“Great hotel, decent sized rooms, clean, good shower, nice views. Breakfast was very good also, a fair amount of English spoken by the front dest. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the hotel is getting ready for an update - but thought it was a very good value for the money. We would definitely stay again.”

“Morgana Poblado Suites is a very untrustworthy and suspicious hotel. I wanted to access the hotel's safe deposit boxes, but mine was inoperable. Housekeeping (or someone with key card access) accessed my room without my consent and some of my things were missing. I spoke with management regarding this issue and there was not a thorough investigation regarding my missing items or who accessed my room. Also, the hotel doesn't have cameras on the hallways floors which I find very peculiar. As a result, I would strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel at all cost especially if you value peace of mind and money.”
