Uau, tremendo hotel, todos que trabalham lá são muito simpáticos, fazem você se sentir em casa e os quartos são muito limpos e bem cuidados, a cama é melhor que a minha cama e os travesseiros são os melhores dos melhores

Wonderful staff and they were super friendly and kind. Watched them handle a bratty self entitled "man" (acted like a little boy) at the front who yelled at them and belittled them in front of us. They handled all of it politely and with grace. Was very impressed with their attitudes towards it all. No one deserves that treatment. Rooms were clean and nice. Will be staying again when we get the chance! Equipe maravilhosa e eles foram super simpáticos e gentis. Assisti eles lidarem com um eu malcriado intitulado "homem" (agiu como um garotinho) na frente que gritou com eles e os menosprezou na nossa frente. Eles lidaram com tudo isso educadamente e com graça. Ficou muito impressionado com suas atitudes em relação a tudo isso. Ninguém merece esse tratamento. Os quartos eram limpos e agradáveis. Ficarei novamente quando tivermos a chance!

I booked two rooms at this property after reading many reviews and researching similar hotels in the area. My husband and I stayed in a room with a king bed and our adult son and his two cousins stayed in the 2nd room with two queen beds. The first thing I noticed was how clean the rooms, especially our bathroom, was! I am a seasoned travel counselor and used to work as a hotel housekeeper in my early days so cleanliness is always the first thing I notice. There was minimal noise other than when it's really quiet at night you could hear footsteps above you, but nothing big. Complimentary breakfast is nothing special, just the usual. Checked out the pool area but it was cold and raining so we didn't get to use it. The hotel is in an ideal location near a medical area where it's not a high-traffic area but not too isolated either. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the Katy, TX area! Nightly rate was just right for what you get. Meu marido e eu ficamos em um quarto com uma cama king size e nosso filho adulto e seus dois primos ficaram no segundo quarto com duas camas queen size. A primeira coisa que notei foi como os quartos eram limpos, especialmente nosso banheiro! Sou um conselheiro de viagens experiente e costumava trabalhar como camareira de hotel nos meus primeiros dias, então a limpeza é sempre a primeira coisa que noto. Houve um ruído mínimo, exceto quando está muito quieto à noite, você pode ouvir passos acima de você, mas nada grande. O café da manhã de cortesia não é nada de especial, apenas o de sempre. Verificamos a área da piscina, mas estava frio e chovendo, então não conseguimos usá-la. O hotel está em uma localização ideal, perto de uma área médica, onde não é uma área de alto tráfego, mas também não é muito isolada. Eu não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente na próxima vez que estivermos na área de Katy, TX! A tarifa noturna era perfeita para o que você recebe.

This was an alright place for a last minute stay.The bed was too hard for me but not enough to pick me from staying.Customer service was great.Breakfast not so good but the coffee was good. Este foi um bom lugar para uma estadia de última hora. A cama era muito dura para mim, mas não o suficiente para me impedir de ficar. O serviço ao cliente foi ótimo. Café da manhã não tão bom, mas o café era bom.

We stayed there as family with 2 teenagers for 6 nites, first 4 nites at room 323 then we switch to 223. The beds n pillows were comfy, rooms were clean, free breakfast has good selection, well layout and not crowded. Front desk n breakfast staff were friendly. The only hiccups we had was the chamber maid of room 323, she clearly showed some body language of disdain when we asked for some extra towels and shampoo on our 3rd and 4th days even though we haven't had any cleaning service throughout our stays. But when we moved down to room 223, the chamber maid was friendly and nice even with limited Englsih Ficamos lá como família com 2 adolescentes por 6 nites, primeiro 4 nites no quarto 323, depois mudamos para 223. As camas n travesseiros eram confortáveis, os quartos eram limpos, o café da manhã gratuito tem boa seleção, bem layout e não lotado. A equipe da recepção n café-da-manhã foram amigáveis. O único soluço que tivemos foi a camareira do quarto 323, ela mostrou claramente uma linguagem corporal de desdém quando pedimos algumas toalhas e xampu extras em nossos 3º e 4º dias, embora não tivéssemos nenhum serviço de limpeza durante nossas estadias. Mas quando nos mudamos para o quarto 223, a camareira foi amigável e agradável, mesmo com inglês limitado

The most rude general manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Asked my wife and I to leave with no car, 100 degrees outside and already booked for the night. Will never come back. All this because I complained about her obvious rudeness towards us. $120 a night what a joke. Unprofessional and unfair. I wish I could leave negative stars over and over.

This place is really off the beaten path however was very clean and had a nice view. Spaceous room and people were very nice. Coffee was lite roast and decaf so that was a bust. I was given water for being a gold member here which is funny, cause that is the basic gift. Lol. But over all a good stay. Food was basic and towels were rough.

Staff are very friendly and attentive and rooms were very clean. We also enjoyed the pool which is very lovely and clear. We enjoyed our stay and will return. You don't have to drive too far to stores, fast food other other shopping you are looking for.Hospitals are close for any emergencies.

Ya en 2 oportunidades me he hospedado en este hotel en este tiempo de coronavirus pero esta última vez no ofrecieron servicio de desayuno tuvimos que bajar a buscar nuestros desayunos y de verdad no fue una buena experiencia por el resto un sitio céntrico limpio pero bueno hay que tomar los detalles que pueden hacer una diferencia la piscina la cerraron muy temprano sacaron a todos aún cuando habían algunas personas no respetaron sus propios horarios y eso no estuvo bien pero pequeñas cosas del resto todo bien….

Pésimo el baño 🛁 esa ducha es para hormigas supongo por que no hecha nada de agua súper incomodo

No paguen deposito, hace más de un mes que me hospede aqui y aun no pueden regresar lo del deposito $50 usd, el hotel se esta haciendo viejito, tiene buena ubicación pero por el covid no hay tampoco desayunos como lo anuncian, solo te dan un muffin y un yogurt

Muy tranquilo, limpio,, personal amable, cómodo y cuando vengo a Houston me gusta hospedarme en este hotel. He visitado otros hoteles en Houston y no ha sido igual tanto en el trato del hotel como lo limpio y tranquilo.

Muy recomendable la estancia,habitaciones muy pulcras,excelente atención,a 35 minutos del centro de Houston. Está en la entrada de Houston cerca de hospitales,viniendo de San Antonio.
