“Nice place but no microwave in room. Fridge is so small, I can't even fit two gallons of juice in there. I think it's done on purpose so you'll have to eat at their restaurant every day. When I'm on a long- stay travel, I like to go to the super market, and keep enough food in the fridge in order to avoid eating out daily. Hawaii is very expensive. Eating out is very expensive here. I wish the room had a fridge where I could keep enough there. Parking is $ 47/ night. I don't remember seeing that during booking. Finding a parking meter is an eternal nightmare - A good coffee machine would have helped, too. Nice hotel but very inconvenient. It's been a bit of a stressful experience to me.”

“I'd love to give this place five stars, just because it tries hard, staff is very pleasant, offers good value for money, and does not assess one of those ripoff "resort" fees. But there are a few little problems that diminish the experience just enough to make five stars a reach. First, the rooms are tight - understandable for the price - but still. Second, in my room, at least, I had to stand near the door to get a decent WiFi signal.”

I’ve been staying here for 11 days of a two week stay, so I’m on my last 3 days here.
The pool is nice and accessible, with bars and restaurants attached on the offhand chance you just want to stay in for a night.
The hotel was priced well. It is in the city, so if you are super high maintenance and can’t sleep if the tiniest light is on or noise is being made, then steer clear (honestly, or you’re THAT high maintenance, skip Hawaii altogether, it’s not for you). Noise and light are consistent, with very little way to block them out (but again... you are in a city. You just have to act like an adult and live with the things you can’t change. Be happy you’re in paradise).
Air conditioning works great (though you honestly won’t need it, but it’s a nice touch).
The parking fees are a little high (but for tourists without cars this shouldn’t matter).
The location is great. A short walk to the beach, tourist areas, great food, and bus access to get anywhere else.
Room size is a little small, (but you should spend your day in the city/beach anyway).
Front desk staff is hospitable and accommodating.
The only reason they aren’t getting 4 or more stars is because the cleaning staff keeps harassing me whenever I come home. They keep yelling at me and telling me to stop smoking (I am not now, nor have I ever been a smoker), and every time they clean I come back to my room being sprayed with some awful smelling chemical and the staff telling me not to smoke in the room....
I’m not sure if it is the food I eat, or the smell from outside, or maybe the room next to me, but it is a little awkward to be confronted by women yelling at you for something you don’t do every time you come home. I’m seriously hoping they don’t charge me the “250$ Smoking fine”, or I’ll be back in a few days to change this to a 1-Star.

Front desk was very helpful for checking us in early and gave us an upgrade. The room is cleaned daily. Its centrally located which is a bonus to walk just about everywhere. Staff excellent, we requested plates which were delivered almost immediately
I dont think there is anything that can be done about a bathroom apart from demolishing the building and start again the shower is extremely small every time I get in it I feel claustrophobic.
Our room is facing the main road it is terrible noisy with cars and people throughout the night which is bad for light sleepers
Once again the hotel cant help this situation but surely could think of sound proof so their guests can have a pleasant sleep
Overall the hotel is in an excellent location in Waikiki

This resort is located in a central location to beach and shopping without the crowded streets. The room was great with excellent housekeeping. The front desk was very helpful with checking in. The valet parking was awesome. You get your car almost immediately. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
