“It was a good experience with no reception desk as we used to see.It was better and faster thou.Room was clean and breakfast is fine. Shape of the building is unfamiliar, I have to walk my room about 5min from elevator.Other than that it was over average. My trip was for only 2 days which I visit the exhibition at Feria.”

“One of the worst hotel I have ever been. Total featuressless facility in a neighbourhood looking like a ghost town though well tended. This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever seen, the breakfast is served from 7 am but at 7 only some cold food is available, no cooked food because maybe it is too early for local standards. Gym and pool are on reservation, the gym can be used by one person st a time and for not longer than 1 hour after that you will be kicked out. The pool is on reservation and limited too, after 1 hour you are supposed to go. One Sunday with 43 degrees I show up at the pool at 16.40 and it was empty, I was told that after 20 mins I had to go because the pool had been booked by other customers and was full. Never seen a place more complicated than this. Totally obsessed with masks and disinfectants. At breakfast You are supposed to take food with supermarket style plastic gloves and some chop stick style tweezers. This place is frustrating.”
