“EXCELLENT LOCATION UNFORTUNATELY AFTER 15 YEARS USING THE SAME HOTEL , SOMEONE FROM MAINTENANCE GOT INTO MY ROOM AT 8 P.M. WITH A MASTER KEY As I "played with MY WIFE IN BED" . WHEN I STEP DOWN THE STAIRS TO PUT THE COMPLAINT LAUREN THE MANAGER TOLD ME NEXT TIME PUT THE NOTE DONOT DISTURB THIS made me think that no matter how wonderful a HOTEL could beOR TYPE OF TECHNOLOGY has it; IF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HILTON ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED OR THEY DO NOTKNOW THE MEANING OF PRIVACY I MIGHT BE IN THE WRONG PLACE THAT GAVE ME THE SENSATIONTHAT THE HILTON IS TREATINGCUSTOMERSAS COWSAS WE PAY FOR PRIVACY AND RESTI WOULD SAY USE A DIFFERENT HOTELEXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Lamentablemente, después de 15 años usando el mismo hotel, alguien de mantenimiento se metió en mi habitación a las 20:00 Con una llave principal Mientras jugaba con mi esposa en la cama. Cuando camino por las escaleras PARA PONER LA QUEJA LAUREN LA GERENTE ME DIJO:LA PROXIMA VEZ PONGA LA NOTANO MOLESTAR Esto me hizo pensar que no importa lo maravilloso un hotel podría ser o tipo de tecnología tiene ; SI personas que trabajan para Hilton no están debidamente capacitados o no SABEN el significado de LA PALABRAprivacidad ,Yo podría estar en el lugar equivocado Eso me da sensación de que el HILTONtrata a los clientes como vacas MIENTRAS NOSOTROS PAGAMOS POR DESCANSO Y PRIVACIDAD.YO DIRIA USE UN HOTEL DIFERENTE.”

“Great room. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. AND: they have managed to figure out how to still serve a hot breakfast while maintaining all distancing and no close contact.Only issue, website didnt tell me that there was no shuttle service... so arriving late night and being told after 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle that was never going to come that I now had to figure out where to go to catch a cab, was not a good start to my travels.Please update your website and remove shuttle service.”
