“I'm an avid Kimpton person and I've stayed at the Rouge several times before. Unfortunately this will be my last. It took a very long time to check in with only one person in front of me. Only one person for check in on a Saturday. They didn't even look up and say sorry it will be a minute.The Bar was closed on a Saturday night due to no staff. Like What, it's a Saturday night. I was able to get one cup of coffee Sunday morning but no Tea for my wife. I tried to get a 2nd cup but they were out. Front desk phone was always busy so I couldn't call for my car and icing on the cake was no local channels on the TV.Someone from corporate has to show up and clean house.”
