e os problemas foram todos superados. O staff foi muito atencioso.

Asidefrom inconsistent Cable signal (couldn't watch TV without constant interruptions), an AC unit that would keep blowing warm-air when I set the thermostat to blow cool-air, keycard/digital keycard issues, my stay was great.Front desk staff is excellent at what they do, and they are really good at multi-tasking too.My stay was smooth and the location is great with great access to fun stuffto do downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. We met Louis CK just around the corner. Rooms are basic but clean which is really all I care about. My only real complaint is that the hair dryer wasn't working so I couldn't do my hair to it's full potential

Como todos los Hilton últimamente, viejunos, caros para lo que dan y es que te cobran por ubicación. Solo repetiré si debo volver a Tribeca y están en promoción. El restaurante-Bar AoA es harina de otro costal, muy recomendable.
